Mitsu, a normal boy inhabiting in a somewhat still normal society at least a bit on the surface now that they aren’t alone anymore but at least treated like anyone else at least from what he’s seen. School would be not much different as well especially since now that monsters and humans lives their lives together normally, it wasn’t different that anyone would treat him in anyway that he wasn’t already treated mostly being quiet and alone and off to the side which he didn’t mind much but also saw a lot of benefits with as he wasn’t tied down much with friends or the obvious drama of all of that.

Today wasn’t of course any different always having that other side of him wanting to have a friend at least but right now more like just knowing a few people’s names and faces but otherwise remaining a ghost. With a sigh mitsu slipped on his clothes and put on his belt and jacket with the button as he took his bag and started off for school. There was a bit of people and luckily some empty spots on the side, so at least it wasn’t too hard or bad to draw attention as he sat with his phone and his music waiting for the day to finally start.

Sitting down, mitsu glanced around annoyed again with a slight groan of jealously at everyone talking and hanging out with everyone but otherwise again thinking about he benefits being alone had for him and getting back to just sitting and waiting.

Serena is suddenly shocked awake by her alarm clock blaring in her face. She wasn't fully adjusted to the school life again, but nonetheless she jump out of bed, wolfing down the breakfast she threw together before doing the usual morning routine of shower, grooming, uniform and clothes before grabbing her bag and dashing out the dorms. She rushes down the corridor, jumping out the way of people who are walking the other way. Eventually, she finally finishes at the classroom for first period, catching her breath before entering.
"Heya guys!" She say, excited to meet new people, make new friends. Instead she's ignored, as people keep talking in their little friend groups. Serena looks around, finding an empty desk besides another boy who was just on his phone, minding his own business. She awkwardly slides and moves past others in the class, before finally managing to sit down at the desk.
Serena turns around, facing forwards and with a hefty puff slouches back into her desk. Looking back, she spots the boy eyeing me, trying to be subtle with his eyes. I make the 'Headphones out of ears' motion, as she introduce myself. "Heya, I'm Serena. I'm kinda new here... How does 'this' all work?" She asks.

He doesn’t do anything much as he feels the air move around him as someone else walks by but still not having anything to do with him before deciding to slowly look over again at the other girl then away seeing as no one really had headphones accept him and awkwardly taking them off, sitting up as he sees the odd furry wolf looking girl there.

“Ummm....hey....” nervously already scratching his neck as he takes off the earphones. “ ummm mostly taking notes and stuff and doing the homework and learning it. Not a lot to really know than that...” Explaining as he looked over to his heart already beating of course finding her even a bit cute.

She rolls her eyes, groaning as he states the obvious. "Not that, dummy... Like the social bit. Everyone seems to have a group already, and its not like I can just join a group..." She said. She checked over her own fur, hoping that it was properly groomed and fluffy enough to make herself look appealing to new people. She looked around the class, trying to find a table that she could sit at, but finding nothing.

She gave up when the teacher finally walked in the class. Serena slumped back down into her chair, as the teacher unpacked his things. "Hello class, my name is Mr Thompson. You will all address me as such..." He said with stern authority. 'Great. this is gonna be a great class with no one to talk to, especially on my first day...' she thought, looking over at the shy kid as he kept his head low down on the desk, hunched over some paper.

“ probably a struggle then for both of us.” Deciding to give her a note then as class would start seeing as at least he wasn’t alone much and didn’t really know how to do it himself. “ yeah been alone mostly too.” A small frustrated sigh again wondering if the girl would ignore him after class and try to find someone as a friend even if he awkwardly still gave himself to her as a suggestion she probably still wouldn’t think of much.

Mitsu soon turned back as the clas would start, wondering now though what to even say after or if he would manage to even get the chance of her making the move though.

Eventually as class ended, mitsu would turn back to look at her again a bit nervous “ guess if you really aren’t doing anything....” just leaving it with that as he waited wondering what she would do.

Serena gladly accepted the note from Mitsu, opening it to find a helpful timetable of this groups classes. The school decided that keeping the students all in one big group would help others to socialise more, but to really did the exact opposite. Nonetheless, it was nice to meet someone who was willing to help her. They had to whisper quietly, as the teacher was beginning to explain the new course, so Serena turned back to the front of the board. "Thank you" she whispered as the turned to face the front.
In her thoughts, she began to wonder about that shy boy. 'God, did he find me attractive? I meant, that's not a bad thing... but..." she thought, thinking about how we would even play this out. The school seemed very accepting of people like me, so that's a plus, I guess.
"Well, were in the same classes, aren't we?" Serena said, as she began to walk off, leaving room beside her for Mitsu to join him. She looked back, watching him just stand there until the motioned him to follow. "So where's the next class again?"

Mitsu cleared his throat and sighed to calm down and act normal probably seeing he was a bit odd already especially for her probably being the nice agressive type and already picking up his already small crush on her. “ ummm....let’s see then....” moving to the side and taking a paper out to check the classes before standing up again and walking, “ seems the next one would be here though...” trying to act his smart self and know exactly where before walking with her and sitting down again as they finally made it.
