Scrubs One Shot With A Twist (Seeking Dr. Cox)

So, I had a weird dream/day dream yesterday involving a scenario where Elliot Reid is actually Trans. I don't usually seek out one shot smut based scenarios, but I'm throwing this out there as one of them (and hoping that maybe it can continue on as something more plot driven). I was thinking that maybe during a severe storm the staff of Sacred Heart is forced to stay on hospital grounds, much to Elliot's dismay as she was planning to attend a costume party that night. Dressed in a particularly skimpy version of a Little Red Riding Hood costume, perhaps Dr. Cox walks in on her changing and spots something very different about Barbie...
