Question Character List Area?

I'm brand new here and haven't, admittedly, done a huge amount of digging yet. I found myself immediately wanting a place to post character 'profiles' or ideas/concepts. Since I didn't really find any, I decided to pop in here and ask whether any of you could point me toward an area dedicated toward that purpose or whether, in the event that one doesn't exist, it is a possibility to add one. I tend to RP with many different character concepts and ideas, each with their own stories and such. I'd -love- a way to link back to the character (post) that I'm using for a particular RP. Or just lead to the thread of my characters if I'm talking about starting a new RP with someone and we need to work out which idea would fit best with which setting, etc.
