An arranged marriage for the prosperity of two houses (kingdoms/countries/etc) goes awry when the male half is terribly injured. To ensure the wedding goes on as planned, his female twin sister (or sibling) is tasked with disguising herself as him until he recovers. Does the bride discover the switch? Does the sister give in to her desires towards her new bride? Does she relinquish her wife when her brother recovers?​
