As your turn the corner you are confronted by an awesome sight. More a city than a village, the sprawling metropolis of Kogakure lies before you, filling the entire valley and covering the valley walls. As you near the gate the guard comes out to greet you, he smiles and you realize he is more a salesman then a Guard.

"Welcome Kogakure, the Village Hidden in Sin! What will me your pleasure today my lords? Satisfying your bloodlust in the Wrath district? Gambling your soul away in the Greed District? Eating till your heart explodes in the Gluttony District? Buying your own Personal Slave to worship you in the Pride District? trying to by rare and exotic Items in the Envy District? Or may be waited on hand and foot in the Sloth District?" The man rants on with the smile of a man who has something you want. "Or perhaps your more interested in the beautiful Geisha-nins of the Lust District? They do things there aren't even names for, things that can make a man feel he died in ecstasy." the man laughs to himself as he lets you passed.

"Welcome to the Village Hidden in Sin, where all you desires can come true... if you pocketbook is big enough."

RULES!!!

» 1. Literacy people
I want people to have some kind of writing skill, talk in 3rd person and please don't use theses ** they make my brain hurt and please use (( )) for talking in out of character. I would like to see around an average of about 4 lines to a paragraph per character, I know thereâ??s writers block but please try not to only post a line. If you have more then one character and like to keep them together in one post please for the love of god don't put both of your character together in one paragraph, it's annoying to everyone who's reading it. Of course there are some exceptions to this, like if you're playing twins or partners but still at least have them have separate colors and such.

» 2. No godmodding
I donâ??t want to see any of this crap some people are getting that just because their parents have a tailed beast that they get to have their powers as well...it doesn't work that way people!! The something goes for the curse marks. Also Genin can't use Rasengan or Chidori more then once in a battle, they also can't come up with their own type of one of the jutsus. Also since I see this happening to Genin most of the time I'm putting it here but it applies to everyone, you can't come up with your own rip-off of Rasengan or Chidori unless you have a good way of explaining it if you do that I hope Naruto and Sasuke don't kill you. ((This also goes for Kekkai Genkai))

Not everyone can be a child prodigy, got it, that means I donâ??t want to see people who are like the most gifted person the village has ever seen. Also I donâ??t want everyone to have a sad story, this doesnâ??t mean I wont accept them but Iâ??m only going to accept a few and theyâ??re going to be good ones. Oh and not ever Uchiha can have the Mangekyo Sharingan so Iâ??m only letting a few Mangekyo users into the RP besides Madara and Itachi that it seriously it really wouldn't be to fun if all of them somehow managed to kill the person closest to them

I didn't think I'd have to put this in the rules since its only common scene but recently some people have been bugging me with this. You can only use Rasengan or Chidori if you were taught it by a canon who knows it. Once more only Uchihas can use Chidori, the only exception to this is of course is Kakashi's kids. This also goes for any other jutsu that may be reviled in the future. To top that off people aren't related to Tsunade or Sakura CAN NOT have super strength or have medical ninjutsu that is at the same level as theirs [that also goes for Kabuto].

If you have the Rinnegan please DON'T give your RPC more elements then they need. I mean come on they already have all the basic elements, there's no need for them to have the crystal release or Yin and Yang or anything else like that. That annoys the shit out of me and will make me a mad birdie if I see it in a profile. Also the kids of Pain and Konan CAN NOT have six bodies unless they are 30 years old or over.

If you are a demon you CAN NOT be in the Akatsuki for crying out loud!!

You can only have TWO elements at the most per RPC. I MAY make exceptions to this but that dosen't mean I will make them for everyone.

Well if you must know:
Tokoâ??s true origins are unknown. He joined the village shortly after the 5th Tsuchikage took over as leader of Iwagakure but never really stood out. He worked hard but always seemed to fail at everything he tried. His real story began with the end of another.

Kal Tokita, the Tsuchikage of Iwagakure and Jinchuuriki of the earth Demon Kaku had grown ill, his powers steadily weakening and his life draining away. He left the village in search of someone who could help him but the only man who would be able to aid him had died. Seeing that there was no avoiding his death he decided to seal the demon Kaku in another body. When a demons host dies the beast with in is reincarnated, free to roam and cause destruction at will. I is little more then a big animal in this form. Not wishing people to get hurt, he chose to end his life sooner to remove the demon and place it in another host. Kal found that host in a young Ex-Chunnin of Iwagakure that he happened to encounter, Toko. He found him clinging to life himself, his arm and legs crushed. He saved the boyâ??s life but never really got to know the boy. However he was short on time and his choices were limited. No one to let a debt to go unpaid Toko, gravely accepted the dieing Kages offer. But part way before the seal was competed Kalâ??s strength failed him leaving him unable to fully seal the demon.

The failed Sealing had horrible side effects, Kaku right paw was left unsealed, letting the ancient beast exert some of its will over the boy. Most times Tokoâ??s Personality is dominate but in times of great danger, emotional stress or during a New Moon (When Kakuâ??s powers are strongest) the demon takes control. Even worse the Kaku tries to further unstable Tokoâ??s mind by constantly whispering to him.

He eventual was overcome by Kaku's will and is now little more than his puppet.

General Earth powers but carries a supply of a Special Red Clay. This clay had a number of uses but mostly Toko can shape it using his chakra to change his appearance at will. He can change its shape, density, hardness, texture and color forming near Henge's beyond that of most ninja. He uses this clay to replace his missing legs and right arm.
