Description: 5'0", thin stomach with wide hips and a prominent chest. Teal hair and eyes, slim shoulders and an hourglass figure

Personality: Happy-go-lucky when on the job and in hero clothes, but in social life she is awkward and tends to do things by herself

Skills: Gymnastics while stretching, Sneaking while stretching, most things with stretching as she hasn't really gotten a hobby that doesn't include stretching
Role: Pro Hero, brand new to the job but such high grades in school she was put immediately to hero
Likes: Gum and taffy, stretching (obviously for her), reading and writing her thoughts
Dislikes: Her power used against her, heat and cold, meat (is a vegetarian)

Quirk: Elasticity, her body can stretch for however much distance before tightening and risking of ripping herself apart. While she is very flexible and able to fit basically anywhere, her body is weak with no real muscle or bones as they also act rubbery and lose their solidity of power. Temperatures too hot or cold affect her body in negative ways, heat turning her gooey and limp, cold stiffening her and negating her power till she can't move at all. Sharp objects easily cut through her, but blunt force does nothing besides knock the wind out of her, because of this her body can become compressed and flat without dying but she is vulnerable and cannot move during this state

Description: He is a 5'7 and weighs 132lbs. No facial hair and short black hair with brown eyes. He has an average looking face While he appears to be somewhere between thin and an average body type while wearing clothes, underneath his clothes he is actually quite muscular, but very lean muscles instead of big bulging ones. His casual clothes are simple looking shirts and pants and trainers that are flexible in nature that do not restrict movement and hsi superhero costume is modeled after a martial art gi coloured black and white but with plenty of spaces to store small throwing weapons.

Personality: He is a confident fellow who believes that strength is a privilage and not a right. He believes the strong should protect the weak not take advantage of them. He is deep down a very caring person and always trying to improve himself. While serious on the job and training, the rest of the time he is far more casual. But he is slow to get close to people and will hold everybody up to his lofty odeals.

Quirk: Mass Manipulation. He is able to manipulate the mass of either himself or any object that he touches with intent. He can reduce the mass of an object or himself by up to 90% and increase it by up to 1000%. He can release his quirk by clapping his hands together. He can only use his power on a maximum of 5 different objects at once including himself. Using this power is very tiring on the user and if pushed to the limit would end up putting himself into a coma.

Other: Costumue is full of shock absorbation tech in order to combat when he uses his quirk to jump high into the air and then plummit down with great force. Has multiple shuriken, throwing knives, darts etc on his costume

Name: Fiona Wayne Hero Name: Utility Girl School: Ketsubutsu Academy High School ----------------Business / Support Course Graduate Age: 19 Description: Short haired Brunette who bonds with Tech on a cellular level. She has brown eyes and grew up most of her life in the United States. Has a Boston Accent. She was apart of the support and business courses of Ketsubutsu Academy with her homeroom teacher Ms. Joke. She often would be butting heads taking things too serious till by the end of her years there loosening up. Fiona since then has been working at a Law firm as a detective from the age of 17 till recent. She has inherited a large sum of money from her father's passing and told her mother she will be starting up her own hero firm soon to deal with cases that never get resolved. She tends to butt heads with other authorities but it is why she became one herself in the first place. Personality: Overly caring and protective, has a cut throat sense of Justice and aims to start her own hero firm up to handle the strange and not spoken of cases. She has been known to hire out vigilantes time to time. Quirk: Cyberkinesis Weakness: Liquids - If she gets any kind of water like substance on her that is not her own sweat, her powers will falter and stop if done enough. This has happened on several instances where she wound up just in her underwear in the lunchroom or flunking the entry to the hero course when they got to the swimming portion at her school. Name: Ansgar Bähr (loosely translated, brave god-spear from Ancient Germanic)

Hero Name: Drachen (German for 'Dragon')

Age: 20 Skills: Analyzing fighting styles, combat tactics, European/Middle Eastern history

Role: Pro Sidekick (still not level-headed enough to be his own pro hero)

Flaws: Quick to anger, carries a loner streak, pathologically anti-social.

Likes: Hot foods, fighting, training himself in the art of wod.

Dislikes: 'False Heroes', obnoxious people, overly potent body products.

Quirk: Dragonborn (Can achieve a partial draconic transformation; for unknown reasons he cannot transform fully like Ryuko Tatsuma or his father). Does not possess means of flight.



NOTES* Bio: A native to Cologne (a romanization he despises because of its perfume association), he can trace his lineage to the Ubii people that once partook in the wars involving the Rhine. One of his eldest ancestors served as an officer in the Numerus Batavorum, and ancestors before him fought bravely in the events of the Batavian rebellions. Because of this heritage, he values overwhelming force and decisive, full-frontal attacks over all else. To do anything else is shameful, believing using surprise and trickery is that of a weakling's arsenal. He is not incapable of strategy; however, strength and the ability to hit hard are the reasons he was able to become the man he is now. He dislikes recognition from peers, believing it distracts and could lead to a conflated ego complex. A trait he has seen in many Hero candidates in Germany; and though he keeps it secret, he idolizes the renown-villain known as Stain for his ideology in being a Hero: To serve the common good without need of reward except in knowing the job was done. His body is that of a warrior, training himself as much as possible both in and out of his activated Quirk state to try and maximize results. Speed has never been a forte of his, so he focuses on developing pain tolerance and brute strength to toughen his body and mind.(edited)



Hates cologne, as he despises the fact that a foul-smelling body product is named after the city where his ancestors hailed from. His heightened sense of smell is also put off by said odor, and strong odors in general. Despite hearing the sneers about him wearing sunglasses to 'look cool', he wears them out of necessity. His Quirk, though incomplete when active, is also partially active when dormant and makes him highly photosensitive. Those who would see his eyes would note that they still have slit pupils and blood-red irises. His Quirk's transformation is incomplete to reasons that escape him; he knows part of it is training and youth, but is frustrated and takes great offense to being called a 'giant lizard'. He wears no hero outfit because he has yet to find one that can withstand the sharpness and rigidness of his scales during transformation; because of this, he wears a simple heavy loincloth under his pants to maintain as much modesty as possible. Plus he finds the concept of a 'costume' to be insulting to the meaning of a Hero. His left pinky finger is missing because he lost it in combat after it was severed from his hand; he did, however, unabashedly use it as a makeshift dagger since it was still a thicker reptile's talon at the time. Every time he transforms he loses his hair; it does grow back but he finds it annoying that he has to deal with scalp itch whenever he does use it. When registering as a prospective Hero, he didn't want to have a 'Hero Name', thinking it a coward's tactic to hide behind a false identity. However, he was forced to conceded if he wished to be officially registered, and came up with the Ancient Germanic word for Dragon as his moniker, and thus 'Drachen' was born.



Because of past behavioral and anger management issues, he was told to have therapy sessions with the school's counselor in order to break his anti-social tendencies and manage his easily provoked ire. Something he believes is utterly unnecessary, as he is 'not here to make friends'. His massive size and the fact that his Quirk is an incomplete dragon transformation is a sensitive issue for him, believing people see him as a freak of nature, even by Hero standards. One of his idols besides Stain is the No. 10 Pro Hero of Japan, Ryuko Tatsuma. Aside from her own ability to fully achieve a dragon transformation like his father could, he has seen first-hand that she keeps herself modest and humble, not wanting to gloat or hog the spotlight. In his mind she idealizes the balance between exposure and humility. His father, Anselm Bähr, could achieve full dragon transformations; because of this, Ansgar feels a shame towards his bloodline by being a 'half-able abomination'.

Personality: A very friendly but hardworking individual who loves to show off both her powers and intellect. She is good with interacting with people in a platonic sense but is utterly hopless in romantic interactions. She is terrible at both picking up on hints that others give her and to show other people that she is interested in them. She also tends to overwork herself.

Quirk: Repulsion. She is able to send invisible beams of repulsion through anything that she is directly touching in order to repulse anything directly away from the beam originating from her. She can control the force of the replusion and from which point of the body that it is emitted from. If something is immovable with the force that she supplies then she is repulsed from the immovable object. By using this quirk from her feet she is able to levitate off of the ground by using a small repulsing force from her legs directed to the ground. Of course this takes quite a bit of fine conrol and in order to move she has to walk or run changing the force of the repulsion in order to lift or lower her legs. This means that when she repulses something she feels a feedback of the force that she uses and thus if forced to use a strong enough repulsion force or uses a moderate repulsion force for too long she will take damage from the force. She has to constantly calculate the necessary force in order to repel something or repel herself from something at the appropriate distance and miscalculating could end up repulsing something with more power than she intended or to only reduce the force that something coming at her hits her as opposed to repulsing it back.

Other: Costume is made of a strong material designed to buffer the forces that she recieves in combat. Her costume is actually one layer that is designed to look like multiple layers.

Quirk: Kinesis (it used to be only telekinesis, but her quirk evolved one day while performing disaster relief during her internship with Space Hero "Thirteen" and now she can use different forms of kinesis like aerokinesis, umbrakinesis or atmokinesis thanks to her experimenting and further training her quirk)
