A question about edits

So I made a thread to advertise for myself last night and I know I'm not allowed to bump it until it's been up for 24 hours, but I wanted to know if edits count? I made an f-lists today and wanted to link to it on my thread but didn't want to get a strike against my account if it counted as a bump. Thanks in advance
