The Sister/Husband + Wife, Wife's Sister/Husband + Wife, and Nanny/Husband + Wife are pretty similar. With more direct incest between the sister and husband (her brother) in the Sister/Husband pair, some brief and indirect incest between the Wife and her Sister in the Wife's Sister/Husband pair, and none at all with the Babysitter or Nanny. The wife's be kinda frigid and shrew-ish with the sister or nanny pining for the husband. I'll say more if you nail down an interest on any of these. Escort/Boyfriend + Girlfriend would be she's his favorite escort and they slowly (or quickly) fall for each other. She'd convince him to move or into his house where she'd bully his frigid (like the wife) girlfriend into their toy. This could work with a married couple and, as with the Nanny/Husband and Wife's Sister/Husband end with him leaving the wife/girlfriend for her but still keeping her around as their slave.
