Hey, you. Thank you for taking the time to click on my first ever request thread. You're probably wondering who I am, so please allow me to very briefly introduce myself before we get into the meat of my post: My name is Sebastian, and I am an American artist in his early twenties. I spend a lot of time traveling, and a lot of time lost in my thoughts. Ever since childhood I've always had a knack for making the days disappear by reading books as I've always maintained a general interest in literature and writing. I've gone on to hold various jobs in the field, but working with words managed to dampen my passion for creative writing, and while even back then I found time for some RP most of my plots and characters fell to the way side as I grew up, which weighed on my heart heavily.
Currently, though, I'm employed as an illustrator and as such I have been slowly cultivating my passion for writing. I spend a few hours in my study almost every night with the end goal of sharpening my command of the English language, but my main priority is to simply have fun. In my experience the best way to find and correct long running bad habits and deeply ingrained mistakes is through collaborative writing and rigorous feedback complimented by an obsessive reading habit, but unless you enjoy it what's the point? Through this feedback loop I have developed an almost insatiable appetite for high quality and well written role play. There's something about getting to know a woman through her fantasies that is very appealing to me, even if I don't intend on doing anything with that knowledge outside of bringing said fantasies to life with my prose.
P.s. I'm brand new to this site, and this is my first post on any RP forum outside of my introduction, so I implore you to be patient with me as I knock off the rust that does manifest while I make the format jump to forum RP. I'm a fast learner, but it will take me a moment to adjust to the vernacular and culture of the site. ALSO, I apologize ahead of time if this post runs a little long winded, but I promise that this thread isn't going to devolve into a list of obscure and hyper-specific kinks and scenarios. I'm writing this as more of an open letter to anyone interested in collaborating with me, and to explain the sort of writing that I enjoy and the style that I do it in - Reading it to the end shows me not only that you're interested, but that you're serious about potentially writing together.
When I first wrote this I listed an amount of paragraphs that I aim for per post, but after having had the chance to dive into a few RP's head first I've come to the conclusion that this metric is totally meaningless outside of in-game RP due to the varying sizes of paragraphs that you find here/G-Docs/Disc, so as such I'm just going to say that my posts wildly vary in length depending on quite a few variables, and instead that they tend to usually run 300-800 words long and leave it at that. Many of my updates may also come with a contextual header image or gif, but I'm rather new to adding visual content to my role play, so while I don't add a visual to every post I write I do thoroughly enjoy tracking down the perfect image to compliment a paragraph. This is in no way a deal-breaker or even a "kink" for me, and as such you do not have to reciprocate, but I figured it was worth mentioning. Pictured above is one of my favorite FC's for my MC, Salvador. (Actually pictured is Javier Bardem.)
I've come here hoping to branch out and expand my horizons in search of beautiful and interesting like-minded people to share my love of literature with. My writing has evolved over the years and outgrown some of my more restrictive former outlets that are sadly at the mercy of variables other than writer input (Like the overall decline of quality lore and story writing in MMO's, for example) and I've grown disinterested in the shifting sands as a result. Many of my old favorite formats have found themselves connected to properties that come and go based on the popularity of a game, movie, TV show, etc. This puts me in a position that I have no love for, where much like trying to build a sandcastle I'm left struggling to build a community on unstable ground, hoping that part of what I create might survive the rising tide. Thankfully, BMR already seems to be quite different and as such I'm ecstatic at the thought of being able to find meaningful connections that help me expand on some of my ideas.
While I classify myself as a descriptive writer I do still go out of my way to avoid straying into fluffy purple prose, not that I can't get carried away while fleshing out characters, and the details of a scene, especially when it comes to world-building. With that being said, though, I can only work with what you give me, and I refuse to carry a scene. Whether you get two full pages or a couple of paragraphs is totally up to you, and while that might sound like a loaded declaration there are no wrong answers here. I will not judge you or raise it as an issue unless your replies are constantly short and uninspired. I simply want you to respond in a way that lets you express yourself while staying true to your character , don't feel like you have to pad your replies out in fear that if you don't mirror me at all times I'm going to ghost, just don't make me do all of the heavy lifting by myself. While I do pride myself on being open minded, laid back, and non-elitist I do expect my partners to put thought and effort into their replies as I do put a lot of love and time into mine. I'm not going to berate you over typos, and I'm not expecting a master piece award winning short story every six hours, I just want to see some flare. I strongly prefer passionate, emotional, beautiful writing from novices to the dime-a-dozen formulaic and dry 'professional' writing styles that tend to get a little long winded and hard to trudge through when applied to RP.
I tend to play young and sadistic characters that range anywhere from morally grey to downright villains, it all depends on what you're looking to get out of me, which brings me to my next point: I've found that rough and abusive scenes have to tread a thin line between exhilarating and vicious, and as such tend to require some OOC planning/discussion to really shine. Before I scare you off: I will never press for personal information, nor will I ever give any of my own details out. I simply mean OOC discussion in the form of communicating what I can do to make a scene stand out to you, what your limits are, and in general not being afraid to speak up when you have constructive criticism or feedback that will help you get more out of the scene, or my writing. I tend to play very dominant characters, but the goal of this collaborative exercise truly is mutual enjoyment and pleasure, so don't be afraid to tell me if I take it too far, or if I'm failing to take it far enough. I don't bite, and while I take a lot of pride in my creative endeavors I'm not delusional or self involved enough to think that I've transcended the need for feedback. A submissive does not have to be a wallflower, and I appreciate girls who know what they like in a man, as it only makes my job of making her toes curl that much more simple.
I lean towards a 70/30 plot to smut ratio, but I'm fine with it being totally balanced at 50/50 as long as the quality of the writing doesn't take a distinct nose dive. My characters tend to be hyper sexual, masculine, and abusive, but what fun is that if we don't build up an immaculate world for our reckless characters to stumble through? There have to be motives that explain our interactions and consequences that make the world feel real, and dangerous, or else it simply feels hollow. Consider sending me a message if you have a thing for bad boys, glamorous young sociopaths, taboo scenes, fantasy writing, or world building. My most commonly requested general erotic themes are: Rough sex, degradation, drug abuse, dub/non-con, kidnapping, breaking and entering, and group scenes in order from most popular to least. I have a diverse cast of developed characters that I've played throughout the years who are just fiending to meet you! I hope to hear back soon, and I hope that this wasn't a disappointing first request thread.
Bellow you'll find some basic scene ideas/prompts that I seem to enjoy enough to repeat. Don't message me if you're just looking for a cheap alternative to porn. I reside within this medium for a reason, and I want to push myself until I'm exploring territory that only the written word can give me access to. As such, my personal quality control is very high which can result in my posts taking quite a bit of time to concept and to write out, which indirectly limits the amount of RP's I can actively participate in. This has nothing to do with the quality of your writing, and if I decline your request I want you to know I have nothing against you: I am just very selective when it comes to who I write with , not out of a sense of superiority, but simply because I don't have a ton of free time, so when I do have time to invest in writing I want it to be just that: an investment. I don't feel like I'm investing in anything when I'm half-assing 20 posts a day between ten different RPs, so as a result I keep my circle close, tight knit, and happy.
