Abandon all hope
Synopsis
WARNING: Here be triggers. This one will touch on dark themes, primarily suicide and madness / depression.
Some would see it as cowardice, but for her it was the bravest thing she could do. Also, the right thing. The only way to escape the pain, the fear. She couldn't bear the burden any longer. There would be no note. This was no cry for help. It was merely an escape, a release from suffering and into blissful non-existence.
Void, nothingness. Nothing existed. So why was she still aware? The only thing that seemed to exist now was her and that terrified her. She had done this to escape existence and in what seemed like a cruel irony she was now the only thing that did exist.
Then there was the mouth. A large, smiling mouth that materialized out of the void. It's grin was disturbing; it wasn't the smile of a sane person. And then, in a soft male voice it spoke.
"Wake up, Alice. Time to face your fate."
It took a few seconds to realize it was addressing her. Her name was not Alice. She tried to speak but no words came out.
"I won't ask again. WAKE UP!"
The darkness receded, She opened her eyes.
Details of my character(s)
I will play various parts as the game progresses. Many will be antagonists but there will be some that will aid the main character and one who will provide a love interest and potential salvation.
Characters I would like my writing partner to play
'Alice'. This isn't her real name. Any concepts will be considered for her but that premise is that she has just committed suicide, the nature of which, and the reasons for which can be discussed with the player. I do like to play alongside Asian women but that isn't a requirement if that is not your thing.
Other Notes
I intend this to be a psycho-sexual head f&*k of a game, exploring depression and madness that could either end badly or well depending on how it plays out. I am basing it very loosely on America McGee's Alice and Alice - Madness Returns so that should give you an idea of the flavor of the game. Except this 'Alice' is a woman and the story will be darker and more erotically charged than the games themselves were.
Long Distance Lust
Synopsis
A germ of an idea, exploring a sexually-charged relationship between two people from different countries communicating via video chat during the COVID-19 lockdown. They would basically be asking each other to do various sexual things whilst the other party watches. The direction this can take can be discussed beforehand and I may add some supernatural or horror elements depending on what is discussed.
Details of my character(s)
I can play a male or female character. I am thinking, though, that this may be more interesting if the person at the other end has no video feed themselves, so they are watching what the other character is doing but the other character cannot see them. This may need to be discussed as there needs to be a reason why the other character would agree to this.
Characters I would like my writing partner to play
A young woman, from a different country to my character. Possibly Asian. We can discuss the details regarding this.
Other Notes
I haven't seen any games on that deal with the current pandemic in any way. This is likely because its something that we are all affected by but to use current affairs in a story like this could prove interesting.
