Naomi got onto the plane from the Tokyo airport as she got into the seat she noticed her family wave her off as she had enlisted in an exchange program with an American family and she couldn't wait to see her family for two weeks. Hopefully they were nice and good to get along with. Suddenly with a jerk the plane took off and they slowly began to lift off from the airport. She began to fall asleep knowing that the time difference would affect her quite drastically since they were from opposite sides of the world.
When she woke up later she had saw the coast and the Americas below her. This is it and her family would be waiting for her. They arrived or hailed from a city that was large or was it small? She didn't know but she was heading toward it. She had forgotten the name and hoped they knew it so she didn't look like a fool when she went to school there. Her mind was racked with so many questions for her temporary family and about the Americas. She hadn't bee over to this land in her life and now visiting for the fist time seemed exciting.
