Should I contact someone on this site if I accidentally uploaded a post in the wrong thread?

No I just wanted to make sure if I can delete it if I make a mistake some day.

Sure thing, no problem. You'll gain a lot more freedom once you're a full member. After three posts (Which you've satisfied) and being on the site for a total of 24 hours you'll get all privileges.
