Question How do you make the little red flag disappear from the notification bell symbol?

I can't seem to get the little red flag hovering over the left side of my notification bell to go away. Even when I click on it and look at my alerts, it's always there. Not a big problem, but kind of annoying. Can anyone help? Thanks very much!

Click on 'show all'.

You can mark them all 'as read' there, but if you let me know which one won't go away normally I can look into it.

I've sometimes had it remain after doing the show all prompt, however it sometimes just dissappears on its own so eh?
