I use IMGUR found at imgur.com. You can make your uploads private/not public and it is free and uses the tiny URL format as well.

I tried that with [BGCOLOR=rgb(37, 49, 58)]https://imgur.com/a/r10YY1a[/BGCOLOR], it won’t allow me to post it as a picture, says “something went wrong. Please try again or contact administrator”.. I want to post the GIF as a picture in the thread, not a link..

Imgur gif//MP4 will not post as an image, sorry. I am not sure which site is best to recommend, try GitHub or Giphy perhaps.

The problem with imgur is that if you mark an image as "adult", the viewer must be logged in to imgur to view it.

I often use catbox.moe to host images.
