Question Name change?

Just a quick question :
Who do I contact for a name change?

I remember for that I could contact an officer or admin (I think)
At least I remember reading it somewhere but I have been inactive for a while I actually forgot who to go and I can't find the post!

Anyone with a red name can change your username. Just let me know what you want it changed to and as long as its not taken, I'll change it.
