James was happy now that things seemed to be working out. He and Elise were still friends and they both had dates. That would reduce their temptation to have something with eachother. James knew he would feel a little jealous because he still liked Elise, but with a girl of his own, he would be able to handle it better. He finished with things on his computer and went to bed early. He was soon asleep and ready for a good day starting in the morning.
 
Elise slept soundly through the night with a smile. She woke up early the next morning and took a warm shower and headed off to breakfast. She enjoyed her chef cooked brekkie before picking up his and taking it to him. Knocking on the door before she entered she walked in and placed it on his desk and gathered up all the plates from the previous nights dinner.
 
James woke the next morning on time. He got right into his morning routine as always. He went through his work out and was seated at his table just before Elise arrived. When she came in he smiled at her. He found himself still thinking the same things he had been thinking for the past few days. It didn't surprise him though, he had not expected his thoughts to change at all.

He let her place the plates down and smiled softly. "Thank you Elise. The food looks quite good this morning." He looked down and started to eat.
 
Elise smiled and said "I'll make sure to tell the chef" she said smiling at him. She picked up his plates from the night before and put them on the tray and began to leave with them in her hands. She smiled as she left and waved at him before she walked out and she headed back to the kitchen.
 
James smiled and nodded. He watched her gather things and then leave the room. He waved before the door closed. He then focused on his meal. He ate his breakfast and then placed the plates aside. He then went and relaxed for a while. He had a little time before practice and then his day would get much better. He was starting to look forward to his date.
 
Elise smiled as she left the room and returned to the kitchen with her plates in hand. She left them to be washed before returning to her room. She spent the day studying till about 5 pm. She was going to be picked up at 7 so she took a shower. Once out she dried her hair and began to put on her blue knee length dress with a pair of black tights and a glittery black belt in the middle. She the did her hair, having some of it pulled back and some left out to dangle down the sides of her face. She then began to apply some make up, foundation, eye liner and mascara before she slipped on a pair of heals and walked out of her room.
 
James got himself ready for his day. He got into his training clothes and packed some nice clothes for himself to wear on the date. He also packed his cleaning and personal hygene things to use in the change room of the boat house. Once everything was packed, he went to the garage and got his car. He rarely drove, but today was a good occasion for it. He pulled out and drove to the lake for practice.

After practice he showered and got dressed. He wore a long sleeve, collared shirt with no tie and the top button undone. He wore casual pants that looked quite formal. He also wore nice shoes. He had his hair combed and face shaved. He was ready to go.

He first drove to the floral shop and picked up the bouquet of flowers. He then drove to his date's house. It was 6pm. They were going for a good dinner first, and then he had been told it would be a surprise. The girl had something in mind for after dinner and had been unwilling to tell him. He didn't mind. He was willing to wait and be surprised.
 
Elise walked out of her room and began to make her way out of the house. Walking out the front doors she made her way down the front courtyard and onto the streets where her date, Adrien was waiting. She smiled and gave him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and said "How are you going?" she asked him with a smile.

He smiled back and said "I'm okay, I've brought you something" he said reaching into the car and pulling out a bouquet of red poppies.

She smiled and took them from him and said "Oh thankyou, these are my favorite" she said smiling and holding onto them.

Adrien chuckled and said "I guess I got lucky then" he said smiling.

Elise smiled and said "Shall we go?"

"Sure" he said and opened the car door for her before walking around to the drivers seat and begining to drive to the restaurant.
 
James smiled as his date opened the door. He presented her with the bouquet of flowers. After a quick conversation they went to his car and he drove them to the restaurant. He escorted her inside and pulled out her chair for her when they got to the reserved table. Sitting across from her he ordered some wine and then took a quick look at the menu. He made his choice quickly and placed the menu down.

He and his date had some good conversation while waiting for their food and while enjoying the meal. She still wouldn't tell him where they were going after dinner. He just waited patiently. After they finished eating they returned to his car. He took her instructions and drove. When they got near she told him their final destiation. It was the theatre. They were going to watch a play. She hadn't told him because she was worried he wouldn't want to go. He told her he didn't mind at all. He enjoyed plays. They weren't his favorite thing, but they were nice, and it was supposed to be a very good one playing that night. He parked and they got their tickets. They finally settled into their seats to enjoy the play.
 
Elise smiled as they drove to the restaurant. They got out his his car and walked inside. It as an Italian restaurant with great food. She ordered the cannelloni and he got the ravioli. She was having a wonderful time with him, as they joked and luaghed. She was having a great time. He then smiled and said "I have a surprise" he said and pulled out two tickets to a play

Elise smiled and said "A play really?"

"Yep, I thought you would like it" he said smiling.

Elise smiled and they left soon after and headed to the theater. They got their tickets and walked side. Their seats were a few rows infront of James's and his date. She had not seen him but he would have clearly seen her sit down infront of him.
 
James waited for the play to start. He had a good conversation with his date. He happened to see Elise enter with her date. He seemed like a nice enough guy by the way he held himself, but something told him he was not good enough for her. He wondered slightly if it was because he thought maybe he was right for her. When that thought came to mind he pushed it away and focused on his date. When the play started he occasionally glanced at Elise, but more often looked and smiled at his date.
 
Elise sat next to Adrien as the play began and she smiled hapilly. She and Adrien would whisper to one another at certain parts if the play. Adrien smiled and slowly moved to hold her hand and he was relived when Elise did nit refuse him. Soon the play came to an end and they both stood and began to make thier way over to the exits.
 
As the play ended James got up. He'd had a great time with his date. They ended up leaving the theatre arm in arm, a few people ahead of Elise and her date. James didn't look at Elise at all, he was busy looking at his date. They smiled and talked. James escorted her to his car and opened the passenger door for her. He then drove her home. They stood outside and spoke for a minute before softly and quickly kissing. James went home with a smile. It had been a great night, all because of Elise's tips on how to handle himself around girls.
 
Adrien drove her back to the mansion and she smiled. She looked at him and said "I had a really great time tonight" she said smiling.

"Yeah same here". Elise smiled and leaned in a little and gave him a gentle kiss and and said "I'll see you soon" she said getting out of the car with a smile.
 
When James got home he parked his car and went back to his room. He went on his computer for a short while, but soon went to bed. He was quite happy with his night. He would need to thank Elise again in the morning. He fell asleep quickly. Unfortunately his dreams were not as happy or simple as he had felt when he was awake. He had dreams of both Elise and the girl he had gone out with. Some even had both of them, forcing him to choose.
 
Elise smiled to her self as she walked back into the house and to her room. There she undressed and headed off to bed. She slept peacefully, waking up early the next morning.
 
James woke the next morning when his alarm sounded. Luckily he did not remember any of his dreams. If he had he would be quite confused about what he should do. Instead, he was fine and happy. He went right into his morning routine. He got throuh his work out and sat at the table, waiting for Elise.
 
Elise took a shower that morning before heading to the kitchen and picking up his breakfast. she walked into his room and placed it down infront of him and said "Sooo, Hooooww did it goooo" she cooed" with a grin.
 
James smiled as Elise arrived and placed his food down. She asked him how his date had gone. His smile grew. "My date was perfect. She is such a great girlnderful time. She surprised me by not telling me where we were going until we arrived. It was a play. I don't have to tell you it was a good play. Anyway, it was a wonderful night. I have you to thank for it. She is so pretty, smart, funny, and we have so much in common." He sighed as he thought about his date. He smiled and stared blankly at nothing.
 
Elise smiled at him and said "Well I'm happy to hear that" he said smiling at him. "I'm glad you had a nice time out" she rubbed his shoulder and said "Well I'll leave you to it" she said heading back out. She decided she wanted to have a swim int he pool so she got into he bathing suit and headed out.
 
James watched as Elise left his room. He simply ate his breakfast and then went to his computer. He had recieved his schedule for the next week. In three days he had his day off. Unfortunately Amy, the girl he had just gone out with, was busy during that day. He would need to think of something to do. He had a date planned with Amy in two days. That would be nice. He considered options of what to do while also killing time before his practice.
 
Elise walked out to the pool with a smiled on her face and expertly dived in again and began to swim laps on her own, enjoying her self, but at the same time thinking it was more fun with James. But she was to shy to ask him and she doubted he would come anyway. He probably had something planned with his date.
 
James relaxed for a while longer and then got dressed. He got into his training clothes and ran down to the lake as usual. When he arrived he got right into practice. The coach worked them hard. It was good though. When he was done he was exhausted. He jogged right home and went to his room to relax and recover.
 
Elise got out of the pool after an hour and headed to the showers. After taking a shower and dressing and picked up his lunch and brought it to him. Upon entering the room and she smiled and said " How has your day been?"
 
James looked up as Elise brought in his food. He smiled. "My day has been tiring but good. What about your day?" He started to eat slowly. It was quite good. He enjoyed the food. It helped him relax and recover from his practice.
