It had started the day Alorai had arrived, students were suspicious and that included Phoebe herself, she knew that Clemia was a large academy, there were different students with different expertise and talents when it came to magic. Phoebe knew that her own magic power surpassed some students and other students were leagues above her, but the new girl couldn't even achieve the minimum when it came to spells. At first they assumed it was joke, maybe she was simply pretending to be inept and like a magician with a card hidden up their sleeve she would prove she was actually quite the accomplished witch, which no one in the class would find amusing considering the academy was meant to train witches, magicians were just con artists pretending to have magic. Whispers among the students began to circle, how did she even pass the test in get in? Phoebe knew that if she made that many mistakes Clemia wouldn't have accepted her, it would have been over and she would be given no second chances.

Rumors began to pile up and it reached a point where some students decided they'd play detective and learn a little more about Alorai. At first all they managed to learn was the blonde was in fact rich, which didn't really seem like any kind of conclusive evidence, it was like saying water was wet and air was necessary in order to breathe, the blonde did look like the posh rich type. Yet that fact played a bigger role to how she got in than Phoebe could have expected, no one got any real dirt until one of classmates told her and some other students to group together because she had some juicy details about Ms. Moneybags, turned out she didn't have to take a test at all, she paid to get in by her family. At Phoebe thought that was silly, telling her classmate to stop being stupid, this was a school meant for learning magic, something a person was born with or without, magic couldn't be mastered the same way regular academics could by studying over and over.

Despite wanting to tell her classmate to stop being an idiot, there wasn't much confidence when denying the claims either, everything had fit together too well for it to be a coincidence, watching Alorai slip up in class again only continued to make the possibility seem more and more plausible. Phoebe had spent the rest of the day trying to come up with a reason, a way, a possibility as how that rich screw up managed to get into Clemia, but it only made the idea that the academy that she both admired and respected had participated in unethical practices, they took a bribe and accepted someone with no magical talent into the school. Phoebe herself felt like she had barely been accepted and she pretty much had to sink her nails into the floor and claw her way in little by little, a mindset that had felt rewarding when she had accomplished getting, but now pointless seeing how Clemia only needed a big bag of money to lower their standards significantly.

After her respect and admiration for the academy was in pieces Phoebe felt like the best thing to do was hang up her robe and leave, but a part of her had hesitated in doing so, unethical or not it was still considered one of the best places to learn magic, if not the only place to do so properly considering how far back the roots went. What would it change in the end? Alorai would still be going to class and considering how tight of a grip the rich girls family now had on Clemia, she would probably graduate eventually as well, all that without having to do any real work. Well if Clemia was willing to give someone who didn't deserve it an easy ride, Phoebe decided that she would handle it herself, after all the academy was meant to be tough on its students.

When class had ended, Phoebe turned away from her usual paths which was either towards the cafeteria or library, either wanting to read, draw, or have a snack. There was only one priority and that was Alorai, as the number students began to thin, Phoebe began to pick the pace of her walking until she was right beside the other blonde when it was only the two of them. "Hey rich girl, I know we don't usually talk but I was hoping you could do a favor for me." As Phoebe spoke she moved close enough to where Alorai was within arms reach, lifting up one and placing it around the other girls shoulders. "I really want to become a member of staff when I graduate, so I was wondering if you could pay off Clemia to let me be a part of it."

It was not as if Alorai did not have had any magic bone within her body but it was more like, she had definitely not inherited the magic talents of her mother. Viola Nachtmagie was not only the sole leading person of a huge corporation but also a well known graduate of Clemia back in her day. Sure, that was more than 20 years ago but within the circles of magic as well as money and power, something like that did actually have some meaning. All the more important was it for Alorai's mother and Alorai herself, to have the prestigious certificate and her mother would do almost anything to ensure that. In return, it was of no huge concern that Alorai had failed 4 times with the test despite her mother sponsoring not only a renovated but completely newly build wing to accommodate the new students since last year but also a whole new building for laboratories including all the equipment. Officially, all of this was only to honor the place of her studies, of course.

Sadly, Alorai's lack of skill which had prevented her from entering the academy was now proving to be a big issue. While Clemia had no worries in terms of money for some time, almost all the staff was turning a blind eye to everything the young blonde did. Alorai did actually know a good deal about magic, almost on the same level as everyone getting into the academy but it was hard to say what might be the reason for all her other failures. Asking her to perform a simple spell was ending in a laughable sizzling, sometimes accompanied by a small firework, while having her stir an alchemical solution could end up in a big explosion which would end in the need for scrubbing not only the room but everyone's clothes as well. Something like that was laughed and waved off by the teachers, marking it down as bad day and other things, constantly finding new excuses.

Alorai herself was seemingly partially aware of all her issues and she really tried her best to overcome her shortcomings with sticking her nose into all the books she could and offering the teachers extra work for extra credits. The first was not looking like having any effect while the later was waved off by the teachers as well, most often telling her that they were not in need of someone at the moment. Even her starting efforts to find some friends had been in vain. Naturally, some girls had shown interest in someone new, especially someone with money and surely all the gossip one could hope for but a few bits even Alorai had to get from magazines herself later even that novelty wore off and with no magic skills to show for she was quite much all alone, despite even having her own suit in the freshly build dorms.

When Phoebe approached her, actually catching up to her from behind, the clearly more long haired blonde jerked away from the unexpected following touch. "You know, I actually have a name. None of you need to constantly rub my money in but could call me Alorai. I know you are Phoebe... best in class." she informed the other, running the things Phoebe had said through her head. "I... dunno. My mother pays everything. I have nearly no money of my own and... graduating is still a long way ahead. Would it not be better to wait all those years until then?"

"Aw, are you trying to butter me up." She responded to being called the best in class, well Phoebe did consider herself pretty high on the list if the students in her class were going to be ranked. However she wasn't here to discuss that, when Alorai started playing dumb to the subject of money, she decided to show just what someone who was top in class was capable of. "Well you're doing a poor job at it, you're already on my bad side, don't make it worse for yourself." After say that Phoebe lifted the wand that was strapped to her side, the ended of it began to glow as a spell was cast. A string of pink energy shot forward and wrapped itself around one of Alorai's ankles, pulling her leg back a bit before hoisting her up in the dangle upside down by it.

"Impressive, right?" Not one of Phoebe's most advance spells but it was convenient when she wanted to grab a book or drink and she was feeling too lazy to get it herself, or in this case keeping a rich girl in place. "If what you're saying is true then really are in deep, because your mom isn't here to help you pay your way out of this." Though even if Alorai had her own money to spend that wouldn't have been enough to stop Phoebe, unlike the academy she had once admired, she wasn't going to be so easily bribed. Phoebe lips then cracked into a smile that almost spread ear to ear "You talked about how it's a while before graduation, you're right, until then expect to see a lot more of me."

Phoebe started to circle around Alorai until she was behind her fellow student, placing one hand on the blondes leg that was being held in the air by the spell and moving her palm all way down to Alorai's thigh, gingerly grinding against it. "Just so in case it isn't clear already, I despise you. Undeserving as I think you are, I'm willing to bargain a bit and be a little nicer." She made sure that to add emphasis on a little she didn't plan on leaving Alorai alone entirely, but she was willing to make the situations slightly less worse than it could have been. "So think about your current predicament, you wouldn't anyone else walking by, seeing you suspended in the air, panties on full display." After explaining what could she gave the shell of Alorai's underwear just a slight tug before resting her hand down by her side. "Say please and we can go somewhere a bit more private, like an empty class or the girls bathroom." Not a dorm however, Phoebe wasn't feeling that nice.

"What? Buttering up? Noooo... you got it all wrong." Alorai said, already feeling she had made some mistake. She had been pretty sure that Phoebe's name had been at the top last time she had checked but while she was still thinking about it all the other was already taking the wand from her side and long before the rich blonde could even guess what kind of spell was being woven right in front of her, she already was upside down in the air, all her books and other materials cluttering to the ground while she tried to save her dignity, actually pushing up the part of her uniform which was now above the fashionable loose belt. which was, considering the cut of the uniform, mostly there to hold the wand... with her own joining her materials on the ground anyway.

Quite helpless, she tried to get a hold of her situation, kicking... flailing... her free leg around while the spell was holding her securely in place, for her own luck somehow making sure her body was not being hurt by her own weight or something on the single leg. "YES! YES! Impressive! Please let me down... gently... pretty please! I'll even buy you meals all week... the expensive menus!" she hoped to get Phoebe with that. Buying stuff for people always had helped or just simply giving them money so surely it would be good enough for that blonde as well. The long haired blonde, dangling held in the air by that spell, tried her best to follow Phoebe with her eyes, but that darn spell was keeping her in the same position and with as little sport as she did, she was in no position to turn like this and what little she managed, she could not hold, not to speak of the luscious long hair being in her way, almost like a curtain.

Her cute voice was heard yelping when she suddenly felt a touch, at her held leg. It was a strong hand pushing into places she was not used to pressure and her muscles reacted to the touch, twitching, tickling a bit while feeling kinda good, it was such an odd feeling paired with a hint of pain. Hearing her panties were on full display was a huge shock to her, even though the way she held her uniform up, it was not on actual full display but how would she know and just the thought of being caught in a possible disgraceful position like this was bad, and somehow the butterflies in her stomach did not feel all to bad. "P...please... pretty please.... let me down... I'll follow you. I don't want to be on anyone's bad side... especially not your, Phoebe... please..."

"Free meals for a week, try free meals for the rest of the semester then I might just be tempted by your bribe." Not that Phoebe was completely rejecting the idea, especially when it came to food from the expensive menu, she remembered some of the students who decided to save up some money or decided to stupidly spend it went on about how Clemia's true magic came from some of the dishes. It definitely made Phoebe roll her eyes but it did leave her tempted to try it, so if Alorai was offering then she wouldn't mind helping herself to some of the rich girls money, whether she would give it to her or not.

Phoebe certainly wasn't expecting to hear a yelp when she had touched Alorai, but thinking about it shouldn't have been that surprising, someone who lived the posh and royal life probably wasn't used to someone putting their hands on them, especially in a more erogenous area. "Hmm, I wonder how you're family would react seeing you desperately begging to be let down." Phoebe began to circle around Alori, deciding whether or not she wanted to let the other blonde down or leave her dangling up in the air until all the blood rushed to her head. She could always just drop Alori onto the floor, but she was also begging to be let down gently, the continued pleases and the pretty please, it made Phoebe think of a cornered animal begging for its life. "Oh okay, it's hard to be completely cruel when you're acting so pathetic." Slowly the length of magic began to extend then lower Alori onto the floor, releasing her ankle when she laid down atop of it.

Though just because Phoebe had freed Alori's ankles didn't mean she was done with the spell, this time it split off into three parts, two creeping along Alorai's arms wrapping around her wrists, bring both in front of the rich girl and pressing together to turn make a makeshift shackle, the last one had went for Alorai's head, wrapping around the lower part and mouth to function as a gag. "I know you're promising to do what I say, but I just can't trust you." She then gave her wand a yank so that way it would pull Alorai forward as well. "Now follow, don't bother getting your things, just hope no one decides to steal anything."

Leading the way Phoebe stopped when they were standing in front of the door to the girls bathroom, pressing her back against it she pushed open the door so that way Alorai would be able to step inside. "Now get in."

"The... the whole semester!? O.. Okay.. I'll do that..." she gasped but was ready to pay that price if it meant that she was let down and Phoebe would not bully her more. Having to hold up her uniform so it was not dropping down front and back to reveal her panties was already humiliating enough for Alorai. She did not want to actually act pathetic but she was in quite the panic and it was a situation that was rather alien to her. The young woman only began to somewhat calm down as she felt herself slowly being lowered to the floor. Quickly she scrambled back up to her feet and looked at the other blonde.

While Alorai was still busy with her uniform, making sure it was looking all proper, the spell could run it's course finally pulling her hands together and limiting her abilities to move them freely into almost nothing. "What... P..Phoebe?" the blonde was confused and suddenly silenced to mumbles through the magic gag, leaving her to look with wide open eyes at the other. At the yank she stumbled forward and began to follow, attempting to reach out with her foot to somehow at least to get her own wand with them but she was already out of reach, leaving her to a panicked "MMMNNP!!" Maybe she was fearing someone would actually take her wand away, such an important and irreplaceable tool but all she could do was follow into the bathroom.

The long haired girl was looking at Phoebe in panic after turning around, mumbling some nonsense into the magical gag. Her eyes were filled with fear and almost ready to break into tears. What had she done wrong to earn that much hate from the other girl? She wanted to be friends and now this?
