Well boys and girls, I just found a rather interesting program. This program is built of a map, basically, and from what I can tell, is quite simple. It's got hex grids, square grids, no grids at all...whichever you preferred for your Dungeons and Dragons adventures.

Basically, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to DM a campaign if the calling was big enough.
The program seems to be a pretty small download, and you can save maps and all that good stuff.

In any case, I'll just link ya all.​

I know a few sites with interesting things for it...mostly custom made by players...but there's also one that has a huge amount of info from all sorts of books from 3.0 to 4.0 I believe.

I could DM, but I would only do 4.0 as I only have those books on me at the moment. I do have 3.5 but I also don't have them ready right now and don't have as much experince.

In anycase I would rather just roleplay a Marvel D100 System Game.

Simple to learn, hard to master, easy character creation, and tons of fun.

F.A.S.E and R.I.P

Fighting, Agility, Strength, Endurance (Physical Stats, combined numbers give you your hp)

Reason, Intelligence, Psyche (Mental Stats, gives you your starting Karma)

Its a unique system that is universal. We could make the story DnD like, but never even have to use the system, just One D100 we'd have to roll. :D (Plus a few other dice)
 
This...could be interesting. I might play...but I could DM, if I had the time to think of a story and such. I'll get back to you on that, but most likely I'd just play, as of current
 
I admit, it'd probably take a little time for anyone to dm with this sort of thing.
But, prep time is needed in any case so I suppose it's null.​

Let me in on the action. I have the 3.5 rulebooks (Both the handbook and the rulebook), Master's of the wild Which adds advance playing methods to Barbarians, Druids, and Rangers, as well as add new spells to all schools, and even a slew of Prestige classes for more experianced players. I also have 2 campaign books if you want a scenario.

At the moment, my computer is not working, so I'm not sure how soon I could be able to attend this RP, but I really, really want to.
 
Well, we certainly have enough people for a full party.
If any of you don't have books, I think I put up the link to DanD Wiki, which has basically everything the books have, and then some, in the form of Wikipedia.

It's pretty sweet. But DM approval will likely be required on a lot of things.

Right now I'm looking for a way to have character sheets up on display somewhere...preferably on some website.

Hmmm...well, I might still be willing to DM instead...just know that when I take time to do things, I take LOTS of time, and sometimes drop it all together ^_^; I wouldn't let that happen, but still, I just take my time. And if I did, it would probably be more wilderness based then anything...I've had Gnolls on my mind for some time now, and I'm not sure why :p
 
Well, at this point, it'd depend on the DM's.

I think I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on deciding how many players we get.​
 
Well, how many people still want to play, is the question. I'd say, generally speaking, between 4-6 people is a good amount. More then that, and it might be hard for most DMs to keep everything together on his own
 
Well, no, and no. I'm trying to figure out who I'd have to work with, first, before I go and decide on anything for certain. I'd also be alright with someone else being DM, and I simply help out...
 
I think, for a date, it'd be cool to have at least one campaign going by fall?
Not sure if that's enough time, depends on who decides to DM, I suppose.

If I do end up DMing, it will most likely be a 3.5 game. My footing in 4.0 isn't enough for me to want to run a game of it currently.
