Business as Usual {Niksis x Ms Catailia}

Troy watched her with amusement on his lips even as she turned to walk out. She couldn't lie, couldn't cover up the truth in her eyes with makeup and a pretty dress. He had seen it, seen what she had tried to hide from him. It hadn't been shock or curiosity, it had been fascination. He had seen it, seen how she had been drawn into the pictures, into the situations he had created. It was then, if only for a second, that he envisioned her in one of those situations, saw her in his minds eye tied up and suspended. "I know the truth." he called out in a bold and confident tone. She had shown it, for a brief second and he was going to use it. He could not stop her, or rather, he didn't want to stop her physically. He understood if she wanted to leave, ever the professional. So instead he used his words, it was his strength. He wanted to entice her, to use her curiosity against her. To lure her in.

To him, it was not about her pleading, or begging. It was not about her loosing control. It may have been with others, in fact, it was very much so with others. But Sophie, she was special, both in who she was and to him. Troy wanted to share his interest with her, he wanted to show her the freedom she would get once she submitted. How much stress she'd be rid of once he began his work. It was very unprofessional, she was right. But he didn't care, not here.

"I can see it in your eyes, Sophie. You cannot hide it." he continued, confidence oozing from his tone, a man who knew, or at least thought himself superior. "It's not like your bruises. You cannot put makeup on it and wish it away." Troy continued. He knew that he was gambling now, he had gone all in and hoped for a payout. His words, he knew, could do one of two things. Either make her stay, or make her quit. He was being blunt, honest even. Time for acting was up, that they could do at the office. This was not the office, here she was not the Top Dog, here she was Sophie, the fragile woman who kept coming to work with bruises she tried very hard to hide. And had hidden, from everyone but Troy.

"You want this." he said then, still confident in his voice. "I can see it, you were wondering what it would be like to be helpless. Like the women there are. To be the center of attention and be loved. Denying it would only be a lie and you know it." Troy said as he walked towards where Sophie was before he spoke again, "I can show it to you. I can make you feel cared for again, loved even. All you have to do is turn around and look at me. It would be our secret, our little arrangement. And it would only exist down here. At work and outside of it, you'd be Sophie Pyrce, the strong and independent women who manages one of the largest and most successful companies on the planet. And who's the personal assistant to a selfish ass of a boss. And down here, with me, you'd be able to let go. To unwind and to feel loved."

Troy wouldn't follow her, or stop her if she decided she'd want to run away now. He had spoken his mind, and what he perceived as the truth. He was confident in his tone, his voice and his words. He knew, that even if she did run, his words would be on her mind for some time to come. And eventually, she'd come back.

His words sent chills down her body and caused her to stop walking. She stared straight ahead, a blank look in her eyes as she rolled the words over in her mind. They were profound enough that they deserved a good mulling. He knew the truth. And what kind of truth was that? He was delusional if he thought she wanted anything to do with this kind of a lifestyle he indulged in down here. And the fact that he was even confident enough, full of himself enough, to even bother trying to convince her was seemingly impulsive. Everything he did was impulsive and if he had treated anyone else the way he treated her, he would be going through a lot of personal assistants. But despite what she told herself, she had stopped, she was listening. Her expression had changed, there was more weakness on it, no, not weakness... Concern. Concern for what she was doing right now, concern for the fact that past her thoughts she actually wanted to entertain whatever he would say to her.

It was in her eyes. He didn't need to explain it to her. They both knew what he was talking about, she just didn't know how to put into words the struggle of emotions inside her. When he so carelessly spoke of her bruises though, it destroyed all she had to stand on. Sophie visibly flinched, a grimace coming to her express as she felt the need to hug her arms once more, try to protect her exposed self. Stop it, she thought. His words were so calm, demanding attention. She couldn't understand what he was doing, as though he were calling out another part of her, a part of her she didn't even know she had. Her head was ducked down, eyes were closed as she took in the effect of those words. He knew about Christopher. Maybe this was his attempt at trying to save her. Maybe this had nothing to do with the room they were in. But then...what did that say about her imagination? About her having assumed it was?

As if sensing her accepting his words, he continued to push. Every word felt precise and perfectly placed. They were words for only her ears and hers alone. Was he right though? Was this was she wanted? Another chill had run through her, leaving tiny bumps all across her skin. She felt as though she was naked in front of him, even though she was fully dressed. She could feel his eyes digging into her from behind, burrowing into her mind and seeing everything she been hiding for so long, even from herself. She had been fighting the oppressive views of her father for so long, had she lost that little girl she once was? The one who was content just sitting in her father's lap as he spoke business. Was that the root of her obsession for power and control? The day he stopped doing that. The day she had become too old. The day when she could know too much.

He was making promises now. Promises she couldn't imagine he could ever keep. There was no love in Sophie Pyrce's life. There was no one to care for her. She had to just care for herself. Love was completely out of the question. A lie that Christopher told continually when he needed to convince her to stay. A lie that she let herself believe when she knew that meant that if he left, she would be all alone in the world. And now here Troy was, offering it to her as though it were some easy feet. He was cocky to believe he could do that, but what I he wasn't lying? Was the possibility alone worth the attempt to try?

It seemed like it wasn't even as though he wanted to use this against her. His words, no matter how calm they were, seemed genuine. She could still be Sophie Pryce, but down here, with him, she could let go. The simple idea of those two words were nearly enough to make her turn around and face him. She had been fighting with this outer shell on for as long as she could remember, was it really do easy to let go? Even her masseuse she went to on a biweekly basis always commented on how tense she was, that she needed to let go of her stronghold on the world once in a while. But was that even possible? It felt like if she gave in, if she stopped for even a moment, the world would swallow her whole. And yet, in the confines of these walls, she truly didn't feel like there was even a world out there to go back to.

And so she was left standing there, stripped raw by his insight. Sophie could feel his presence close to her as her mind flipped and tried to understand all that was going through her. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad. But it was her boss, could she really give so intimately to a man she really didn't like. She gave herself a smirk inside her mind at that thought, Christopher came to mind. Wasn't she already doing that? What would be the harm...in trying once? Her heart was racing now at the thought of it, her mind bringing up the images she had seen before of the girls on his wall. Would she be just another trophy for his collection? Was this all this was? Did she even care? There answer was no. If she had a chance, even the slightest chance, at feeling the way he promised, then she didn't care why he wanted to make her feel that way. And so she turned, her arms still protective over her, and looked at him. Her green eyes burned with a challenge for him.

His lips threatened to split open as his smile widened. He had hit the mark, his words had gone deep, he could tell. She had heard him, she had understood him and part of her had agreed with him, that was much evident from what he could see. She was strong, even now. But he could see the weakness, the cracks in her armor. They were visible, very much so to those who cared, to those who paid attention. He cared, Troy paid attention. She was important to him, very much so. He loved her, in his own, special and awkward kind of way. Despite his many sidetracks and distractions, she was the woman in his life who held the most meaning, the one who stuck around even as he was being an ass in the office. She had stuck around where others wouldn't have. And now, in his basement, in his dungeon, in his home, she was finally showing her true self.

When she turned, Troy was but a feet if even that from her. He had walked during the whole ting, careful steps yet steps with a purpose. He had wanted her attention and he had gotten it. His words had been true, they knew each other too well that lies would be seen through. The time for deceit was over, only the truth would remain between the two, only the truth would suffice. That's when he spoke again, his tone calmer now, softer even. He had caught her attention and didn't need to keep it anymore. "I cannot change you, Sophie. I will not change who you are. I will not change what you stand for." he explained. As bold as his words had been before, he needed to explain this, to his benefit and hers. He could show her what it would be like to be loved. To have someone who cared for her, someone who wanted her the best. He could give her attention that no other could, attention that she needed. He could give her security, both physically, emotionally but also financially. He could do all of these and more, but he could not change her. That, was something only she could do.

"But I can show you what it is like to have someone care for you. To have someone who loves you. I can make you feel loved again, Sophie." he said, his tone still soft yet confident. Bold words once more, a promise that would be hard to keep, but a promise he would see kept. It would not be the same love that she had known, it would not be the love she had now, or the love she had in the past. It would be different, very different. She would love Troy, but not because of who he is, he could not force that on her. That would have to come naturally. What he could do, was make her love the way he treats her, make her love the feeling he gives her, the attention, the care, the love.

"In my presence, in this house, you would no longer be Sophie Pyrce." Troy continued to explain as he reached out for Sophie, she stood there, defensive and he didn't want her to be. This place, this dungeon, here she should feel safe, comfortable and loved. He reached out for her arms, he wanted her to let go, to stop trying to protect herself, that was his job now. "In this house, I am not Troy Halberd." Troy continued, "Sophie Pyrce and Troy Halberd exists only outside of this house. They exist out there, were people say one thing and mean another." He moved around her, placing himself right behind her as he moves her arms down her side once more. "In here, you are the Pet and I am the Master. In here, you will be loved. In here, you will be safe and in here, you will be home." Troy whispered into her ear, it would be their secret and theirs alone.

He had given his terms and his promise, he had told her what would be expected of her and what she would expect from him. He has shared his secret with her and have promise her a new secret. He had done all of this without flinching, without looking away. He had done this with confidence and authority and he had done this because he cared. And now it was time to see if she accepted them, if she accepted his love, special as it would be.

Of course the first words to meet her challenge would actually cause her relief. That had been her main concern for all this, that if she gave herself over to him she would lose everything that made her who she was. This world he owned, the lifestyle he lived down here, it could be so terrifying to think of. Sophie had thought all it could mean was giving up her dignity and letting him use it. She didn't understand any of this, what any of it meant or what would come of it. But his words were so calm and a soft. They demanded her attention in the most delicate way and the promises were too good to let slip through her fingers. He was causing her to submit to him and she hadn't even come to that realization yet.

And there he went again with his promises. She hung on his every word but she struggled to keep his gaze. Her eyes fell once more, looking down as if that might save her from feeling so exposed to him. She felt embarrassed by herself and she struggled to understand why she had such a desire to be loved and cared for. That had never been taught to her, that had never been anything she was interested in. She hadn't grown up with it and she wasn't sure she had even expected it to be real. The world was cruel and bitter and people were awful to each other. The only way to survive was to be in control. But right now, she wasn't. She was stuck here listening to his words as he ripped all her walls and safegauards to shreds. She was letting him. She was trusting him, trusting the man she had come to resent at work because of his lazy ways. It was all so baffling and yet she had never felt more comfort. She was beginning to accept that everything would all be taken care of now. He would take care of her, he had control.

There was no flinch this time when he gently touched her arms. She hadn't even realized how tightly she was holding herself, her body's last line of defense to holding onto something, to hold her back. But when he touched her arms, she felt herself relax, her arms loosened until the eventually fell to her sides leaving her completely open to him, accepting of whatever he needed to do. He was still speaking so calm and sure. There would be no Sophie Pyrce, no Sugar, no Troy Halberd; not in here. There would only be the simplified, primal, pet and master. She took a heavy breath out when he said that, her lips parted and the breath was pushed out, relaxing every bit of resistance she had left. She would be safe. She would be home. She barely even noticed him behind her, running his hands down her sides. She was completely unprotected to him.

It was as though he had put her in a trance. She had never felt so completely sure about doing something she had no idea about. She told herself it would be one time, just one time and then she would go about her life as though nothing had happened. But he had done something to her, released something in her. She was submitting to him so surely. She was under his influence and all previous concerns had been washed away. Everything about this frightened her tonher core, but only because despite his words, this would change everything she knew about the world. Everything about her. She was at a lose for words but her body was doing all the talking, relaxed and ready for all his promises to come true.

Troy continued his soft touch, allowing his fingers to gently glide up and down her sides. It was as if he was unwrapping his gift, or removing the last bits of armor that she had covered herself in for so long. His touch caring, loving even, if a touch could be such. She was naked to him, despite the clothes she was wearing. He had seen right through her and even if it had been a gamble, Troy could see the payout closing in. He had promised to separate the two, the master and pet with Troy and Sophie. And he intended it such. He still needed his strong, capable Assistant to run his company, he had no use for a submissive to run it. That would only backfire. And then there was the question of Christopher, her boyfriend, his rival now. To separate the two, Troy knew he had to let them be together. It would even benefit him, if they did. He would show her love, he would show her attention and care for her. And when she returned home, she would be met with abuse, hate and disinterest. This would serve him, it would make it so she'd come back, longing for the love, for the attention. At least, it all made sense in his mind. Like a villainous plan coming to life, only his plan had been formed out of love, out of genuine feelings and not some nefarious plan.

"In here you can let go, Pet." that was the first time he used her new name, the name and title she would have while with him. He wanted to have her get used to it, it should feel like second nature to her. "In here you are safe, your troubles are gone and you will be loved, Pet." Troy continued, his tone soft and barely a whisper. Like a Mother comforting her child, he was comforting his pet, he emotionally and mentally naked and broken pet. Training her, loving her, it would take time. And every time she left his home, he would have to start anew. He knew this, he had the time for this.

That's when he moved to stand in front of her again, close, perhaps too close to what she may have been comfortable with in the past. And with a gentle touch, again as if she might break and crumble if he was too rough, Troy placed a hand under her chin to lift her gaze to meet his. "You will live here, every other weekend. You will feel love, every other weekend. And you will be taken care of, every other weekend." he explained confidently yet in a soft tone. He knew she had a life outside of it, even if it pained him. And Christopher would still be in her life, for now. He could not take her away, he didn't want to. Not yet. So instead, he offered her this. A temporary get away. A temporary home for when she needed to get away. "This is now as much of a home as your own is. You are welcome here. You are safe here. Whenever you want to come here, you can be loved." Troy continued as he brushed a stray strand of hair back behind her ear affectionately and gave her a, what he considered, comforting smile. As if everything would be alright, as if all of her worries would go away. "I said I will not change you, and I mean it." he finished a little louder, a little more confident and with a little more authority.

His hands running along her sides felt like such comfort. It eased all her worries and concerns and placed her in such a relaxed position. It felt like and eb and flow of waves gently caressing her, urging her to let go of all of her inhibitions despite the fact that she wasn't quite sure what she was agreeing too. She had never experienced something like this,  she really hadn't even read about it or seen much more than what appeared in daily life and his wall, but she was willing to trust him, accept his words as true. Right now they felt as close to true as any words could be. Just like this, him speaking to her so gently, touching her so softly. It left her in a light headed state of relaxation. It was an amazing feeling, focusing just on that deep voice of his, trusting every word from his mouth.

He reminded her how she would be safe here, loved. He used her new name, the one she had unknowingly agreed to. Everytime he said it she could feel something flow through her down to the sensitive area between her legs. It was an internal shudder of satisfaction. She felt pleased to be a pet and to, for once in her life, rely completely and wholeheartedly in someone other than herself, a male no less. This was something she could never do with anyone else, not even Christopher. The boss she resent had now become the master she relied on, needed. It was a strange unexpected turn of events, one she couldn't even explain to herself, but it was not unwanted. Maybe this was what she had desired all along. It wasn't like he was stripping her of control, he was merely asking for it. He was asking to have it temporarily so that he might allow her a chance to find some sort of release from the world. It left her in awe that he could have ever convinced her this was what she needed, that he had seen it when she had been so blind to her own desires.

He moved in front of her now and if this had been the real world, she would have tensed and stepped back. But this was Master and she was Pet, her utmost confidence in his ability to give her comfort had left her open to whatever he wanted to do. So when he stepped close, she made no reaction. When he lifted her chin, she just stared into his eyes with her own green orbs. There was a complacency in her eyes now, no longer the resentment and fire she had toward him before. Troy made his first demand and at first she wanted to protest, tell him this would be one time, this time, only. But the words wouldn't come. She didn't want to close herself off from being able to do this again, from returning to this house, this room and seeing her Master again. Some part of her needed to be Pet, needed to feel like this and whatever else that he may cause her to feel. She wasn't completely at the point of wanting to please him yet, but she definitely didn't want this to end. So she agreed.

"Thank you, sir," she said just as soft. It didn't even sound like her voice to her ears but it felt so good to thank him for his demand, thank him for accepting her into this life, thank him for taking her away from the world and promising to take care of everything she always neglected. The love, care and comfort. She could manage every other weekend, that really wasn't so bad and would give her a nice escape from Christopher. He also told her that she could come whenever she wished, but she understood that every other weekend was non-negotiable. She wondered what other demands he would have, what else she would agree to just to keep this alternate reality alive. She felt desperate to hold onto it, willing to do almost anything at that point.

He repeated how he would not change her and again it felt like a relief. That meant that outside of these wall they would be able to go back to who they were. This would not become some awkward struggle in the work place where he still expected his Pet. They would go back to being who they were and he would not force any change on her. She could go back to her life, to being powerful and in control, to Christopher and her home. And that was all the assurance she needed to be okay with all of this. This was only a temporary relief. She would not be Pet always.

His brown met her green orbs. And he stared, deeply. As if looking for something, something he was so used to seeing. She always had resentment towards him in her eyes, she always had this fire, then defiance in her. Yet when he stared now, he saw nothing, none of it. Troy knew it was there, of course it was there. He could not change her with just a few well chosen words. Yet he could not see it now, progress. Sure, it was temporary, for now. But Troy had every intention of making her addicted to his attention, to his touch and to the love he would give her. He was not going to force her into anything, instead, he would make her want it, suggest it, have her taste it, just a taste and nothing more. Eventually, she'd crave it, be it his touch, his voice, his love or him. It was just a matter of time, in his mind anyway. Everything could change, he could change and she could change.

Speaking again, in that soft, comforting tone of his, he gave her further instructions. Simple instructions, easy to remember. He did not want to scare her off now, everything was going to be taken slowly and it would take the time it required, "You will come here after work every other Friday and will leave again Sunday night." His voice soft, barely a whisper as he kept his gaze locked with hers. "You will be expected to obey my every whim. My every desire without complaint and without hesitation. Do this, my Pet. And in turn you will be loved." That sentence amused Troy mentally. It sounded very much like her actual contract with him, or the contract he had made with Sophie. Now he was making a new one, a contract between Master and Pet. Not one between Troy and Sophie.

Learning in close, close enough that his lips barely brush against her ear, he whispered once more as his hand under her chin slowly began to glide it's way down. "I will teach you. Show you what it means to be a good Pet. A loved Pet. All I ask in return is obedience, blind and unquestionable obedience. Can you give me this, my Pet?" his words honey, whispered from his lips and into her ear as his hand continued it's gentle exploration. Very slowly did he allow the tips of his fingers to travel down her skin, down her neck and unto her upper chest. With his lips still hovering inches from her ear, his warm breath coming slowly he allowed his fingers to trace just above one of her breasts before moving down again, down her side and unto the flat of her stomach where it stopped. He wanted to tease her, he wanted to show just what sort of feelings he could awaken in her, but he didn't want to go all the way. He wanted her to want his touch, he wanted her to need his touch without begging for it.

Every other Friday she would come after work and she wouldn't leave until Sunday night. She would have to obey anuthing he asked of her to continue to receive this feeling her gave her with his promising words and gentle touches. It was a terrifying thought, to be completely and utterly under his control for a whole weekend. She doubted it would be like this, with just comforting words and light brushes of his hands against her. No, he would demand more of her for sure, he would demand things she probably wasn't even willing to do with Christopher. Suddenly she felt unsure, as if the realization of the enormity of it all weighed down on her. It was a heavy commitment, giving herself up completely to him without the true knowledge of what that would mean. But she was strong and this feeling he gave her, the things he promised, they seemed to be worth it. And she wanted to trust that he would not abuse this power she would give to him.

And that's when it made sense. She would still have control. She didn't have to do anything she didn't want to. She could completely back out if things did not turn out the way she was expecting. Yes, she would have to earn this reward, this love he spoke of, but she had control over whether she wanted to earn it. She had to remind herself that she was simply handing control over to borrow, she was not selling her soul. By Sunday night she would be free to go about her life as if it was another normal day. It couldn't be so hard, could it? It couldn't be any worse than the abuse she experienced from Christopher. It was just another commitment, another choice, a lot like the contract she sighed in order to work under Troy. This just involved all of her, her body and soul.

Her breath caught in her throat as he leaned in close to her ear and whispered what he did. His breath was warm as it caressed her sensitive ear and his words had a sensual touch to them despite the demand. It all sounded very erotic and filled her body with heat and desire. The words hit precisely how she was sure he wanted them to, searing deep inside of her. This was compounded by his fingers as they softly trailed her vulnerable neck, chest, over her breast and down her side once more. Her heart was beating rapidly inside her chest, her breathing growing slightly heavier as she tried to resist such a sensual touch. She had never been touched so tenderly before, everything had always been so rough and violent. It made her body feel out of control and she almost forgot her had requested something of her, a response out of her.

"Yes, sir," she spoke breathlessly, her gaze fixated on the wall behind him, staring blankly as she focus on everything else he was doing to her. She had yet to call him Master, unsure she could even bring herself to, but she was complying with him none the less. If it mesnt feeling like this, heated and yearning from such a simple brush of his finger and whisper of his words, she couldn't imagine what else she could experience under his power. She was eager to learn, to be taught as he told her she would be. She wasn't sure how much she'd be willing to do, how far she would follow him, but she was willing to try.

The important part for Troy, was not whether she addressed him as Master or Sir, both worked. What was important to him, to what he was trying to do, was that she responded to her new name, her new title. That was proof to him and constant reminder to her of what she had agreed to, of what she had allowed him to do. His touch sensual, caring, loving. He wanted to fill her with these feelings, he had promised to let her feel it, to show her. Sure, it would not always be like so, there would be ups and there would be downs. There was in all relationships. She would be rewarded and she would be disciplined when required. However it all took time, she needed time to accept, time to adapt. He could tell this was all new to her, she had all but said so herself. He wasn't going to push it, or press for it. Troy knew, in time, she would accept him, she had to. He wanted her to need him, like he needed her outside of the house. A craving, an addiction for something no other man could give her, this, was true power. This, was the power he craved over her.

Work wasn't even crossing his mind, even if they were both late for it. But something told him that the company would continue to function even if Sophie had a 'sick' day. So instead of worrying about the life outside, he focused on the life inside. His fingers, deftly and with a soft touch traced against the edge of her skirt, threatening to dig inside without actually doing so as Troy once more moved to stand behind her. There were so many things he wanted to do to her, with her. But he took his time, this wasn't about sex. It wasn't about carnal pleasure. It was a mental thing, an emotional thing. The physical would come later, much later. Once she craved him, once she craved more of him he would give it to her. Now, he simply wanted her to feel comfortable, to feel home. To feel loved.

Whispering again, Troy continued "Come, my Pet." he said as he learned in close again, brushing his lips inches from the back of her neck, just close enough that she'd feel the ghost of what could be a kiss. "Come" he repeated as he brushed his warm, soft lips against the skin on her neck. Making sure to only just brush against it, never really touching her. "You must be hungry, come. Let us get something to eat." Troy couldn't command her, their aggreement was not in effect. He had said Fridays after work, she was technically not off from work. So instead, he suggested. He wanted to plant the idea in her mind, alongside everything else he had said in those brief minutes they had been in the basement. An idea, a thought, a feeling that would blossom and grow. That would eventually become something more, something real. Love.

The brush of his warm breath and lips against the back of her neck radiated through every nerve in her body, causing her to shudder slightly, a chill raising tiny bumps through her skin once more. She had never felt so provoked before, her body responding immensely to every faint touch. The way he callrd her Pet, the whisper of his voice. It was driving her mind into a haze of arousal. It was such a strange feeling, having Troy, her boss, cause this in her. She was still struggling to seperate the two but she was beginning to understand him better. He certainly needed the confidence to cause her to feel like this. She wondered how many other woman he had put under his whim the way he was her. Could he still be with some of those women on his wall? Her green eyes took one last lingering look at that wall, wonder where he'd place her up there when he mentioned getting something to eat.

When was the last time she had eaten? She could start to feel that trance he had on her lift. He had left it open to suggestion instead of command. She had a choice where there wasn't one when he had told her about coming every other weekend. She remembered her life, it was still morning, there was work to do and she still had to deal with Christopher whom she hadn't spoken to since she walked out yesterday morning. She remembered she needed a shower and she was wearing day old clothes. Even if Troy wanted her this weekened, she still had until after work. She had responsibilities. Sophie Pyrce had responsibilities and she couldn't put her life on hold all the time for Pet. She had a taste of it though, of what it would be like to be Pet. She craved more but her main concern was getting other things dealt with, like Christopher, in case Troy planned on taking her this weekend.

With a sigh, she came back to being Sophie, which was probably not Troy's intention but she was still her after all. "I can eat with you, but then I need to get home, Mr. Halberd." It was blatantly obvious now, he had lost Pet for the time being. She wouldn't be as easy to train as she seemed but she certainly was interested and willing to come back for that first weekend, whether it be this weekend or next. Stepping away, she turned to face him, that complacency was hidden away now but there was far less resentment for him in her eyes. "I can head to work after that and then..." she trailed off, looking away in some embarrassment. "I can return here tonight. Or would you rather next weekend?"

Her main focus for the day would be smoothing things over with Christopher. She couldn't have him still angry with her if she was planning on disappearing all weekend. He would certainly kill her when she returned if that were the case. He was probably already fuming and she would have to deal with the reprocussions of that. She was not looking forward to going home but she really couldn't just avoid it forever. She'd have to face his anger at some point, and sooner would be better than later.

Troy did not stop her and made no move to change her mind. Their agreement was for weekends after work, it had been his own words. Regardless, his gambit, his plan had borne fruit. He could see the effects her had on her, how his words, his touch, the promise of more, how it affected her. From the goosebumps and shivers, to her skin going warmer and even evidence of her excitement in her bra. He could tell, clear as day, that the taste he had given her, the faint touches and promise for more, had taken hold. It was in her eyes, even when Sophie came out, it was clear. She was strong, he loved it about her. Strong enough to pull from the trace like state he had put her in with his voice alone. Yet he could see it right there, in her eyes. She didn't want to leave, yet she wanted to leave at the same time. The confusion, the hesitation. His words and promises had gone deep and would linger, even if she didn't want them to.

Troy nodded then, "Breakfast, then work." his tone back to his old one. Gone was the soft, almost teasing voice he had whispered on. Gone was the promises of love, replaced by Troy Halberd, replaced by a lazy boss. Though he did smile when she asked when to return, even as strong as she was, she still wanted to return. "As I said, Sophie. This is your home now, you can come and go as you like. As for our agreement, well..." he paused as he took a step closer, confidence oozing from him. Or was it his ego? They were hard to differentiate between, even for him. "Why don't you return after work. I'll have dinner prepared for you." He said as he once more walked over and placed a hand on her lower back. Though this one did not have the intimacy of his previous touch. It held no meaning and had no intentions other than gently guiding her to the stairs leading up from the dimly lit basement they had been in. "Also, take this. Buy some clothes before you come here. You'll need spare clothes and I doubt Christopher will allow you to pack any at home." Troy said as he held out his credit card. He had promised to take care of her, or rather, he had promised to take care of Pet. She was not Pet, she was Sophie. But she would buy things for Pet, not for Sophie. Or at least, that's what he wanted her to do.

She was relieved he didn't try to argue or seem upset in any way that she had mentioned needing to leave. He made her nervous though. Talking to Troy about their Master and Pet situation just felt uncomfortable, despite the fact that they were Master and Pet. It was all a little confusing and would take some time to get used to, though she hoped most of the conversation about them would stay between them, and not Troy and Sophie. She could sense his air of confidence had changed though, subtly, more into the egotistical way that Troy acted to everyone. The brunette couldn't help to be slightly pleased and excited to return here tonight though, to have dinner with Master. Pet wanted more and was thankful she wouldn't have to wait a week.

She tensed when he touched her and led her, still feeling slightly uncomfortable about him, but made her way upstairs. At the offer of the credit card she had considered protesting, telling him she had money of her own, but she had to remind herself this wasn't for her and this had been something he promised. Master took care of Pet. Reluctantly she sighed and took the card. When he wasn't looking she quickly put it in her bra as she had no pockets or purse with her. Breakfast went as well as she expected, incredibly awkward. She had focuses on discussing work, brushing off his teases and flirtation, and had managed to survive. When it came time for her to go he had offered to drive but she declined him so that Christopher wouldn't see him dropping her off.

She carried her heels instead of wore them, and told him a polite good bye as she got in the cab. Relief set in as soon as the door closed and the cab pulled away. How uncomfortable. She had hoped after this weekend things would become easier to handle and she would find a way to face Troy on Monday. The cab ride was long and gave her time to think about everything. She was still sure she wanted to return to his house for the weekend so she would have to find a way to please Christopher and convince him not to get angry about her having to be gone all weekend. She also came up with the excuses she was going to say when he asked why he never called her back, where she's been and why she took a cab home. She didn't call him because she lost her cell phone, it would warrant punishment for carelessness but not for ignoring him. She could easily explain she didn't have his number memorized as well but would get right on that as an excuse for why she didn't use any other phones.

Why she never returned home last night would be more difficult. She could claim she fell asleep at her desk but it was far too late in the morning, she should have been home by now. She decided on falling asleep in her car and having just woken up. Finally, she took a cab because she didn't have shoes she could wear with her heel broken. She was likely to still feel his anger, but hopefully it wouldn't be as bad. By the time she arrived at her house, her stomach was a bundle of nerves. Troy had already paid more than enough for the fare so she simply thanked the driver and got out, going up to the modern apartment building. The elevator took her to the eighth floor and each floor made her stomach more and more tense. Walking down the hall to her apartment, she took a heavy breath and entered, expecting the worst.

"Christopher? I'm home," she called out to him as she closed the door behind her. The apartment was on the smaller side but had been recently built. It was a simple one bedroom with a loft and was built in a modern style. Dark hued wood lined the floors, typical metal fixtures and accents throughout the place, black appliances, the works. Her furniture was sleek Swedish style but she added warmth with the decorations around the place. Colorful pillows and blankets, colorful photography on the walls, natural plants scattered here and there. It didn't completely make the place homey, but it helped.

A voice called out from one of the adjacent rooms, annoyance, anger and frustration evident in the tone, "I'm in here!" Christopher was a man of strict principle and rules. If one did not adhere to those rules, they would have to be reminded of it. He had called Sophie countless times, he had even been to her workplace that morning and found that she hadn't been in the office at all. Was she cheating on him? The thought lingered in his mind, had done so all night as was evident from the smell of alcohol coming from the living room. Christopher had been up all night, waiting for her to come home. Waiting for her to call him, to let him know what she was doing, where she was going. No call had come, no message received. And it pissed him off, very much so in fact.

He turned in the chair he was sitting in, glass of burbon in hand as he looked to Sophie. She looked a mess. "Where have you been, huh?!" Christopher asked, anger rising inside of him. It was a mixture of tiredness and drunkenness that kept him from standing up in that moment and slapping her, she had defied him. Or ignored him, which in his mind was the same thing. The disrespect! "Why weren't you at work this morning?" he continued his barrage of questions, nothing she could say would satisfy him, nothing she could say would keep Christopher from hitting her, the only thing she could do now, is determine how hard and where by telling him.

It was the same old thing. He was drunk. She could smell it in the air and it made her crinkle her nose as she came toward the living room to see him. Bourbon. She would have to buy another bottle for him today she was sure. There was an anger and resentment swirling in her stomach but he wasn't nearly as attentive as Troy, Christopher couldn't see it in her. He only saw what he wanted to see. She sighed though, she had to satisfy him in order to have a chance to be Pet once more that evening. That was her only goal right now. "I'm so sorry..." she spoke, giving him her most sorrowful expression as she came down onto her knees beside him. She knew what he liked and how he liked it and she hated him for ever making her this way.

She listed her excuses. She lost her phone but she would be receiving a new one soon. She fell asleep in her car. Her heel broke so it took her longer to get home because she had to take a cab. She lied and she sold it well, knowing how to make him believe her. He was much easier to convince, especially if he was drunk, than Troy ever was. She knew he would punish her but she felt whatever he did would be worth it if she could just be Pet again andnlet everything go. If he had been up most of the night then he would possibly sleep most of the weekend, leaving her free to wdo what she wahted without him realizing exactly how long she was gone.

"I'm so sorry, sweetie. I know I should have been better, tried harder..." She didn't even try to add excuses to her apology, knowing it would do her worse. He had heard her excuses, he would decide from there. She was at his disgusting whim all so she could eventually be at her Master's. It was so strange, to have such parallels. But the way Master had made her feel was unsurpassed by anything she had ever known. She felt she would do anything for that feeling once more.

Christopher looked at her with a mixture of disgust, admiration, warped loved and lust. She kept messing up, though granted, nothing she did was ever good enough. Christopher always found something to complain about, some reason to be angry. It ranged from her burning the meat, coming home late, waking up late, waking up early, bringing him a lukewarm beer, not bringing him a beer at all. Any excuse he could get he would use to correct her. There was only one voice in the house, at least one that mattered, his.

He shifted around in the chair, feeling exhaustion slowly overtaking him from being up all night drinking, Christopher motioned for his crotch with the glass of golden liquid he was drinking. "Better get to work, Sophie. You don't want me to hit you again, do you?" He wasn't getting any satisfaction from hitting her, it wasn't a sexual thing. It was anger, frustration and his way to maintaining control. It worked, to some extent. The constant threat of pain, of violence, it kept him in control, it kept the otherwise strong willed and feisty Sophie docile. Just look at her, on her knees, practically begging for forgiveness for a slight she did not do, for an insult she had no part in. Christopher liked the power, loved the control he had over her. It had most likely been why she stuck around, out of fear of violence. Not that Christopher cared, he got sexual satisfaction from a sexy woman who also cooked for him. In his mind, it was a win-win situation, for him at least.

Of course he would ask for that. He always asked for that. Letting out a heavy breath she moved between his legs. This was his favorite position, sitting in his chair with her between his legs, submitting to his desires because of the fear he instilled in her. Fear, thats all he got out of her, that's all he would ever get. And that was what he seemed to want. Between his legs now, focused on just getting through this so she could be Pet this evening, she reached forward and unzipped, unbuttoned, his pants. With them released from his, she pulled them down enough to reach in and pull his limp desire out. When he was drunk, he was always too soft, always impossible to please, but she was always forced to try until he finally gave up.

He was probably dirty. He probably hadn't cleaned since she had walked out yesterday morning. How disgusting. But she refrained from showing her disgust as she grabbed around his base with one hand, with her forefinger and thumb encircling it. She brought the limp piece to her lips and tasted the him with her tongue. She was used to this. Sophie had lost the gag that used to accompany the first taste. As her tongue worked him, the suction of her mouth urged him to harden, she tried to remember when she first met him.

He used to be sexy. He used to fulfill his desires. Back when he didn't drink, he accepted her busy lifestyle. He was just happy to have her when she was around. And now...and now there was this. A part of her was still holding out hope for the amazing boyfriend he had once been. The one who would surprise her with a homemade dinner. The one who would take her to movies. But eventually he started demanding more time. Eventually he moved himself in to be closer to her when she was off of work. Eventually he had become suffocating. And now she doing this. Please this disgusting piece of meat and imagining the life she had once had before with him just to get through it. She was stuck in a delusion. But at least she could look forward to Master tonight.

He tried, truly did try and harden for her. He wanted to feel her, to be inside of her. To punish her. But he couldn't. The alcohol and the fatigue, his body just couldn't harden for her. No matter how hard she worked, no matter what she did, he would remain limp inside of her mouth. Only stiffening slightly, barely enough to call him hard. Of course, he blamed her. It was all her fault, had she just tried harder, had she just loved him more. But she didn't, she hadn't. And he blamed her for it. Reaching down with his free hand, Christopher took a firm grip at the back of her head, making sure to grab a large bundle of hair and gripped tight. "You call that a blowjob?!" he all but shouted down at her, frustration, alcohol and tiredness. It was all slowly coming out of him.

He had loved her, still did. Though it had been different. In the beginning, he would surprise her at work with flowers and lunch, he'd pick her up and drive her home. In the beginning, and the first many years, he was truly in love. She was his everything, the thing that made him smile, a woman he wanted to show off, to be with forever. Candlelit dinners, trips to the movies even the occasional vacation. He loved to please her, to see her happy. That was before he lost his job, laid off due to budget costs. Since then he had been at home, drinking, hating himself and in turn, hating her. They lived off of her income and hers alone. It was her money that he drank up, and it was her money that gave them food. He hated her for it, he hated her for being better than him, for never being home, for working all the time.

Using his tight grip, Christopher pulled her head back painfully, he wanted to look into her eyes, he wanted to see her fear. That was what got him off these days, her fear. It wasn't her tongue, her hands or even herself, it was her fear that gave him arousal these days. And he wanted to see it, see the fear in her eyes as he let go of her hair again and slapped her hard across her cheek. It was her fault, he couldn't get hard. Any proper woman would be able to make their boyfriend hard, surely. And he followed the hard, painful slap up with a tight grip around her throat, squeezing just enough to make breathing a chore, he wanted to see the fear, see her being afraid of him. He needed it.

It didn't take nearly as long this time to realize she was getting him no where. He was drunk, more tired than usual and it added to his frustration and lack of arousal. She hsd tried her best, she really had. She remembered once being told how amazing she used her mouth, but it was lost on him in this state. He knew that and it angered him to no end. She felt his fingers in her hair, pulling hard, threatening to rip the whole section out. Sophie strained her neck to follow his grip, not wanting to fight against him and lose the hair she adored about herself so much. It was healthy and sleek from long term care and now he was threatening to removed it from her scalp.

So she looked at him the way she knew he liked now. With the real fear coarsing through her veins. She was always genuinely afriad this would be the last time she could feel fear. Sometimes he was just that violent, the pain was just that much. She hated it she got nothing from it. She was not a masochist, she knew this because of him. He released her hair only to slap her hard. Her eyes closed shut tightly as her head was switfly pushed to the side. Her cheek stung and her closest ear rang from the sharp sound of skin to skin. It was deafening for a moment, it always was. That cheek would again be swollen and sore tomorrow. It would be harder to hide as she hadn't yet recovered from the time just a night before.

He was holding her throat tight now. That had once been something that turned her on, but now it was just too painful. He held so tight his fingers and nails dug in. It was always such a similar area that she never truly recovered and was almost always bruised. She kept her eyes on him though, nher brows tilted to prove the vulnerability he caused in her. She was limp against him, her arms at her sides as she allowed him to have his way. It was easier than fighting. He easily overpowered her, especially when he was drunk. In physical strength she stood no chance against a man so she was just at his whim. Slowly suffocating under his grasp that always left reminders of what little control she had left in her life. Working for Troy, taking over his job, was all she truly had left. She just wanted to be Pet again. She just wanted to let this all go. Would Master be made to see new bruises?

He was angry and frustrated at the same time, why couldn't she just love him like she used to? She used to be so happy, so content. Yet lately, she was sad, hurt and afraid. Why? He hadn't done anything wrong, he loved her. Always would. The pain he inflicted on her, the bruises, it was only that he loved her. That he cared for her. Why could she not see this? Why could she not accept it? Eventually, he let go, finally allowed her to breathe properly again though the tight grip would almost definitely leave a mark, both from the grip itself but also from where his nails had dug in. Why could she not just understand and do better? Why did she have to be so useless?

He blamed her for everything and anything. When they ran out of milk, it was her fault for not buying more. When the TV stopped working, it was her fault, when they ran out of beers, it was her fault. Everything was her fault, why couldn't she just try harder? Why did she have to make everything so difficult, so hard? She couldn't even please him sexually like she used to. She used to be able to make him cum near instantly with her tongue and mouth, not anymore. He used to get hard just by looking at her, just by being near her, but no more. This, along with everything else, was her fault. She could just try harder, she could just dress better.

Using his grip, Christopher guided her to her feet. If she couldn't please him orally, he'd have to force himself on her. Quickly, and with uncertain feet, he guided her to their single bedroom. Forcefully throwing the beaten woman into the bed, an act of dominance and violence that served to harden him far more than her sorry excuse of a blow job. When she lay there, sprawled out over the bed he crawled in. If she didn't want to give, he'd take. Using a rough touch, Christopher quickly tore off any fabric that would get in his way of what he wanted. He wanted her, he wanted to be inside of her like they had done countless times before, willingly or otherwise. Again, as he pressed his now hardened member against her nether, Christopher took a firm grip around her neck once more, he loved the violence, the control, the fear. It was this that made him hard, not her touch, her love or attention. It was the fear, the pain.

Gripping around her neck tightly, more so than before, he gave a single hard thrust. He didn't care if she was wet, he didn't care if it would hurt. He only cared for his own enjoyment. She had ignored him, she had neglected him the night before. He still remembered and would punish her for it, this was her punishment. To satisfy him. And with a single, hard and powerful thrust, he penetrated her, burying himself as deep as he could and savoring whatever fear, whatever pain he was causing her. She should just have tried harder. She should just have cared more. He didn't, not in the moment. She was there for him, not him for her. So with a steady and strong rhythm, he began to rock his hips. Pulling out only to press himself deeper with more force than the one before, again and again now, he was thrusting, pistoning himself into her over and over again with a tight grip around her neck. He wanted the fear, the pain. He wanted the love that she gave him, fake and temporary as it might have been when she was afraid, but he didn't care. She was good at pretending, good at lying. And he believed her. She only loved him when he hurt her.

The whole thing lasted only a few minutes. Alcohol and fatigue ever present as he took advantage of her, forced himself on her and used her. Eventually, and without warning except an even tighter grip, he came. It was pathetic, really. He filled her up just fine only to roll off and collapse. The fatigue being too much mixed with the ecstasy of orgasm his body shut off. Replaced by a loud snoring noise only moments later

She could breathe. His grip loosened, still around her throat, but it did loosen enough to her to breath. She took a heavy breath in as her green eyed continued to stare. They were lifeless and absent, all that remained was the fear he so adored. Eighty six. Sophie had gotten to eighty six that time. Her breathing control had certainly increased since this all started, especially considering she never had a chance to take a breath in before he would suddenly choke her. The sudden increase of blood after being closed off caused the areas his fingers had dug in to sting and burn, replacing the sore feeling she had had moments before when his fingers had been pressed in to still fresh bruises. It was a better feeling, but the blood rush always bothered her. It was the worst part, the blood rush to her head. She hated the sound and the throb it caused inside her skull.

Sophie didn't have long to think about it though as he lifted her to her feet. Sex. She knew what came next. At least he was too tried to drag this out like he had two nights before. Sometimes he spent hours proving his dominance over her, but today he was obviously too fatigued and drunk. At least her bed felt nice. After the first few times this happened Sophie had taken initiative and went out to buy a bed that her body could sink into. It made it harder for Christopher to get inside of her too far when he was drunk and felt nice when her body was thrown against it. Like right now for instance, it was like falling back onto a cloud. She didn't try to move or fight him, still limp with her head now to the side as she looked out across her room. Noticing some scattered clothes she made a mental note that she needed to do laundry when she returned home Sunday night.

Sophie could hear the tear of her favorite skirt which caused her some disappointment. The underwear she could care less about as those too were torn. That was something else she had once liked, the sound of ripping fabric. But now it just meant Christopher would rape her. She spread her legs for him and gasped when he forced himself inside. There was too much resistance and it stung. Her body hadn't been prepared for the invasion. She looked up at him now, feeling that pressure on her throat as he pressed himself inside over and over again. There was nothing good about this. Her only saving grace was that he wasn't that big and he certainly wasn't as hard as he thought he was. The alcohol had assisted in this way.

She was quiet as he fucked her. Occasionally he would lean forward to cut off her air supply again and she would take a deep breath when he loosened. In mere minutes though, she felt his grip tighten, he was climaxing inside of her, filling her with the warmth she had once enjoyed. Sophie was glad for the implant of birth control in her arm during moments like this. And just a moments later her was collapsed beside her on the bed, fast asleep. As soon as Sophie heard that tell tell snore, she let out a heavy breath of relief. That really hadn't been so bad. It had been much quicker than she was used to. Not so bad at all.

The brunette laid there a moment, giving herself that singular moment to wonder where her life had gone and why she still put up with this. With this out of his system though, hopefully, there would be a few days of the Christopher she had once cared for. The sweet one who used to adore her. There would be a period of apology before the next time he built up his anger again. Sometimes in this moments after, she could look over and the way he slept so soundly and snored so softly would remind her of the man he had once been. It was such a sad moment in and of itself.

Sophie then got to work. She took her much needed shower, making sure to clean out every last remainder of him. She shaved everywhere that was necessary so she would look sleek for her Master, should it lead there this weekend. Once done with her shower, she worked on her hair in the nude, drying it into loose curls to frame her face. She had decided not to ho into work after all so she didn't bother to make herself look as professional. Make up took the longest time but was applied in all the right places the right way. Next she dressed, deciding on her red set of undergarments, the color of the lace shocking against her tanned skin. Dark stockings attached to her garters once more. For clothes she settled on a simple black skirt, tight around her rear and thighs, ending just under the lace beginning of her stockings. A red short sleeved blouse adorned her chest, matching her undergarments, and even had lengths of fabric to tie around her neck to hide her bruises, a neat bow to the right side, while still low cut to show off her assets. Red designer lace heels to complete the look.

Sophie got together a small bag of make up, her perfume, a spare change of clothes and heels. Leaving a note on the night stand, she claimed she would be out of town on business but would have a new phone by the time she got back on Sunday. Making sure she still had Master's credit card, she left this nightmare of a life behind and took a cab to work. She only stepped into the office a moment to grab her purse and cell phone that had been left behind the night before. Returning to her car, she decided to put his card to good use. The spare outfit she had packed was not for Pet, it was for Sophie for when it was time to go home. That being said, Pet was hard to shop for. What would Master like? She bought some casual outfits that would show off her assets, an elegant dress incase he wanted something sultry and plenty of lingerie to get his imagination stirring. By the time she had finished it was almost five and she had just enough time to get to his far away by seven, the time she would normally be off.

With her bags in hand, she rang his door bell. She felt nervous, unsure of what the weekend would bring. Would she be Pet as soon as she walked through the door? Sophie wasn't sure she could even work like that. She would probably need his words to get her there once more. Well, she was about to find out.

Troy had been hard at work, well, hard at work when considering who it had been that was working. He wanted everything to be perfect for when Sophi- no, for when Pet arrived. He had wanted this, dreamt of it and now it was happening. He knew she was vulnerable, especially if what he had seen the night before had been repeated by her abusive boyfriend. Troy shred himself of the thought, it served no purpose to think of what he might have done. All that mattered now, was for Troy to show Sophie that Pet is far more loved than she is. Pet, that would be a name he himself had to get used to. He had not assigned that name to any other woman before, or man for that matter. Master he had been, many times. Pet, she would be the first of those. It was special, it meant something to him. It made it more personal, more... real.

The carnal experiences, he had thought of them, had considered how they would fit. She would learn, he would show her. But it would not be tonight, Troy decided. Tonight would be all about Pet, she needed to be comfortable, she needed to accept her new name. Then, and only then, would Troy move things forward. He had time, he had all the time in the world. He knew, being the confident playboy that he was, that come Sunday, Pet wouldn't want to leave. He knew, that come Sunday, Pet would favor Pet over Sophie. It was what he gambled on, he wanted her to come back, he wanted her to want this. Sophie was successful, strong and independent. But Sophie was also bruised, broken and battered mentally, though well hidden. Pet would be none of those, Pet would be loved, cared for and safe. She would be beautiful. Pet would be perfect.

When doorbell rang, Troy opened. He was still Troy, she was still Sophie, for now. Troy wore another one of his fancy and mindbogglingly expensive designer suits. Custom tailored for him and him alone, it was a black, pinstriped suit. Underneath the blazer, he had opted for a white shirt and a crimson tie. To Troy, such outfits would be common place, nothing out of the ordinary. His hair newly cut and beard expertly trimmed. He too, had shaved himself around and on his privates, just in case Pet wanted him. It was always good to be prepared, after all. When he opened the door, the scent of his expensive cologne filled the air as the man smiled. "Ah, right on time. Please, come in." he said, a hint of eagerness and perhaps a near invisible hint of surprise was evident in his tone. Deep down he knew she'd be back, though as the minutes passed right before she were supposed to be there, he began to have doubts. Doubts that were washed away the moment he laid his eyes on Pet, she was beautiful, she was perfect. Her hair, beautifully framing her perfect features. Her clothes, sexy yet decent, showing off all of her assets, and she had assets to spare. Her rear, perfectly curved, her breasts left nothing further to be desired and her body. A man could go a life time and not find such a body. And it all belonged to him, to Master. He stepped aside, allowing Pet to enter. He had meant it when he said this was her home too, well, it was Pet's home. Sophie was not welcome, Sophie was a liar, she hid things, had secrets. Pet would have none. Pet was welcome.

Once she had entered, Troy would step over and give her a gentle, almost chaste kiss on the side of her neck, making sure his lips touched her exposed skin and not the neat tie she chose to wear. While his kiss was soft, chaste he kept his lips against her skin as he breathed in Pet's scent. Even this, was perfect. In a soft, honeyed whisper he spoke again "Let me take your coat, my lovely Pet." his hands brushed softly against her cheeks and slid down her neck and to her shoulders. Slowly, he pulled, removing whatever piece of fabric she decided to wear over her top, assuming she did. "Please, make yourself at home, Pet. This is your home now." Master continued his soft, caring whisper his lips hovered inches from her ear. He knew the state he had brought her in earlier that day had been lost, the moment she left the house, he knew that he would have to start anew. And so he did. His touch, it was caring and gentle. His tone, loving and comforting. He spoke softly and slowly, making sure that each word was delivered precisely and with the right amount of power to make his point across.

Taking another deep breath through his nose, Troy allowed his lips to barely brush against the back of her neck in a ghost of a touch as he moved to the other side before whispering again, "Is Pet hungry?" He had made sure that a good, solid and expensive meal had been prepared for when his Pet arrived, just like him, she deserved only the best, only the finest. Of course, he had not cooked himself, god no. He had ordered a catering company for the single purpose of cooking just this one dinner and what a dinner it was...

The door opened and there he stood. Troy. Not Master, not yet. It made her stomach tight, unsure as he asked her to come in. Was she really doing this? This was her boss, Master was not a different man, Master had the same face. This was Troy Halberd and she was Sophie Pyrce. It was ridiculous to think they could be seperated from that. Her gaze was down during her internal struggle but then she felt his lips so soft against her neck. There was an exhale of tension that followed it from her own lips. Suddenly the world felt like it shifted and his voice came out so soft like before. She could feel Pet pulling inside her, urging to come out. His hand was gentle as it worked its way from her cheek to her shoulder. He helped remove the thin long black coat she had been wearing. He was slowly working her walls away, slowly stripping her down to the core essence of Pet.

His lips brushed her ear as it had before in the basement. It sent a shudder over her as she could feel herself being pulled back into that trance like state she was in before. The memories of that morning flooding back to her, the feelings he had caused beginning to take shape once more. "Yes, sir," she spoke in a quiet tone though she still wasn't sure what she could do. She felt odd feeling at home in such a massive house that she had gotten so easily lost in earlier. It was the gesture that counted though. That feeling of comfort and care coming back to her, influencing her as Pet slowly urged her way to the surface. She could feel his lips upon her neck once more, feel the heat of his body shift from one side of her to the other. Her Master's heat. His voice brushed her once more, now on her other ear. Maybe it was that her mind had been on it all day, or that she needed the release he had promised her after what happened with Christopher, but it seemed so much easier to relax this time and allow Pet to be.

Food sounded wonderful. She had gotten herself lunch but hadn't eaten nearly enough of her salad after the lavish breakfast he had given her that morning. Sophie confirmed she was hungry and allowed her Master to lead her to the dining room where she was seated at the same spot she had been that morning. As if on cue, or having kept a lookout for them to sit, the food was brought out plate by plate and set before them depending on what course of the meal they were on. The dishes looked beautiful and Sophie wasn't sure she wanted to destroy such an artistic layout. She also noted that Troy had way too much money to be throwing around. It started with a simple salad with chicken, walnuts and cranberries but even that looked like it should just be on display. She wondered how many courses they would have and if she shouldn't eat too much of one course. Taking a bit of the salad though she was surprised of the flavor considering it was...just a salad. Somehow it was definitely more refines than any she had tasted before. She enjoyed it but only allowed herself a few bites, eager to try whatever else may come out.

He held her chair out and guided her to sit. Everything he did, his movements, his actions, everything was fluid and graceful. Practiced, one might use. It had been something he had done many times before, it was something he would do, many times more. Troy built trust, he made them comfortable and made them feel welcome and loved. Once they felt all of that, then, and only then, did he take what he considered his, after such an investment. Often it could take days, weeks or even longer. But he didn't care, Troy, or Master, didn't care. He took as much enjoyment in the building of the Pet, the Submissive, as he did with the sex. It was a mental thing, an emotional thing. To see his words, his actions shape and mold the woman before him, to see their body shudder and shiver when he touched, not out of fear, but out of pleasure. Pleasure from a touch, nothing more. The way goosebumps always found their way whenever he whispered. Having such an effect on another human being, on someone else's body. That, was power. Real power. Not fear, nor anger or violence, such was temporary, this, this was proof that he had control. Control he needed, he craved.

Once his Pet had seated herself by the table, Troy leaned down and planted a single, gentle kiss on the back of her neck. "Enjoy my Pet." he whispered in hos honeyed tone again before moving to his own seat. Everything that was going to happen, was happening for her. As he had promised, she was the center of attention, she was the important one. Troy was certain that his reward came naturally once she was satisfied emotionally and mentally. It always did, either out of shame, out of love or perhaps they thought it fitting, he really didn't mind the reason, only that his reward, the reward of the flesh and of the mind came willingly, without him forcing it. Sure, he had forced himself on women in the past, often did. He needed to let go of his frustrations too, and instead of allowing it to go out on undeserving people, or an assistant who loves being snarky and talking to him like he was a child, instead of that, he would let it go out on women who enjoyed it, or didn't, both were a thing.

And now with Pet, he would not punish her, never. He would discipline her, yes. Teach her and train her. But never punish. Discipline was out of love, punishment came from anger, from hate. So when he sat down, he smiled over at Pet, the beautiful brunette sitting across from him in a blouse matching his tie, what a coincidence. "I hope you are hungry." he said with a proud smile on his lips as the first dish came out. The entré, the salad. Unlike Sophie, unlike Pet, Troy ate the entire plate, he had not had lunch, he had been too busy with... other things...

When he was done, Troy sat his cutlery down and wiped the corner of his lips with his napkin. Everything was so extravagant, so royal. And it had all been for her, he wanted to show her, show Pet what she would get if she remained with him, that he could give her something she would not get anywhere else, even if it was unnecessary. "So." he said as he settled into his seat, hands placed in front of him and a genuine smile on his lips. "Did you do as I asked? Did you buy some clothes for my Pet?" he was curious. Curious about what she had picked out. It had been a conscious decision to not give her any directions on what to buy, he wanted to see what she deemed fitting, what she would buy. It was as much a gift for her, as it was for him. She would wear it, he would see her in it. Later, he would have her show him, show her Master what she had bought to please him. But not yet, there were still time and the evening was still young.

It all felt a bit strange, foreign. Her career afforded her luxuries and her lifestyle had always been high end because of her father's job, but Troy's tastes seemed much more refined than modern luxuries afforded. He seemed to enjoy a more royal refinement. It was evident everywhere she looked and she wondered if that was merely a stroke to his ego, wanting to be considered a king and all, or if he had been raised in these tastes. She had never known his father, having been hired shortly after Troy had taken over the company, but she wondered what kind of man his father was to have raised a man such as Troy. Her own father had been wealthy and that had onky spurred her to become greater than expectations but Troy seemed to always fall short in his responsibilities. Was it a gender thing or was his focus more geared toward his dominance?

She wondered what caused that as well, the need to be dominant or, in her case, submissive. Was it a flaw in their upbringing or a primal urge? Was it something to be ashamed of like Sophie was, or content with like Pet was? She still worried it would bleed into her everyday life, but he had assured her it wouldn't. She wouldn't change. If that were the case, then why was she sitting her eating an expensive meal that probably cost more than her rent? The gesture, Pet reminded her and that warm feeling of comfort and care came back to her. That's right, he bought all this, did all this, to pamper Pet. He did it to relax her and show her that he cared enough to make their meal together special. In a way this felt more like dating than it did anything else. Right now they felt like equals, but then he spoke and reminded her why they weren't.

He asked about the clothes he had told her to buy for Pet. He claimed he asked her to do it but Sophie was certain told would have been the correct term. If she had come her empty handed she wondered if he would punish her the way Christopher did. She wondered if he would ever punish her like that. She didn't need more ways to get bruises. "Yes, sir. In those bags I brought in that we left by the front door. I'll return your card to you as well," she spoke in somewhat of a monotone, unsure how to speak to him. At work there was always a touch of confidence and attitude in her voice that demanded respect and yes this was Troy sitting across from her, but in this home she was meant to be Pet. Considering Pet had not fully been called out and accepted by Sophie, she was left in an uncomfortable position on how to address and act toward this Master sitting across from her. The dinner was nice, but it certainly took away from the intimacy that drew Pet out that morning.

As the plates were cleared and another set out, she looked down at the delectable plate of lobster tail, a filet of steak and vegetables. She was in awe. This was something she had grown up eating often as her father had always enjoyed his protein. Sophie had to admit she did as well which is what started her on exercising and going to the gym. After eating a little bit of everything she finally decided she wanted to ask a question. "Sir," she said softly, not looking up from her plate as she felt embarrassed, or ashamed, she couldn't be sure, about the question she was about to ask. "I would like to understand this agreement we have gone into. As I've seen on that wall..." she trailed off a moment as she thought about the best pictures that had been burned into her memory. "I understand what you will get out of this, and I understand what you are promising me, but I guess what I don't understand if how it can possibly all come together. What if I don't want to do those things on your wall? Will I be punished? I guess what I'm trying to say is, what am I to expect from this arrangement, because so far all you've done is make promises and feed me extravagant food."

Ever the professional, Sophie kept her words as technical as possible. She felt strange asking but she was afraid that she would be taken by surprise when he decided to have her fulfill his needs. She was afraid this would end up the same as what she had with Christopher and just thinking about that made her neck hurt.

Troy took a sip from the wine that had been poured them both before he learned over the table, resting his elbows on the flat surface. It had been an honest question, one of curiosity, he could tell. A questioned that deserved and honest answer. So he thought on it, allowed her words to go deep and take root before he would answer her. She had been frank, honest. He would be the same, he knew that even if this was Pet, Sophie was still inside, and Sophie would have wanted a no-bullshit answer. So he'd give it. "As I explained," he started, his tone soft, calm and collected. "You will be loved, cared for and have a home without violence or abuse, a place where you can relax and unwind." he started, it hadn't been the answer she wanted, he knew, it wasn't even an answer to her question, but he needed for her to know this, to keep that in mind before he'd give her a real answer. "As to what you're expected to do, you are simply expected to do as you're told." it was a blunt answer, a no-bullshit answer. And it was the truth, too. Even still, he knew that it was probably not what she had asked, what she wanted to hear. Instead of saying anything more, Troy stopped and placed the napkin on the table. "Let me show you, then. Show you what words cannot explain. Show you what you are expected to do."

With those words he stood up, the main course had only been served and yet he rose. He wanted to show her, so badly. He couldn't explain it, or rather, he could but without context, without experience it would be misunderstood. How would you tell someone that they are little more than a glorified slave? A pet to be used at his whim? How was that any better than what she already had with Christopher? Troy knew he could not explain it to her, her boyfriend had ruined the meaning of the words for her. So instead of telling her words which would only ruin what he was trying to do, he would show her. He had wanted her to eat, to gain some strength before he'd begin.

He walked through the big house, expecting her to follow him though he had not said so. Eventually, he had reached the master bedroom, his bedroom. The one she had slept in the night before. "I cannot explain it. I can show you, but you need to trust me, my Pet. Can you do that?" Troy asked, he needed her consent, her word that she had heard, understood and could comply with what he had asked.
