Reaction and trophy points?

Hey what are the reactions score and the trophy points?

I have been trying to figure it out but I'm not sure if I'm looking in the right spots.

Trophies are something I'm messing with. There'll be more on that later.

Reaction score won't ever be a thing, it's meant to track reactions your post gets, but my communities (Elliquiy and BMR both) have a very negative view of them. I'm thinking of allowing them for conversations.
