The year is 3201 and Humanity has finally reached for the stars.
What could have been a dream has become a nightmare instead.
________________________________________Old Earth.
The planet is polluted beyond repair and going through its sixth ice age, caused by the excessive amount anthropogenic gases released in the atmosphere over the course of centuries.
Only the rich and powerful could afford to stay, while common people progressively left the Cradle of Humanity, hoping for a better life in the Milky Way, a vastly unregulated Far West, based on the survival of the fittest.
________________________________________The Milky Way.
Wherever anarchy and space pirates aren’t in control, systems are dominated by titanic galactic companies which buy and sell planets for their valuable ores and strive for absolute dominance. These ruthless multinationals formally owned by the abovementioned wealthy Earth dwellers are run by enigmatic Artificial Intelligences in conflict with one another, to whom people are mere pawns in a chess game they are programmed to win.
Everyone unintentionally partecipates in this game, as everyone needs to live under the protection of a Company not to succumb to interstellar crime, but by seeking the patronage of a Company, people sign their freedom away, becoming a living commodity.
________________________________________New Haven.
Life isn't bad under the benevolent guidance of Hephaestus, the master AI of Vulcan Corp. As long as you get your job done, you can live comfortably and are provided with everything you need.
Division R-94 is an all-male group of interstellar miners working on sucking planets dry of their valuable ores for Vulcan Corp. They're thoroughbred specimens whose code was enriched with animal genes which guarantee better performances while handling heavy machinery in an underground workspace.
After landing on a new Palladium mining site on planet New Haven, Hephaestus informs them of something unusual: they'll also help terraform the planet. This will become the next official Vulcan Corp. colony.
________________________________________A few months later.
Air is barely breathable now, as the workers stop while heading towards the mine. A titanic cargo ship is landing miles away, at the base. "Hφαιστος": its metallic sides are covered with the usual reassuring logo the miners associate with provisions, booze and fresh prostitutes, yet this time there's more to it, it's different.
Hundreds of people get off the spaceship: engineers, mechanics, merchants and simple colonists, ready to build a new home on this inhospitable land.
But there's more, a group of females and cuntboys. They're not harlots, they're dressed in white, shielding their pretty faces from the harsh morning sunlight. They seem timid and virginal, young virgins at best.
They are the fertile wombs in which the next generation of colonists will be planted. Through them, men will sire their children, and this land will be populated with the strong sons of Hephaestus.
________________________________________The young virgin.
Sam is still trying to come to terms with the fact that this is what's to become of him/her: matched to a stranger and meant to become a broodmare for the Corporaton. He/She's but a fertile womb to be inseminated with demi-human genes, yet his future used to seem so bright not too long ago, before Vulcan Corp. came in contact with his native planet, Athena.
They landed with massive interplanetary ships and offered a deal: the settlers of Athena would be protected from conveniently forecasted space pirate incursions, offering their freedom in exchange. The peaceful and independent colonies had to accept and be independent no-more. People were moved to other planets after being evaluated and Sam was not deemed intelligent enough to pursue his dream of becoming a scientist. Luckily for him, there's always an use for a cuntboy/female specimen under the wise guidance of Hephaestus.
