Samantha Saint’s roots date back to the 1920’s, when her great grand father Al Capone, controlled the Chicago mob scene during prohibition. Never busted, his operation became nation wide as his Speak Easies begun to grow throughout the thirties and forties. When the United States refused to join World War 2, even as the Nazi’s forced Britain to abandon their home islands to Australia, Al Capone got into the illegal arms market by selling weapons to crime lords within Nazi Europe, Soviet Russia, The Japanese Empire and Arabia.
When Al Capone passed away, his operation fell to his son and later to his grandson who recently passed away after a suspected mob hit. This left Al Capone’s operation to his great granddaughter, Samantha Saint, who now runs all of Chicago’s illegal operations with an iron fist. Illegal drugs are shipped in from her own personal cartel’s in Mexico, alcohol produced from stills in Chicago, kidnapped girls sold on auction throughout Nazi Europe, Arabia and United Africa, and illegal guns from all over the world with rumors of nukes being in her inventory.
She keeps a front to the public eye, appearing to be a businesswoman who is famous for her philanthropy. She was recently voted one of the world’s most beautiful people and number one on the most eligible bachelorettes throughout the country. She uses her company, Saint Industries, as a front to launder money and help smuggle her goods. As a businesswoman, she is very persuasive when she wants her way. Rather she has to use her body, her money or just plain intimidation; she will do whatever it takes.
To those who have crossed her more sadistic side, she has no mercy and will do anything to anyone who refuses to pay off debts or crosses her. She forces Primae Noctis on all of her enemies whom she has defeated through means of murder or hostile corporate takeover. She also has taken the daughters of her enemies, keeping them as sexual hostages in her home. No one speaks about this for fear of what might happen to anyone they know. Her slaves worship her, doing anything she pleases, and they are the lucky ones. She has a personal dungeon hidden beneath her home where she keeps the people she prefers to humiliate and degrade.
Throughout the city and nation, she runs very private and illegal Speak Easies. She uses these as a way to expand her drug operations and also uses them as a means to blackmail politicians, police and federal officers. Within most of these illegal bars is strip clubs/brothels which she also uses to help negotiate with anyone of interest or business partners from throughout the world.
She lives a life of pure luxury though within the walls of her multimillion-dollar mansion and many luxury cars. Whether relaxing in one of her many pools with built in waterfalls, or bathing in one of her many hot tubs for pure relaxation; she has no worries in the world. People flock to her, offering anything to her for her help, support or allegiance. She trusts no one though, living a very lonely life full of friends who simply want to leech off her money and fortune.
Throughout the years, many people have tried to bring charges up against her, but witnesses end up dead or too scared to testify against her. Some cops have even tried to pin crimes on her, but their fates have been no better and a few female detectives have never been heard from again. Through all of her domination and control, she has been called The Czar of Chicago and even the United States.
So... anyone who decides to try and spoil her party, don't! She does not play nice with others.
