Question About Prefixes (Answered)

Heya Heya. I want to make a Req Thread. Its been forever and theres a ton of new stuff to the UI.

Can I alter thread prefixes during edits? Say my interests shift and I no longer am interested in playing with male characters, just female, can I change the prefix from [M/Any] to [M/F or NB] or whatever I feel?
If not I can just be cautious about my prefixes. But I still would like to know. Thanks!
