Make the background of the first post in a request threads white again?

Hi! I recently discovered that all the first posts in the Request Threads have gotten a light blue background.... and not only does it look a bit off, but it also makes the codes look weird.

So, is there a possibility that these posts can get their white background back? Or if we at least could be able to change the background color ourselves?
