The Mother of Silver - Pokemon RP

Long ago, I had started to like the Team Rocket Admin/Executive Ariana, and I had gained a bit of an affection for the whole Fanon theory of where Ariana was the mother of Silver. I was thinking that this could be either a 1-on-1 RP involving Ariana and Silver interacting, or maybe we could also involve a third person with Giovanni.
