Ok so I just came up with this ideal for in the setting of Madoka Magical in a post apocalyptic world like Fist of the North Star or Mad Max kind of world. This will have spoilers for Madoka anime so I going to place the plot inside a spoiler tab.

After Homura became a Magical girl gone back in time, but that time line was still going or go through the time line where Madoka turn into a witch. Now with the might Witch still roaming the world the other Witches stop hiding and began attacking human settlement. Magical girls had try to protect them from the Witches, but once it learned that it they are the one transform into Witches. Magical girls are treated as outcast and the world in ruins besides for a few save Haven. Now it a struggle to survive in a world. Defending off Witches and their families, raids who only look out for themselves, and human who see Magical girls as nothing more than Witches.

So ya this need more work on the plot, but I want see who be interested in joining.
