Yep I know it sounds weird but hear me out K? So basically I have an idea where MC is transported to a parallel universe where the stereotypical behavior for the two genders has been flipped. Everything about the two gender's have been totally to the other. Men for example will be called sluts if they have sex regularly where females are congratulated. Females are usually the main provider while the man stays home and cleans, stuff like that. MC would be transported there by some means (We can figure that out later) and is totally confused by the sudden shift of his expectations as a man as well as the new behavior of the women around him.
Or alternatively he has always lived there and therefor acts more feminine and doesn't question why all the females are acting so manly. If we go this option we could explore the idea of traditional roleplay plots with the genders reversed. As an example maybe he is cornered by a couple of girls in an alley and proceed to rape him before taking him back to be their sex slave. Or maybe MC is blackmailed by his teacher/boss into doing sexual favors for them in order to not be expelled/fired.
Another possible plot is too have MC be turned into a female, either by magic or something else.
