Paradisio Valley was known for a few things. Home to the state womenâ??s college volleyball champions, a well-known vinyard, and one of the last places to integrate their human and mythos high schools (the lower schools are integrated to better socialize mythos and humans, high schools were seperated for more focused studies). Not that anyone was against the integration, but the funds to expand the current human school to accommodate the mythos had taken a while to gather. One thing that did not change, though, was that inter-species relationship (past kissing and cuddling) was a strict social taboo. Mythos kept to their kind and humans kept to theirs in the bed.
Layla Banes had a dirty little secret. She loved her dragon boyfriend with all her heart and had all intents to fuck him silly. Just the thought of his massive cock knotting in her caused her to have to bring spare panties to school. Paradisio Valley High had seen a few inter-species relationships, but all of them did not last. All except Laylaâ??s. No one knew about it because Layla had taken special precautions, showing virtually no affection to him at school (which she always made up for later), keeping her distance in the classes they had together, refusing to look at him unless absolutely needed. It was like torture, but it was all the more sweet when the last bell let out. No one suspected anything when the two went home together, their houses were across the street and it just saved gas for her to ride himâ?¦ on himâ?¦ on his back.
Today was a special day. It would mark their one year anniversary and the day Layla began to hide more and more things from her family and friends. She had heard of another girl who dated a werewolf, only to be shunned by her family. Her and her werewolf ran away to Gaston, New Jersey, where dating was a little more acceptable. Unlike them, Layla had no intentions of running away, especially after their secret got out. What could be wrong with love? Scoffing, Layla put her books away and headed towards the courtyard where the other student congregated before going their separate ways for the evening.
â??He better be out there.â? She mumbled, hopping bown the steps. She stopped on the last landing and looked out into the courtyard. Mythos and humans were intermingling, some talking, some playing games, a few looking disinterested in the others. Her heart heavy, Layla thought of the day when inter-species love would be accepted. Sheâ??d fight until that day, that much was for sure. Pushing the thoughts away, she continued down the stairs and out into the bright, warm, amber rays of the setting sun. Her eyes took a moment to adjust, used to the dim, sleep-inducing beams of florescent lights, â??Where did he go..?â?
