The gist of it is this: my character is a young man of college age who's very comfortable in his own skin and confident in his sexuality. He dabbles in nudism, takes pride in maintaining his body and style (which tend toward the pretty, twink-ish look), and isn't the least bit shy or reserved about his (bi)sexuality, loving little more than teasing and enticing prospective partners and enjoying all the sex he can.
Enter your character, in many ways the opposite. Shy and anxious, not necessarily in general (though he can be), but definitely about his body and anything to do with sex, which has hampered him in actually accumulating sexual experience. When our two are assigned to share a dorm, my character senses yours' discomfort with his open attitude; he also perceives that his new roomie is actually quite sexy, and would have great success if only he knew how to relax and flaunt what he had. Therefore, he takes your character under his wing and makes it his mission to help him get out of his shell and embrace his full potential! Of course, with any luck, that'll mean my character getting to have plenty of fun with him himself along the way...possibly even, dare I say, falling in love?
Big themes I want to emphasize in this include voyeurism/exhibitionism (my character being a shameless tease and hopefully helping yours learn to develop that kind of confidence); body- and sex-positivity (again, the focus on learning to love oneself and the sexiness that comes with that); and good old fashioned affection (lots of praise, snuggles, and kisses to go along with all the teasing and shameless flaunting).
