xxxxxxxxxxxTESTxxxxxHis life had never been easy or something he had been particularily interested in divulging to anyone. He hadn't had such a good life in all honesty, but he wouldn't complain. Complaining was for losers, and he wasn't one. His eyes fell on a particularly annoying individual who he had realized he had been paired with, her an a female that seemed like he was some type of god or something. He never knew why all the girls wanted him so badly, and he honestly couldn't care less. This kid, he was a loser. He complained, whined, and cried like a child. His name was Naruto Uzumaki, and he was annoying. Sasuke didn't care much for either of his teammates, but given instructions to grab the two bells from their teacher was his only focus right now. The two other students sucked at grabbing the bells, sasuke had touched them 3 times so far but in every instance, his arrogance was used against him. However, Naruto was even worse. He was the one that ended up pinned to the post leaving Sasuke shaking his head. "Idiot..." he said, crossing his hands over eachother in front of his face as he sat down. They had failed. The mission was a failure. Only Sasuke and Sakura were able to eat and Sasuke looked at the food then looked at Naruto. As annoying as the kid was, he had to get the kid free... Teamwork, right? There were three of them... "We should work together. There are 3 of us." He said simply. He didn't go into details, they would likely know what it meant. He looked at his food and grabbed one of the morsels that was in the dish and held it up for Naruto to eat, Sakura did the same before the scene changed and Kakashi scared them. The dark made Sasuke a little spooked, but it freaked Naruto and Sakura out. The news the came next made Sasukes hair stand on the back of his head. "You pass." Kakashi finished in a grin.

Sasuke couldn't believe what he was hearing, they were now Genin. Their first mission came around and went, then they got sent on something even more important. A mission to escort a bridge builder. Naruto had some choice words about this project but Sasuke kept his opinion to himself as they walked along. He felt like things were way too quiet when Kakashi said the same thing. "It's too quiet..." He said. Sasuke glanced at his sensei then at Naruto who - like an idiot, was talking loudly as usual. Before he had a chance to draw attention to them Sasuke smacked his hand gently over his teammates mouth. "Hush..." he said quietly. Kakashi looked down and saw a puddle of water and kept walking. he couldn't tell them to be careful, they would have to think for themselves here. They were being decieved, Kakashi of course saw right through it - Sasuke seemed to as well. He kept his hand on Narutos mouth and put his finger to his own lips then removed it. Kakashi. This was meant to be a C rank mission, impossible. Sasuke spread his feet and his fingers curled around his Kunai, keeping himself on guard. 		xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
Naruto hated this. He was happy to be on the same team as Sakura, his practically one true love at this point, but then Sasuke had to be part of it. He would've rather had Kiba, or Shiki. Maybe even Ino. Anyone but him. He didn't even do anything and yet Sakura was in love with him. And then to make matters worse he got caught trying to sneak the lunch. In his defense, he did try, but that didn't help much. And Kakashi was way stronger than any of them, so maybe you had to employ stealth. But nope. He still got caught and tied up, forced to watch both of his teammates eat the lunch by themselves. But then when not just Sakura but Sasuke offered part of their lunch to him, that was the answer to the mission.

And now they were on their first 'C' rank level mission, something that was a little too easy- something he let his teammates know every ten minutes. And right now, he was in the middle of explaining why he was the best when the asshol- Saskuke- placed his hand over his mouth, effectively cutting him off. Naruto was about to yell at him, to tell him why he was an idiot, when he noticed the grim atmosphere. Sakura looked off put, Kakashi seemed more on edge, and Sasuke was already lowered into an attack stance. Nodding his head at the signal to be quiet, his fingers rested on his Kunai pouch, ready to attack if need be- though he didn't think that there was any danger

xxxxxxxxxxxTESTxxxxxSasuke knew what was coming and something was causing a thick fog in the air. then suddenly chains shot out and grabbed Kakashi, He was fine however as the sensei was smart and already performed a shadow clone to protect himself, However, they also shot out for both Sakura and Naruto as well. Sasuke tossed one of his Kunai into one of the chains just before it hit Naruto and he watched as the chain and his Kunai hit a tree. The man seemed not too happy about that and yanked his chain back to him. and then went running at Naruto. Sasuke pulled out his fuhma shireken and blocked the attack, shoving the chunun back from Naruto, body blocking him with the Fuhma. He glared at the man as both of them ran towards Sasuke, put in a bit of a predicamenthe was unsure what to do as he braced for them readying his fuhma. He didn't have to worry though, Kakashi showed back up after analyzing all of the ninjas moves and he debilitated them. "Sorry it took so long. I had to observe their style and I didn't think you would freeze like that Naruto...."

Sasuke panted softly and turned to look at Naruto. "You're not hurt are you, scardy cat..." He said with a soft grin on his face. He had blood on his face from a scratch from their claws. Naruto had gotten scratched too, both of them had poison in the wound because of the claws.
Kakashi told them this and Sasuke drained the wound the best he could, keeping his heartrate low.

Kakashi started to reprimand the bridge builder for doing what they had done. This was a mission that none of them knew just how dangerous it actually was.

Naruto was suddenly caught off guard by the sudden mist that rolled through, it happened too quickly to be normal. He was too busy looking out for Tazuna- the man who hired them- that he didn't see the chains bursting forth from the mist. He watched as Kakashi's shadow clone disappeared into thin air before turning to see one that had been aimed at him hit the tree. Kakashi appeared- the real one- and helped divert the enemy nin's attention from the two genin. Naruto was slightly dazed, his sworn enemy helped save him from the men who were about to attack him. Well, he supposed it was due to the fact that he couldn't actually let a teammate die, and Kakashi probably would've stepped in before hand. Grimacing when Kakashi pointed out his mistake, Naruto shook his head. "I was looking out for Tazuna! If he told us the truth, I wouldn't have froze!" Leave it to him to place the blame on others. But it was true. Tazuna had lied about the escort mission, and Kakashi was already interrogating him over it. He vaguely heard some of what Kakashi was saying, and he picked up on "A" rank.

His eyes widened. They couldn't have an "a" rank mission. That was only for the best of the best. They were most likely going to go back to the village, but he had to wait to see what Kakashi would do. "You're not hurt are you, scardy cat" Naruto was going to thank Sasuke for his help, genuinely and from the bottom of his heart, but now he wasn't. Stopping his work of draining some of the poison from the wounds on his face, Naruto glared at him. "I was going to handle it before you butted in, teme." And to add to his immaturity, Naruto stuck his tongue out at Sasuke, wishing the stupid smirk on his face would disappear. "Jeeze. Are you two fighting again?" The sound of Sakura's voice wasn't too harsh, but tired. She hadn't been attack to severely and she had dodged the chains, her reflexes quick enough for that, but it was still frightening. She had been tending to Tazuna before Kakashi stepped in, and now she was rummaging through her bag for bandages, handing them to Sasuke first and Naruto second. He couldn't stop the small sting of jealousy that ran through him, but he stomached it. "Are you okay?" Sakura seemed surprised at that and nodded her head, tending to a small scratch. "You're just lucky that Sasuke was there to save you in time Naruto. I didn't think you were capable of ever shutting up." She chuckled weakly, but it still stung a little. He resolved to be more on his guard and make sure he didn't need saving.

Sasuke ignored the bickering between his two squad members and he focused his sights on the fog up ahead. "Naruto, do you even stop talking?" He asked, annoyed slightly at his constant talking, but really, he could feel something happening and knew they needed to be quiet. He was looking out for who he referred to as a friend. Meanwhile, they continued on their journey telling the builder he would stop off at hte bridge and they would go no further, and they wouldn't report him to the village ... only because he was a special case. Kakashi was on guard and they continued to walk, next thing they knew heavy fog rolled in and a man could be seen standing in the trees. "Kakashi Hatake... " The man said, his voice deep. "Of the Sharingan eye... what an honor it will be to fight against you..." He said.

Kakashi pushed up his headband, this guy meant trouble. "You 3 get the bridge builder out of here, protect him with your lives. Do not join this fight..." He knew who the man standing in front of them was, this was "Zabuza Momochi...The Demon of the Mist..." He knew he was dangerous.
Zabuza laughed and jumped down from the tree. "So you have heard of me... good.. saves me introducing you before I send you to a watery grave."
Kakashi let the sharingan do it's job and he copied Zabuza precicely, all of them ending up in the middle of a lake thanks to a Jutsu, the only piece of land - where the students and builder were.
Sasuke stepped in front of his friends and prepared for the worst. They couldn't' just leave Kakashi here to deal with this, right?

Naruto was of course offended by the question. "When I sleep I do." That was actually a lie that he didn't know about. He mumbled in his sleep, narrating his dreams for anyone that might've been listening. It was truly a spectacular sight. What was even more was the fact that Naruto actually did quiet down a little after that, only narrating interesting things that passed by instead of every little rock, preferring to stay on guard instead of being relaxed. Something didn't feel right about this mission, but he couldn't place his finger on it. A quick glance over at Kakashi only furthered his unease as it looked like he didn't know what was happening either and that he was trying to figure it out.

Their questions weren't answered until a bit later. They came across a nin standing in the trees, surrounded by a mist so thick that they couldn't see more than three feet in front of them. A bead of nervous sweat rolled down his cheek and he sent another glance at Kakashi when he said he could handle it. His headband was pushed up and his gaze was narrowed. Pulling up a kunai, Naruto stood closer to Tazuna, Sakura doing the same on his other side. "Sasuke, get closer." Naruto was surprised his voice didn't waver from the small tinge of fear that he felt. He hoped his intention was clear and Sasuke didn't fight it like he normally would, him getting closer would create the Manji Formation- one of the better ones that they were skilled at. Kakashi had a look of determination that Naruto hadn't seen before and it was disconcerting. Maybe it was because this was actually more dangerous than this really was, something that they couldn't handle.

Sasuke shook his head. "'when' don't you sleep...' he retorted quietly. He didn't take long to mess with Naruto, soon the mist became very thick, almost so thick no one could breathe inside of it. Naruto didn't have to ask twice before Sasuke moved into position with him, Sakura seemingly doing the same. All things considered, the three made an amazing team. Even Sasuke could tell this wasn't a foe that would be smart to attack head on. He backed up against Naruto, and the beginning of this fight actually made him feel scared, Kakashi had Sharingan, something he didn't know about till now, and that scared him. It was something only his clan had. Putting his confusion to the side, he watched the battle unfold. Attack after attack the battle intensified, Kakashi started using up a genjutsu and Sasuke started to lose it.
'This... this feeling... it's... I can't... I'd rather...' He started to say to himself.
He could feel his mind slipping and it was Kakashi's voice that slipped him out of it. "Sasuke, calm down." He must have been able to sense his chakra..."I won't let him hurt any of you, Trust me..."

It took a minute for Sasuke to recover, he had been losing his mind.

"Are you sure about that?" Zabuza said as suddenly he was in between the manji formation with his executioners blade. "It's over..." He slashed and the 4 went flying in all 4 directions away from him. He thought he had hit them but in fact Kakashi has used the Sharingan to multiply and copy the jutsu and use it too. Both inside the destroyed manji were water clones.
Sasuke used his fumah shuriken to stop himself from sliding, slowly getting up and looking over to see if Naruto, Sakura and the bridge builder were okay.

Clone after clone the battle went on until finally Kakashi thought he had ended it only to be fooled. He fucked up and ended up inside of a sphere of water. His eyes widened and he looked at his students. "Get out of here!" he yelled. "Get the bridge builder to safety, focus on the mission!"
He said. "He can't follow if you run."
Sasuke shook his head. 'Running isn't an option. No matter how far we go, he'll track us and wipe us out. We need you Kakashi...'

Sasuke ignored the orders from Kakashi and lunged for Zabuza, he got caught and slammed into the ground, Zabuzas' foot pressed into his chest, his other foot holding down Sasukes wrist. Sasuke panted a bit cursing to himself that he didn't shadow clone before jumping in. Sasuke watched Naruto use shadow clone and it knocked Zabuza off him long enough for him to stand and jump back. Naruto tossed him a Fuhma and Sasuke glanced at him smirking. He infused it with Chakra and chucked it at him. Little did Zabuza know, Naruto was in the shadow of the shuriken.

Zabuza caught one of them, but the second was headed at him. He jumped over it smirking but, Naruto happened to be that shiriken and Zabuza had to let go of Kakashi and he jumped back. Kakashi was shocked the boys had been able to do that and he was impressed by them.

Now Kakashi was free and blocked Zabuza from attacking Naruto with the Fuma by blocking it by his hand guard on the back of his hand. "Good work you two." he said.

Soon, they got into a huge fight with hand signs, both of them doing the same thing, summoning a water dragon. Kakashi was able to use a jutsu before him, Kakashi threw him into a tree and pinned him there with several kunai in his body. He screamed in pain and asked him if he could see the future. Kakashi replied yes and then suddenly from no where, a needle flew through the air and hit Zabuza and Zabuza collapsed.

( don't add anything. Just respond to whats been said, from the beginning on through. Go through what Naruto is feeling, seeing, hearing, ect "He saw sasuke starting to freak out and was surprised since sasuke is always so cool and collected - because of this he was getting a little freaked out himself. " Ect also don't worry about post size... I'm more interested in just... posting you know? XD Idc what you post or how much xD I'm enjoying it regardless. I'd enjoy it a bit more with faster posts, but I can understand where you're coming from no worries. )
