Joining an F-list to profile

How does one add an F-list to their profile?
I have created the F-list but am unsure how to join it to my profile.

You can do it via linking it within BBcode. Type [ u r l = yourlinkhere ] My F-List [ / u r l ] and then remove all of the spaces except for your My F-List part. You can put that down into your signature so it shows up on every post.
