Okay, here's my question:

I'm kind of clearing up for myself what the sub heading on the link says. We're supposed to post our profiles in the dedicated porfile-topic area, NOT in the actual roleplay?

and for the sake of not pissing anyone off [excuse my not-french] i CAN create a new RP, correct?

Of course, you can. Trygon even said it himself.

Anyone can make a thread. Anyone can RP in any thread. You want a private RP? Go to the private RP forum. Nobody makes rules besides the gods. Your thread is not subject to your whims.
