Appearance: With pink skin, small of back length curls of ginger fire, and emerald green eyes, Radiance is a maiden of moderate height and imoderate bosom. Red Sonja would blush to call her orichalcum bikini top armor, but--in magic--intention is more meaningful than form. She has some gold and leather jewelry and a sunburst tattoo around her navel. Arcane senses reveal a powerful and intricate aura about her--Radiance both wields magic and is magic.

A veteran beat cop with no superhuman abilities--but maybe a bit lucky. He is honest and hardworking. He just got a divorce from his wife and was feeling down and depressed. A sexy female cop killer showed up and kidnapped him. She couldn't bring herself to kill him. Instead she raped him, humiliated him, and left He survived and sort of wanted more of it even when it seemed dangerous.

Lucky enough to survive the bad shit that is coming, Officer ____ had has built up enough connections and trust that the public likes him and would help him out. Basically, he seemed unremarkable, but people would rather fuck him than kill him, which can be bad if he does not want to be fucked. When he goes after serial killers, he does not get murdered and registers under the threat level.

Personality: A perky cheerleader who often is getting in over her head. She is nosy and loves a good mystery. When not slacking off partying, she is often trying to help those in need from the homeless to trying to stop crimes. The cops do not like her much and have on numerous times arrested her for obscuring and being involved in active investigations. Questions asked by Penny and responses I see Gwen's occupation is retired/drop-out and she's a multi-millionaire, so I assume she doesn't have a job.

As I stated in her info she does a lot of volunteer work helping people and seems to try and clean the streets kind of like a vigilante. The cops can't stand her. She also tries to reveal the truth so if someone is mistreating others and she catches wind, she will write stories and collect evidence to submit to news stations. She loves clubbing, movies, racing and chocolate parfaits so those also eat up time for her. Guess this answers the below as well. I see she enjoys mysteries and tries to help people; what specifically does that entail? Does she have any hobbies? How does she stay busy? --------The other answer I think kind of fills that in. I'm looking for opportunities to drop plot hooks. Also, since not all of the PCs will know each other at the start of the game, I'm looking for reasons for them all to be in the same place at the same time. -------I figure she would know the football player Tom Drake since they both are from the same line of work since she was a cheerleader. Selena was not directly involved, however still unjustly penalized. Suzy, the lead designer for Selena's sponsor Hurricane Sporting Goods, brought in Selena to test out a new technology meant to enhance the wearer's attributes. With Suzy supporting, Selena would adopt the moniker of "Ivory Ace" and attempt to put an end to injustice in the world.

Selena thinks almost nothing about being naked around other women. Suzy has a crush on Selena.

Backstory, personality, and other notes: Doctor West, I.E. Travor Night is a tech and science genius whose parents are super rich and live abroad. While he never really had much contact with his parents, they did bring in the best tutors money could buy to teach him. While he did not do well in the more creative subjects, he excelled in mathematics and various sciences. He then moved on to learning about technology, focusing in robotics as in his spare time he grew fond of anime, particularly ones with robots/mechs in them to the point where he became obsessed with robots. He also learned Japanese in order to watch raw anime. He never really bonded with any of the staff at his home and at the age of 18 decided to move out of his parent's home into the two basement floors of Night Tower in the middle of the city to make that his home. There he decided to create his own companion and thus created Elsa his robot companion whom he kept hidden in his homw, his robot companion whom he made sure to build her in a way that she would be able to protect him if the case ever arose. He then got bored having everything given to him on a siver platter and looked for thrills. After trying a bunch of things and not really finding anything he tries the next thing on his list, try fighting crime. Having kept Elsa secet he decided to get a few things together, being a tech and science genius he decided to create his alter ego as a mad scientist. Along with a flambouyant costume including lab coat and a robot mask that had an inbuilt voice changer and darkvision lenses out of the eyes in order to hide his face and voice. He also modified a guitar case to become a rocket launcher just in case he needed some ranged power as his Robot Elsa had no actual weapons except for her body itself. He named himself Doctor West as it was a clever play on words as the linguistical root of west meant evening/night. He went out and he finally found the thrills that he sought. He then transformed his 2 basement floors into a superhero base equipped with secret access tunnels that leead into the underground so he could enter and leave without having to go throught the front door of the tower. He then sought out super hero allies to form a super hero group.

He is intellectual but quite shy around other people until he gets to know them. He can also be a bit escentric and often overcomplicates things. He gets bored rather easily and is always seeking new thrills. Obsessed with robots in particular and an avid lover of anime. He is very determined in everything that he does, he does not do things in half measures. His alter ego Doctor West seems very confident and will often call people by nicknames that he made up. He will often act silly in an attempt to make foes underestimate his capabilities and make outlandish claims that he does not expect anyone to believe.

Elsa wants to be recognised by her creator and will do anything she can to please him. She tends to be very serious and matter of fact and always ends her sentances in Robo.

Backstory: Drake was a top tier wide receiver in his prime, and enjoyed a long and lucrative career in the NFL. Not only that, but he was a "media darling." His interviews always made prime time, and received favorable responses. Even once he'd lost a step, he was still considered one of the greats, and was treated like he was in his prime, until he got injured, then came back, then immediately got injured again. There were a few appearances, but the questions were "what's next?" His career, and the spotlight that accompanied it, were gone.

He wasn't ready for it to end. He took all the money he had and invested it into robotics designed to improve strength and agility. It didn't quite work as intended, but it did result in him having a power suit that he could earn fame with in a new way. He'd go from being a hero on the field to just a hero.

Description in ten words or less: Psychic anti-hero possessed by the spirits of the seven deadly sins

Appearance:
When Lucius is in his human form he is tall and muscular, has black hair shaved into a mohawk and usually a bit of stubble. He has a number of small scars and looks fairly tanned from plenty of outdoor work. He typically wears jeans and a blue Seahawks t-shirt with some sneakers.

When he transforms into Stalker he assumes a black and red form, his muscles writhe with power but his skin is smooth like latex but with the consistency of rubber. He can form tendrils, large weapons or just increase his muscle mass at will, is capable of massive leaps, sprouting red black bat wings and vanishing from view. He can also take on other forms…

Backstory, personality, and other notes:
Lucius was a young man when it all went wrong, he went to a museum and didn’t take seriously the boundary ropes to keep people away from the ancient artifacts, so of course he made his way through and touched a tablet rumored to be from an ancient cult worshipping the seven deadly sins as separate entities.

The cult wasn’t wrong, the spirits were waiting for the right host, invading his body he was transformed into a monster and for 10 years he fought to get his body back. 3 years ago he regained control, he’s lost it a few times but he is focused on learning more and more about psychic control and keeping himself in charge and doing as much good as he can.

As his psychic control has increased he is able to draw on the skills of the seven sins, it’s slow for now, it takes him awhile to focus on who and what he wants without them being able to take him over but it makes up for his general lack of education and skills over the last 13 years. Now, at the age of 28 he has arrived in the city ready to go.

Motivation: Doing Good – Knowing that you house an evil psychic entity means that Lucius tries to do as much good with his powers as he can, but he knows, deep down that it’s just a matter of time before he has to commit one of the seven sins again.

Complications:
Seven Deadly Sins – Lucius draws his powers from seven psychic beings that reside in him, his strongest connection is with Lust but all seven of them are still struggling to get free, the only way that Lucius has found to keep them undercontrol is to indulge in their sin from time to time. Usually in a disguise so no one makes the connection, but bad things happen when Lucius is around (Obviously Lust is responsible for non-con, but I figured this made it a little more broad for you to play with)
Secret – There are seven, very different looking villains that don’t exist they are simply Stalker in a variant for each of his Sins when they got loose. It would be terrible if anyone ever made the connection and Lucius would do almost anything to keep them a secret.
Ghost – Lucius disappeared when he was 15 years old, he is dead as far as all the records state, this is a problem when trying to buy anything that requires ID, prove things to the police or get anything done as his normal self and very difficult to convince police officers if they pull him over and he can’t give them his ID….
