Here is the cult description to help you flesh out your character :

Tenebris Sat is a dark cult dedicated to payan ceremonies and the obssession on fear. The hierarchy follows a patern divided in 3 branches :

The High Counsil, a unit composed of the elites of the group, they are the head of the cult. It is composed of The Propheta Tenebris, leader of the cult, his high priests and priestess, and some influent members.

Then there was the darkest branch, The Occulta Umbra. They were the assassins, torturers and butchers of the cult. It was composed of well trained and mentally conditioned men that had been chosen by The Propheta Tenebris himself at a young age to become remorseless killers.

And then, at the bottom, there was the worshipers, the pleb, they were the low tier followers and priests that the cult used for funds and local impact. There was really nothing special about them. They were supervised by the high priests and priestess.

The cult originated in the 90's in a small canadian town and had only grew stronger since. It had almost 100 followers and was quite powerful in the region, possessing multiple lands and properties.

Perks: Sociopath and possess a master in human psycology. Excellent leader and talker, he has the power to convince almost whoever he wants and rally them to his cause. Skilled in martial arts and gun handling. Prefers to use wits over brute force.
Specialisation : Leads the cult and coordinates every single thing in it, from the ritual to The Occulta Umbra forces and operations as well as the money flows.
Bio: Had a rich and stable life till his 20's where he was diagnosed with sociopathy. Finished his major in human psycology and started the cult that he now leads. He is a quiet and calm man, he only talks when nescessary, he is cold and calculator. Very intelligent, he was considered a genius by his fellow classmates at university. He has a profound understanding of peoples feelings and he is obssessed with fear and despair. He likes to participate in Umbra operations from time to time, where he is described as an Angel of Death by his crewmens as he takes each victims and kill them slowly and methodically one by one, to see the terror in their eyes. These missions are one of the rare occasions he smiles. He always takes notes after each kills, notes that he hangs on a wall in his ''Circle'', a glorified office. He is a dominator and a leader and is never afraid to take action when nescessary.

Other important info : He is a respected man in his town and outside the cult, is a pretty normal and kind man, the cult is a purgatory for him, where he can discharge his psycho impulsions.

Perks: He inherited his family’s farm from a young age, and being an only child meant he had the entire place to himself. He willingly allows the Cult to use his property for their various needs, allowing them a sense of privacy. He is utterly loyal, and everything he owns belongs to the cult. Completely self-sufficient.
Specialisation: As a farmer, he supplies the cult with various feed and a safehouse. He is also an experienced interrogator and ruthless killer.
Bio: He was born to a family of farmers out in the land surrounding the town. His father and mother were both members of the cult, though Philip didn’t come to realize it until he was almost a man. Once he completed high school, already earning a pendant for violence and fighting, his parents had him inducted into the cult as a full-time member. Yet when he turned twenty, his parents were both killed in a car accident, leaving him as the sole owner of their farm. Having no other family except his fellow cultist, he immediately began to dedicate himself more and more to the cause, seeking acceptance by offering all he owned, including himself, to their needs. He began to burden himself with more and more tasks that the cult required of its members, trying everything from murder to torture, and earning a reputation for it. He has been a member for nearly eight years,
Other important info: Distrustful of outsiders, though anyone involved in the cult would find a willing and helpful friend in Philip, as he sees them as family the moment they are initiated. Having his own farm, he can sometimes be seen as an introvert and loner, and in these solitary moments, his anger and desire for violence is nurtured and available for manipulation by the cult leaders.

Perks: He is a psychopath killer with no remorse over his deeds. He would kill anyone the high council would ask him to kill and would not even question their orders. He is highly devoted to the order.

Bio: Samuel Keven was raised up on the streets ever since a young age. He never knew his parents or anything about his family, and he had to deal with all violent things in the world. He was a lost homeless child who committed all sort of crimes to feed himself and survive on the streets, but then he was found by the cult and was forged into one of its most loyal subjects. Samuel is now a deadly killer with unquestionable loyalty to the cult, and is highly trusted by the high council.

Overall shape: A pretty lean build, with muscular tones throughout, Wesley is in exceptional shape for his age. Thus photo was taken on his way to a banquet a few years back

Other physical details or specificities: Broad shoulders, and a very distinguished gentlemen look to him, he embraces the grey. His chest and arms are somewhat hairy and so is his pelvic region, he has a large circumcised penis, and a scar over his left nipple that stretched up to his collar bone.

Position in the cult: Wesley is the head Priest of the High Counsil, and been apart of the cult since it's inception.

Perks: A mentor of sorts to the young master, Wesley has a direct ear to the Propheta Tenebris, and because he not only helped raise the boy since his youth but also was his instructor at University, he and the Propheta are close. Wesley basically can do what ever he wants with in the cult and is unquestionably second in command. He is wealthy and very good at manipulation, he also has many wives within the cult and daughters.

Specialisation : He is seen as the right hand of The Propheta and supposedly possess the Ear Of Darkness, he can hear voices from the otherside, and knows how to both communicate with said dark spirits and how to guide them to this realm.

Bio: Wesley Benjamin is the son of a Russian and Jewish immagrants that came in through Ellis Island and continued to migrate north. He was raised in a wealthy family, bankers and investors that made sure he had the best education. He would go on to make a fortune in the same field and then later teach at a prestigious prep school were he meet his eventual life long friend, then dean dean of the school, Sam Harper's father, they shared similar views and a love for the occult and decided to open a four year private institution around these beliefs teaching these concepts using their billions as the start up capital. Wesley has been Sam's instructor since he was a boy at the prep school until he graduated from the 4 year university. Wesley has several degrees in psychology and philosophy, anthropology and helped Sam begin the cult. He believes that certain people are the offspring of a ancient race of beings that spawned from the darkness and that that through ritual and sacrifice we can return to our ancient forms and rule the world like we once did. He is in charge of fully initiating new recuites into the cult after the probationary period.

Other important info : He is still a university professor and hedgefund board member by day, and lives a second double life as the head High Priest.
