The idea with this was have the vamp fall for the human female only to end up in it getting her killed, the werewolf female decides to team up with the male vampire in hopes to get revenge for their common loss. Meanwhile, they develop feelings.
Blood dripped from her wrist as the fangs penetrated the flesh, she whimpered but was used to this. The liquid was sucked from her as her vission started to blurr. She had lost track of time as the world around her started spinning. Three months? Three days? 2 years? How long had she been under this treatment. Her body couldn't tell but if someone saw her they would say easily over a few months. Her body was weakened by the blood loss, constantly being fed on, she wouldn't last much longer. The chains went back around her wrists as they took her back to the cage, reducing her to an animal, even lower than that some times. A cow for slaughter, butcher, food. She was nothing to them but a food source. This would be the last time they would drink from her, she could feel her body draining it's last resources before the chains went slack and her body drifted into a state of permanent unconsciousness. Her heart stopped and the vampire that had just fed on her growled territorially. He knew there was no stopping it, so he left her body there and returned to the coven chambers. "My lord, the blood bank has died. She was unable to take the constant feeding."
The vampire lord stroked his hand down his velveteen garb and glared at him. "Then make him go out and find another."
"Right M'Lord..." The younger vampire said, walking off to find the one that they dubbed "Banker." He was an older vampire, in years not looks. The man was responsible for finding them new blood every 5 months, unfortunately this time it would be 3 months as the girl was weak before they found her. They had a few bankers, this one was new to the job as the previous had been slaughtered by a hunter. The vampire walked in and spoke to the man, keeping his eyes low. He knew the current banker happened to be the vampire prince. The lords son. He dare not speak ill of him. Once he let him know what had to be done, he left without another word, enjoying his head where it was.

Sarence had been born into a family of Hunters, the mother and father had allowed the pup to stay around as Sarences mother had died giving birth to her. They didn't know at the time that Sarence was a lot more than met the eye, thinking she was just another wolf pup. She let them think this, going about her day with Helen the daughter of the hunters. Helen was quite close to Sarence, and Sarence protected her. It was their job - as werewolves to protect the last surviving humans. The land had been masacred by vampires and as such - the werewolves were the only thing standing in the way of an extinct human population. Werewolves got along with humans, never hunting them, never being hunted by them. Very few humans knew about the wolves "secrets" and the ones that did had a society of people called the Wolfwalkers. This society held humans and werewolves alike, but had all but been destroyed when the world fell into shambles. Back about 50 years ago there had been a spike in deaths, and a rise in the vampire population. The Lord had used this spike to kill out and capture almost the entire population of humans and werewolves. Some of the werewolves were used as blood-banks as well, because they were half human and had some redeemable blood qualities. Others were tortured and made to drink wolvesbane, Sarence's mother had been one of these, affecting Sarence, by allowing her the resistance to the powerful poison. If injested, it would only make her sick, it wouldn't kill her. Because she had been exposed in the womb, her mothers body took most of it and only allowed her a small does which allowed her to build the tolerance quite quickly. Her mother had escaped and found her way back here, giving Sarence to a family that would care for her, and one day that Sarence herself could protect.

A girl and her Dog, that is all the two really were. Best friends. Sarence would do whatever it would take to protect the girl, staying by her side almost always. Tonight though... Was a coincidence that she never thought would happen. Sarence was taken out by Helens mother, a hunting job. Sarence was a hunting dog when it came to the family, and was happy to go. They left the girl home alone, with the instructions not to invite anyone in the house, not to leave the house, and to keep her knife around her at all times.

Helen sat on the floor in front of the fireplace playing with her knife, she had never hunted anything before, so she wouldn't really know what to do if something came after her. The only humans that were left were hunters and the children of them. The rest of them were packaged like sardines in the vampires castle, fed on daily. Each coven had their own blood-bank, as well as their own bankers. The humans knew of this and protected themselves any way they could. Helen ran her fingers through her thick red hair and nibbled at the tip of her blade, waiting for her family to return. Suddenly, she heard a sound outside and looked back. She leaned forward to blow the candle out - a bad move since vampires could see in the dark and she could not. She was an amateur, and not really sure how it all worked. She walked over to the door and opened it, looking out. "H...Hello?" She asked, swallowing softly. Her heart was beating at a thousand beats a minute, as the fear boiled up into her throat. "W...Who's there..." She said softly, as if a vampire was human. She didn't even know if it was a vampire, but what she didn't know is vampires didn't need to be invited in. They just needed the door to be open. They wouldn't be able to enter if the door was shut because the door was made of mahogany. Something that vampires couldn't touch. This was the reason that their coffins - if they used them, most vampires used beds or never slept - were made out of oak. Mahogany was poison to vampires, sucking out any life they had left in their bodies.

She left the door open for too long, allowing whatever was outside to get in. Slowly she shut the door and rubbed her face slowly. "It's nothing..." She said. "Just the wind..." It was rather stormy out tonight, the snow was blanketing the ground outside their bunker. She locked the door and went back over to sit by the fire, unaware that she was in danger.

"We need to find another planet to call home." A man told his surperior.
The woman looked up from where she was seated and nodded. Her legs were crossed delicately over her form, gently kicking one leg out as she looked to her underling. "I am well aware of that, Trandou." She said softly. She slowly rose from the throne where she was seated. The entire hall had been crafted of bones. These bones were collected from their enemies then forged together to build the throne, as well as the rest of the colony. Each of the houses were built of the same bone like structure that their queens throne was built from. This particular colony had a mistress named Sanan. Sanan's species was fantastically skilled at hunting, stalking, and ripping appart its prey. With cat-like bodies and huge muscular jaws, they could destroy anything that came into their path. Sarence glanced back at the throne then looked to her left. "Daedric..." She said, calling to her husband. A large tiger looked up from the ground and clicked a couple of noises at her. She nodded. "Stay here, As leader of the military I shall go prepare to investigate the near-by planets... you, my love, rule in my absence. If I do not send word to you in 3 months time, find me." The black cat with green, yellow, and red markings stood and put his muzzel into her hand. "I will be fine my love." She said, gently stroking her hand over her mates large head, her claws massaging his skull. "It's time we move. Our young have been dying for too long, at this rate we will not last long. I will build up a colony on another planet and send word back here if it is successful. Give me 3 months." She said, repeating the time period. Doing so seemed to make the large cat whimper, a small attest to his annoyance. He complied however, not having another choice as she was the one that was in charge. He watch mournfully as his mate stalked out of the room, to the doors.

Sarence's paws crushed un-settled peices of bone into their places. Their colony was entirely constructed out of the corpses of their foe. Each time their species killed someone, or tortured someone, they would lop off a peice of the body as a trophy and seal it into place in the colony. This was until they had wiped all of the other species from their planet, and the ones they didn't wipe out they had enslaved, working for them on the mining locations across the planet. Those that didn't mine were put into forced breeding, where they would create new bones for the enclosure. This, to Sarence, was a normal day-to-day occurance. People that weren't her species deserved to be tortured for their will and desires to be acomplished, a means to an end one might say. She had no sympathy for those that came into their territory uninvited. If they didn't come in, they wouldn't be captured, that was how she saw it. She didn't realize the hypocracy when was going to be commiting, going to a planet uninvited, she was asking for karma to bite her in the ass.

She made her way to her ship, but just before entering it she was stopped by the tiger at her leg. He didn't stay a tiger long, shifting his form into a naked male form in front of her. "Mistress..." he said softly. "Please, take others with you... I beg you..."
She looked at him, usually she would kill anyone to challange her, but in this case he was her mate, regardless how many actual sexual-mates she had, she would listen. Turning from him she walked back into their hive, shifting her form to screech at them. The hive soldiers looked over from their posts and she screeched again. They all shifted and followed after her. She was taking 6 total with her, 5 other males, they should be okay togehter.
"We will send word if it's in habitable. Three months." She said to her mate, nuzzling him. She was talking to him in a series of clicks and screeches that only their species understood. He nodded and wished her luck, watching her board with the other 5 on the ship before it took off. He stepped back getting blasted by the exhast as he watched it rocket off. He returned to the hive, instructing them to prepare to attack earth in three months time if the queen did not return.

_______

It took 2 weeks for them to arrive at the planet earth, their ship had to travel three galaxies in order to make it to earth. They were from extremely far away, it was cold where they lived but they could easily adapt.

Sarence brought the ship down to the earth, just outside a place that seemed to her to be a giant grey rock. A large one at that. She slowly landed the ship and all of the men and the queen who boarded the ship at the planet. They exited and started to walk along the sandy ground.
"I can breathe..." One of them said.
Sarence nodded. "Yes... toxicity level 4%..." She said, tasting the air. "Perfect for breeding..."
They went on to look around, one digging at the ground. "The ground is dead." He said.
"At least it is here..." Sarence retorted.

Meanwhile, in the city they had seen the ship land on radar. Their system was able to read a UFO and when it landed they were already sending crews out to investigate, with weapons of all sorts. Before Sarence and friends knew it, they were sorrounded. The crew instantly went into fight mode, lunging and tearing appart armor to toss it asside and rip the crucial elements of human life straight from the body of the men. A few of the members were caught easily, a couple of them put up a fight though and all of them took a lot of gas to knock out. Sarence however was a different story, as a queen she was stronger and larger than all of her other comrads, becoming queen wasn't a birthright. She fought tooth and nail for it. It took a lot to bring sarence down, arrows through her bones, daggers in her flesh, and even when she was brought to the ground finally, with struggle, she still didn't give in, thrashing and snarling as her comrades were carried off. She screeched and attempted to pull free but the main hunter lunged onto her and slammed a dagger through the top of her muzzle, through the bottom. She snarled and ripped her head from his hands and grabbed his arm in her mouth and snapped it clean off. The man recoiled and fell over, thrashing as he lost a lot of blood. The remaining hunters slammed the dagger through her muzzel again quickly turning it underneath her chin so she couldn't yank it out, they curled the blade so that opening her mouth would only dig it deep into her throat. She thrashed her tail and continued to struggle as they subdued her and her hive. They used chains to bind her and drag her onto the carrier, along with her pack members, towards the city. They had an underground entrance that they took her into, dragging her up through it towards the inside of the science docking bay that was at the beginning of the lab entrance. They took them in and put them in the gas chamber to completely knock them out so they could fassion chambers to keep them in. Sarence however was another thing all together. Sarence would need to be restrained differently. Being she was the queen of the hive, she had everything - where as her comrades only had one of each of the elements within them. There was only one female - Sarence. Each Hive had but one and killed off the others if they were born. A hive queen could last a thousand years, there was no need for the other females.

"Well now, what are you, all those wounds and you're not dead... How intriguing." An older man with glasses on and a bald head took out a clipboard and started documenting everything about the creature. "Hey, Samsmon, come over here and check out this thing they found." ((This would be the scientist that is the "ass kisser" of the leader))
A man dressed in Khaki's a white t-shirt and a lab coat walked over. "Well I'll be, what in the world is it?"
Another man walked in and was washing blood from his hands with a wet towel. "That ain't from our world." He said. "Best lock it up and figure out the best way to stop it from killing us, it's strong." He'd seen these creatures before, only once though, and only back when he worked with area 15 in the CIA. Jason was an ex-gov official, he heard about this project and after losing all faith in the corruption that was the government, decided to throw his future into the project they had going. He washed blood from his hands and grabbed some gloves made of titanium chain mail. An advancement in the human-age somewhere around year 2800. He slipped it on his hands and walked over to her, careful of her large fangs. "God damn, her teeth are larger than my forearm! I've never seen one THIS big before... She must be the queen." He said, looking at them, he pushed at the tooth and she snarled, a somewhat alien-screech type snarl with some type of clicking sound in it. "Hm. Seems Titanium is going to be our best bet." Jason said. "Samson, go melt down some titanium, we need shackles for this beast."
Samson took off and returned momentarily. They started to go about the process of moving her from the painful contraption that was created by the arrows and chains, to slightly more comfortable but stronger holding devices that would surely keep her in place. When they were done they had a chain around her feet, waist, chest, neck, muzzle and midsection. She was forced in a standing position by the metal stand that was attached at her midsection, like a little statue. Her eyes darted around, looking at all the human signatures in the room. Little did they know, titanium stopped her ability to perform her psychic commands, or all of these men would be swimming in vats of acid, willingly. She snarled into the muzzle. Jason walked up and fastened a spacer of Titanium between her jaws, forcing her mouth open so they could examine here just a bit more easily. He looked at her mouth and his eyes widened slightly. "Hey, Samson, get me a Cup." He said. Samson did as he was asked. Jason put a piece of plastic over the cup, pressed the cup to her fang and pushed at her gum. As he had imagined, she had venom in her fangs. "Hm. Interesting..." He looked at the venom and it didn't take but a couple of seconds for that one drop of venom to eat through the plastic and then fall onto his leg, eating straight through his leg and through the floor below. It happened so fast that his scream was after it was already in the ground. He dropped the cup and convulsed in pain. Sarence looked at him as if she was happy to see the bastard in pain. Jason thrashed on the ground as the medical team rushed in to escort him out, followed by the leader of the facility to come look at their new experiment.

Blood pounded in his ears as he ran, something, he was being chased. All he could remember was a severe pain in his leg, a 'crack' sound and him falling. He was them grabbed up and chained in the back of what he assumed was a train, by the sound of it. The steam powered engine hurt his ears. He was quite a long ways from home he had imagined, taken to a lab, studied. It wasn't until he sprung his escape that he was sure his life was over. Something wizzed past his head and slammed into a tree. Looking at it he could tell it was a cross-bow bolt and that it had some type of shiney liquid on it's tip. "What did I ever do to you?" He shouted, running away from the men that were chasing him. The men were fully armed, seemingly in some type of metal armor, also slicked in the same shiney residue. Damien panted and quickly rounded around a tree, pressing his back into it. He saw a small ravine and decided that death would be better than this madness. Studied for about 4 years, he was done. He bolted towards the cliff and dove off of it straight into the dark depths of the river below. Soon he was swept with the current, forced under it by the undertow. He thought his life was completely over as the blackness overtook his vision. Little did the boy with white hair know, he had washed up on land that he had once belonged to before his pack moved to a new location. Now, away from his home, with no where to go, he would wander. As he hit the water he had crashed against some of the rocks below, causing him to be knocked unconscious for a short period of time. He soon washed up on shore and attempted to stand. He had a concussion and it was making it incredibly difficult to walk. He managed a couple of steps, panting softly. He was hungry, dazed, and scared. Soon he found himself leaning with his hand against a tree, panting and wishing he knew where he was. His vision swirled and down he went, into the leaves under the tree. He was dressed in rags, whatever the scientists could afford to dress him in.

He still had his families crest hanging from his neck on a gold chain, it bore the crest of the one that was hunted viciously in these lands. He panted softly and attempted to push himself from the ground but only collapsed once more. In the last bit of strength, he was able to roll onto his back before passing out. His white hair caressed over his face, a small black streak slid just above his nose. His cheek length hair plastered against his face. Soft blue eyes were hidden behind heavy lids and he struggled to breathe properly. His lungs had filled with water and he was slowly edging towards the dark abyss that he had once crawled out of, or so people said. With a couple of shallow breaths, the young 15 year old boy, scared and alone, attempted to let himself fade and end the pain that burned in his lungs, and his head.

McKready's was a steady job. It didn't really give her much in terms of pay, but it allowed her to blend in among the locals and seem to merge with the town. Bar-wench by day, wolf by night. Sarence made a good life here. Just another day on the job, men ordering drinks and beds. There were only a few bar-wenches like she, and they had over 20 tables to serve usually occupied by the filthiest and most unkempt men. But this was how she choose to live her life as a human. If she wanted to be one, she needed to act like one. One glass here, another there, pouring the whiskey from barrels and serving up their house specialty called the Kready Dipper. This was the best house ale one could order in the miles of country side of town. Travelers came from sea and horseback seldom just to taste a small swig of Keady's famed drink.

"Oi, Bar-wench." Piped up a man with beady eyes and a sharp nose. His tone was just as sharp. "Bring me th'special an' snap to it, or I won't be paying ye." He drawled in a rough irish accent.
Sarence wiped sweat from her brow with the back of her wrist and her eyes rolled as she pulled out some Kready ale and poured it over some whiskey cubes, sliding it down to the man. The whiskey offset the bitterness of the Kready, making it perfection to the pallet. The man swigged it down in a couple gulps and eyed Sarence. "Oi, lass, yer lookin fine as gold, git on over here give us a wee dance." The man demanded drunkenly.

Sarence drew in a deep breathe through crimson, pursed lips. "Sir... with all due respect..." She spoke in a very soft tone, only a slight British accent could be picked up. "I don't lie with pigs." She turned and strolled off to get drinks for other guests. The conversation no doubt could be heard by her other customers, one man in particular seemed to pick up on it. She walked up to the mans table with her feather pen in hand with a peice of parchment. "Wha' will you be 'aving sir?" She asked softly. Her dark brown, almost black, shoulder length hair curled softly around her ears, her eyes a deep emerald but with enough shine left to show the life she had lived thus far. Her smile, though weary, was sincere and attentive. She didn't necessarily love her job but it wasn't something she despised either. The few customers who were rude or disgusting got treated well enough correctly that it suited her.

A whole pig was roasting on the coals in the fireplace, ale barrels scattered to and fro along the walls. The tables were hand carved, seating about 4 people 6 maximum along it's breadth. The whole place was lighted by a single torch-chandeleir above their heads. Created from elk horns and woven together with straw by Sarences own hands. She had been working here since she was 16 and it was pretty much home for her. The owner, Mr. Kready said he had rescued her from a fire - she didn't remember much about those days. She did remember that she was eight years old. She faded out of awareness until a voice said. "Did you get that?" She glanced over at the men that she was serving. "My 'pollogies sirs. I seem to have lost my thoughts, might'nt you repeat your order please?" She was ready this time to write it down properly.

Her usual target was scouting out their next victim. She watched on in disgust as the man watched the little boy. Sarence wanted children, but due to her... illness, she was unable to possess such a thing as far as she knew. The little boy was playing in the dirt and his mother was gossiping at the table. The man continued to watch, almost salivating. She could smell the disgusting males arousal as he watched the boy. The arousal only got stronger as a little girl came into view. She again curled up her nose and glared in the direction of the man. They were sick, sick in the head. Completely mental for enjoying that type of thing. This man, Henrik Jaeger. A businessman and apparently a rich and wealthy 'popular' man. How dare he resort to this type of pleasure. His pleasure wasn't in raping the children, no, he tortured them, destroyed everything about them that made them children then killed them. He was the most disgusting creature she'd ever met, and she fought vampires that had more heart. It came time for the man to start prowling towards one of the children and she stepped into his path. "Wouldn't...If I was you." She said. The man seemed to stop abruptly, shocked anyone would tell him 'no' it seemed. He scoffed, adjusted his tie and stalked off. She followed him back to his house and made quick work of him. She shifted to her wolf form and lunged at him ripping out his throat as slowly as she could to cause him as much final suffering as she could before devouring parts of him. She growled when she heard a sound coming from the door of the mansion she had followed the man to. With blood on her maw and her paws, she paced away from the man and started to leave the residence when something hit her in her side. She yelped softly and her vision started to blur. Wolvesbane. She knew it instantly. Someone had hit her with wolvesbane. She glanced around frantically attempting to figure out what had hit her before she collapsed to the floor unable to move her body due to the drug, she panted and slowly edged towards unconsciousness.

Rain could only do so well to mask the scent that permeated the air that night, a salty, sweet, and savory scent. He knew at once that this smell was blood, a lot of it. Dropping his muzzle to the ground he started sniffing out the smell, it wasn't far away but by his calculations "far away" could be miles. He had a very sensitive set of features, from the vampiric eyes that gave him perfect vision in the dark, to the heightened hearing that allowed him to hear even the smallest of sounds from a far distance. Draxen had it all. His ashen fur made it hard to see him in the night, combined with his behemoth paws and strong muscular body, it made him a force to be reckoned with. If this giant behemoth were to jump from the darkness, your life would be over. He was once a leader of a pack, the strongest and most agile of the wolves until one fateful day. He was born a full-blooded wolf, but something about his blood was dormant until he grew old enough. His body started to flesh out, his fangs grew longer and his thirst for blood started to become stronger. Controllable, unlike that of a true vampire, this wolf was one of a kind, the first, and only known hybrid.

A growl would resonate through the air as he lunged towards a vampire that was holding a small - at least in relation to his own size - figure by the throat. The figure was bloody, seemingly the vampire had cut bits of the figure to have its fill of pain before he ended the figures life. Draxen hated vampires, they were disgusting creatures who fed from their victim with little to no care about who the individual was or what they wanted. Draxen wrapped his jaws around the creatures throat and ripped him back from teh figure, he noticed the figure stood for a moment, swayed and then dropped to the ground. He continued to rip apart the vampire tearing his throat out and savoring the blood. The blood of a vampire sated him much more than that of a human normally, but something about the scent the boys blood carried drew him in he found out as he moved to the figure now recognized as a particular gender. He nuzzled the boys' cheek with his nose but when there was no response he shifted his form and applied pressure to the wounds. He picked the boy up in his arms and took him back to his place as quickly as inhumanly possible. He was worried the boy wouldn't recover and he quickly started dressing wounds, shifting to his wolf form to lick a couple of the deeper wounds and force them to heal. The healing properties of a werewolves saliva were only present in stronger werewolves, weaker ones didn't possess this ability.

He waited for the boy to wake up, leaving water and some crackers near the bedside just in case. Draxen sat in a chair beside the bed on the side, his hands folded under his head with his elbows rested on his knees.

The mud was thick tonight, pulling the girl down into it as she kneeled beside a comrad to drag him back. She was distracted as the men came up and grabbed her, shooting the man, she was trying to help, in the head. They bound her and started to drag her away, taking her back to their location, a gun pressed to her head to keep her from retaliating. Once they got her back to their area they didn't waste much time in tying her down with what they had on hand, wire, sharp and thin. They wrapped it around her wrists ignoring the fact that it made her bleed, they didn't care, they used it to tie her down to a dirty matress. Her ankles were also bound tightly with the same sharp wire, blood lubricating the wounds and only cutting her deeper. The men took turns violating her how they wanted, most of them in very sadistic ways, one of them took the liberty of wrapping the wire painfully around her breasts and because he was feeling especially dickish he left the wire wrapped painfully around her breasts and left the room. The next guy only pulled the wire off because they couldn't have her dying from infection due to the wounds in her breast tissue. For the next two weeks they had their way with her, using whatever they could get their hands on - eventually shoving her underwear in her mouth and using the military grade ductape to seal her mouth shut around them. The panties had been filthy due to how long she had been captive, and she had been wearing them after each encounter so they likely tasted foul. They only removed them to force an 'O' ring into her mouth to get head from her, they were planning on fucking her until she finally died from starvation, they hadn't fed her and the only water that she got was the occasional spit into her mouth, as well as other forms of bodily excretions ((this could be urine, I care not either way)) Finally she started to become weak and frail and they left her for dead, leaving her gagged and bound so tightly. In the last few days they had gotten more rough with her, cutting her and even going as far as wrapping the wires tighter. They didn't care if she died, they had been at war too long and she was nothing but a hunk of meat to fuck to them.

The day she was slowly losing the last bit of life in her, gunshots rang through the camp and men stormed into the platoon and killed every last one of the guys that were there.

Damien had entered the room originally looking for bombs or anything that possibly would kill them on entry, he was the only one in the room. He looked over and saw the woman who was nude and in absolutely horrid condition. He quickly shouldered his gun to the floor and moved over kneeling beside her. He didn't even know if the girl spoke english, he did know he was on the opposite side of the war from her though, given the dogtags he found next to her. He was about to leave, thinking she was dead when he decided to test it, a final decision that would change his life forever. His gloved hand moved down to touch her flesh and he saw her flinch. He dropped his gear immediately, caring not if she was friend or foe. She was no danger ripped up like this, and she clearly wasn't on the side of this cantien they just destroyed. He pulled out his knife and slashed through all of the wires as gently as he could, cutting them with the swiss knife. "Easy...I've got you..." He said, the moment changing how he felt about the situation. His comrades weren't around so he didn't have to act tough or like he was a careless bastard either. Once he got her free of the bindings he removed the tape on her mouth and pulled the nasty cloth from her mouth. He picked his gear up and then hauled her into his arms walking her out. Being the seargent in this situation, he protected her from the others, however, the master seargent changed that when they got back home, she was a prisoner yet agian. They may not have been as cruel, feeidn her and giving her water, but the men were thirsty for her body, and the master seargent okayed it. In order to make sure she was okay he joined in on the 'fun' they had with her - even though it wasn't violent or horribly painful, it was still wrong. He waited till they were gone and he was finally alone with her for the moment.

He spoke the name from her Dogtag. "Do you speak english?" he asked after saying her name.

Vampires and werewolves were at war and inside of poor Damien, it was no different. He was an abomination and as such lived like one, alone, only leaving his home occasionally. He lived in a small shack, hunted for his own meat and made a trip to the river for a bath and water. He didn't live too lavishly, working on a lumber mill not too far from his home for some money for the occasional beer or piece of meat. He made it okay though. It didn't take him long to adjust since he had done it since he was a small child. He woke on a particular morning and went out for a stroll through his woods and he heard a scream. He looked up, the sun had not come up yet but he could still see perfectly well. It was a female screaming and that alerted him to his sorroundings as he shifted to his wolf form to go off and find the source of this scream. He rounded a opening in the trees where she lay, ripped open by her own blade it seemed. He could already smell her blood as well as the blood that had previously been on that knife. She was hunting. The blood on that knife was hers, and deadmans blood. He swallowed his fear and moved up to her slowly, she seemed on alert and likely would attack him if he got too close so he stayed his distance ever so slightly. His eyes trained on her as he moved a bit closer and lowered his muzzel to the ground to pick up the knife she was reaching for with his mouth. He picked it up in his teeth by the handle to attempt to show her he was friendly, and he put the knife next to her. He tasted some of her blood and the vampire within him awoke but he kept it under collar. He couldn't let it out right now, not here. He looked at her wound on her stomach, she had been almost slashed in half, there was plenty of blood to concrete that finding into fact. He leaned down and licked at the wounds as soon as she passed out from blood loss. He healed the deep gashes and then shifted to his human from to lift her into his arms. He didn't say anything as he started to carry her away towards the nearest town. He left her in front of a tavern, the same one he planned on going to that night but, he was thinking of canceling his plans. Dropping her off he took off, leaving only a couple witnesses who had seen a flash of his face.

A man ran up to the girl on the ground picking her up, calling her name. This man was related to her, but Damien didn't know how. And he didn't want to know, he was gone after that.

Damien returned back home and went to the lake to get the blood off ot him, the sun started to come up and warmed his skin as he bathed in the clear water. It was a couple hours later that he returned home and got curious about the girl.. He could heal wounds but if he didn't heal enough she wouldn't be okay. He didn't know why he cared but he did, returning to the place he saw she was no longer there and put it out of his mind, heading back home.

Months down the road he decided to visit the tavern in town just before sunset, and to his surprise that girl was there. He was relieved that she had lived, he had helped her and because of that she was safe...to hun him. That thought crossed his mind, would she? She was a hunter, that is exactly what they did. If she knew he was here and what he was... she would kill him without questions, he assumed. But maybe that's why he did what he did next. He walked up to her table and smiled. "Can I get you anything?" He asked. This was likely to be the first mistake of many, in this fucked up situation he was dragging himself into.
