Heya, as the title says does anyone know know an artist for warcraft that does comission? I would like someone to make a drawing for my elf.

I was going to suggest the same thing. As an alternative, I think there is a listing of people who have worked on the concept art for the games as well. Likely as part of a wiki page of some form or another which might help narrow down to what you are specifically looking for.
