Locked out of account + page endlessly refreshing

Hi there--whenever I try to log into my account (Jaeger), it only lets me access a page that wants me to change my email b/c my previous one is invalid...however, whenever I try to change it to something else, the page refreshes automatically before I can finish, and even if I manage to get everything down in time, it just returns me to the change email page after I hit enter. I've tried it on a few different browsers, cleared my cookies, etc, and I keep having the same issue.
