I have plots for the spirit
Denny and Sand hook up and have a child, As the Girl grows older, it is discovered that her fathers powers are a genetic legacy. The child grows up and bonds with another city, becoming it's spirit, it's shadow, It's Ghost.
(sorry it's so short but I want to brainstorm)
Also anything kind of like the spirit, or pretty much a vigilanteXvillian rp, sounds amazing, we can make it sexual or not depending on what you choose.
