I wonder why, someone has probably already asked. But why though...why the 3 posts rule? I've never seen that on any other site.
Some security issue? I really can't think of a reason.
 
Spambots will get on the site and list advertisements here and there. Some new people will mistake this as a cybering site rather than a writing site or come here with an intent to solicit cybering. The first three posts gives us a heads up to see what my be their motive and nip it in the bud before they can spam inboxes and disturb roleplays or request threads. It's a precautionary measure to keep the site relatively peaceful :)
