OHHH FELLOW FAT PEOPLE.

Well, hopefully I'll find a routine that works with me. I'll probably exercise when I get home from school or something like that. I end up walking a lot over campus, but I'll probably start walking a little more. >.> I don't drink much soda and I don't really eat candy, so I'll have to trim down on portions and whatnot. <.< LOTS TO DO! lawlz. But hopefully it will work out for me and I'll be a smexy mama for Halloween. <.<

I wanna lose 30 pounds... eventually! D:
I just wanna be below 150 at this point. -Nod- -Nod-

Sometimes the natural way takes too long. I always have to get into shape really quickly for shows. Obviously eating right and exercising is a must, but sometimes that's not enough. Anyway, I'd say I'm in pretty good shape so I was just trying to help a bit because people always ask me 'how did you get so fit?" I dance my ass off literally, but the concoction helps. Gives me lots of energy.
Just be aware that loosing weight extremely quickly and gaining it back is really bad for your body. Treat your body right, and you'll have less problems in the future.

Currently I work out for about an hour and a half to two hours in the mornings.

I try to do short sessions of push ups and sit ups hourly, but you know, some times you're in public.

And I run in the night. And I eat very little, I stick to soups and water, and that's about it. From time to time I munch some veggies or a fruit in the morning.

I just weighed myself and when I started on Friday I was 232. I'm sitting at 228 right now.

Hopefully I can keep this up.

OHHH HOW I CRAVE A CHEESEBURGER.

Welp, sign me up for the BMRP Fat Folk Nite Krew. I have to lose around 130 myself.

Remember, girls, don't fear weight training! The only way you'll ever end up looking like a female bodybuilder is if you actively try to look like that and destroy your liver chemically with steroids and such. More muscle mass = more calories burned = easier to lose weight + less loose skin post weightloss! Michael Phelps apparently eats 5-6k calories daily. He also spends a lot of time in the pool, yes, but every picture I've seen of him the only fat he's got is in those ears of his. I swear those joints could pick up DoD transmissions if he listened hard enough.

Edit: If anyone's interested, I have both a modified starting strength workout and a nutrition/rest/supplement beginner's guide that I can post here. The former is written by someone who's been working out for fun for a long-assed time, and the latter is written by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (through the NSCA National Strength and Conditioning Association) and a specialist in performance nutrition, who has a major in Exercise Sports Science with a concentration in sports nutrition and over a decade in experience.

Actually, eating around 2k calories a day is perfect. Eating too few will throw your metabolism in to 'oh shit I'm starving STORE IT ALL DERP' mode and will fuck you over in the long run. Not in the good way, either. It's better to lose weight slowly and steadily~

Remember guyz, no extreme diets. Try replacing foods you like with healthy alternatives.

White bread = wheat.

Cut down butter in recipies or cut it out and replace it with good olive oil.

Baked, not fried.

Chips = toasted tortillas that are unsalted.

Just stuff like that. Don't shock your system or make unrealistic changes that you won't want to keep. Dieting doesn't mean eating food you hate.

Update: I've lost 9 pounds! :3 I don't know how though, especially considering college started. .______.;

I am losing weight, mostly because I am intollerant to... food...

Um... My good pants don't fit me anymore XD Which is good, but now I have to go shopping. ><

I have two conditions that mess up my metabolism, so I have to watch what I eat all the time x.x

I suggest the Scarsdale diet. Bland as hell, but it gets you what you need and you lose weight. My mom always went on it after giving birth and she'd lose a lot of weight.

Of course always have multiple forms of exercise, but change it up every week so your body doesn't get used to it.

While I'm not on a diet, I have recently changed my eating habits since April/May? I eat things in small portions, I actually stop eating when I'm full.. Thing about me is that I like to lose weight gradually. I've done the extreme dieting and it's more stress then it's worth. What I like to do is control my portions during the weekdays and splurge a little during the weekends. My body likes that compromise, it seems.

Last year, I was at 160. This week, I'm at 135. n__n I lost five pounds so far this month, so I'm happy about that.

I am trying to loose weight. When I am at home it is not a problem for me not to drink soda or eat a bunch of unhealthy snack foods. The problem is my work....I have a unlimited supply of free soda and fating food... I work at a fast food restraint and am a manager so I can eat the entire time up there and no one will say a word about it. But the eating is not the real problem I am a pretty picky eater and most of the things we serve I can't subatomic. But the Soda is my akiles heel, When I was younger I drank nothing bot soda every time I was thirsty. could go though a 12 pack in 2 days no problem. When I am at home it is not a problem because I just don't buy any to have at the house. But work... it calls to me so.... Now I have another problem is I can't drink plane water.... I just can't do it unless I HAVE to, but I started buying these tea packets witch I can put in to a bottle water and it only adds 5 calories to it. But there is the problem if forgetting to grab a few before I go in to work and than if there is no bottled water brought up I don't want to have to go and get it. I was doing good for a while, but seance my Birthday I have fallen back in to old habits of just saying forget it and grabbing a soda....

Mow really I barely eat anything, I don't starve my self mind you, but if I am at home I will think to my self am I hungry enough to try and find something to eat and say no, problem is what we do have is very fating stuff...
