The Two municipalities have been fighting an economy war for the last 50 years now. A small town trapped in between these massive cities provide what little sense of harmony that the two big cities can't offer even with all of the money in the world. People come to the small village for the simpler things in life, while the muncipalities serve the working class a place to stay and a place to work, earning a living. All kinds of people and personalities come to the village, only to be confronted with an overbearing personality that can't seem to get enough of all of the pretty faces that come into this little piece of harmony. Although they certainly aren't at all related to that word, matter of fact, many would come to find them as incredibly masochistic.

How The RP plays out:
You will essentially be playing a variety of characters that come in from one of the two metropolises seeking some kind of service, only to experience some kind of disturbance that leads one way or another. After one is done, we move onto the next - bookmarking the character if we both decide that we like them. If that happens, we can return to them. This is a slice of life RP with no grand scheme or plot other than the experience.
