Can't Create Conversations

Whenever I hover over somebody's name/account, everything shows up EXCEPT for the option to start a conversation, which I have been able to do in the past. I can still send messages to conversations that I am already in.

I have a feeling that I'm somehow just an idiot, but, err yeah. It might somehow be related to the update, but I'm still clueless regardless.

I already tried that earlier and it didn't work, but now for no apparent reason, everything's fine.

Ah, well, I guess I was an idiot. I knew you had to make three posts, but I didn't know that I still had to maintain at least three at a time after that point. Thanks for the information!
