If I'm being honest, it's been some months since I last role-played, mostly because Google + (I know, ew) went down, and that was my platform.
Anyway, I'm looking for a roleplay in a complex supernatural world I've built with one of my characters (whom I don't want to reveal much about for spoiler's sake). But for some basic information about the world:
This is a world dominated by the supernatural, where humans and monsters (now) peacefully coexist after what was a long and fatal war for the human race, reducing their population down to a mere 5% of the total population of the world. All supernatural types exist, but some are rarer than others (such as angels and demons (of which most are hunted or feared)). Humans are regarded to be weak and lower-class, often taunted and put down by the other species. The government is far more aristocratical, mostly consisting of vampires and other creatures (rarely humans, if any). Witches are complicated, as most look like normal humans (although runes form on their skin like tattoos that show their power). And most importantly, LOVE BETWEEN HUMANS AND MONSTERS IS ABSOLUTELY ILLEGAL.
My character's name is Dmitri Scott. He's a difficult man to read and tends to be more logical than emotional, making it hard for him to sound incredibly sympathetic. He's a good man, but no one seems to know who he is.
I ask that your character is not an angel or demon. Please don't make your character OP, but it's cool if you have some interesting powers or quirks. I'd say if you want a really dynamic character, in this universe, witches are probably the way to go, but I'm not telling you what you gotta be.

Your character can be any gender, any personality, good or bad, but I ask that your character not be a total dick? Like, it's not fun for anyone when all your character does is put mine down or some shit like that.

I'd like this to evolve into a slow romance between our characters. I'm super big on fluff, but not a fan of smut unless it progresses the story so yeee.
