The Plots:

Medieval Fantasy:

Slave/slave/Princess:
You and my character have been raised as companions to the King's daughter. We serve as surrogates for punishment, but are otherwise kept in comfortable surroundings... at least as children. As a young teen our Princess is sent away to visit relatives and we are left behind. Without our mistress, we are separated to work in other capacities. The princess returns years later, as petulant and violent as ever, and demands her 'playmates' returned. We are all grown now, and the Princess takes an instant liking to you. She cannot act on this lust, however, as her royal virtue must be preserved. Instead she orders our characters to act out her fantasies for her with my character serving once again as her surrogate. The princess is exceedingly cruel in her jealousy so any true affection must be hidden, but our characters come to depend on and love each other to survive. Perhaps we even plan an assassination? Or attempt to run away? (I am willing to play both the slave girl and the princess, if needed. Though we could also pass the princess between us as an NPC if you're more comfortable with that)

Tyrant/Beloved:
Several years back, a small army of magic-users tried to take control of the kingdom. They assassinated the royal family, laid waste to the food stores, and nearly obliterated the nation with their chaotic and irresponsible rule. You, along with a few close friends, managed to kill the evil sorcerers and put yourself on the throne. To prevent another coup, you had every magic-user swear a magical oath of fealty or face execution. Obviously this angers some. One witch manages to curse you with infertility before she is killed but, being young and focused on immediate survival, you don't really care. The following years see you grow in power as a king.
Whatever the common folk say, at least you've kept your nation safe. You rule with an iron fist, your allies are rewarded with riches and your enemies with slow deaths. Your law is strict and ruthless, failure in your knights is not tolerated. Ruling this way has not made you popular with the common folk, but it's kept them alive and prevented another uprising for the time being. Now, however, your power base is weakening. Former allies have begun angling to take your place on the throne and there have been assassination attempts. Without an heir apparent, you seem weak and your legacy unimportant. So, gathering your remaining sorcerers to your side, you order them to undo your curse. The best they are able to do is find a loophole: love and mutual pleasure. The only way you might possibly conceive an heir is through sex with a woman you love, and only if she also 'gets off'. No quick answer here! So, Tyrant Lord, do you woo a noblewoman? Dazzle a beautiful commoner with wealth? Hunt down your childhood crush? Hold auditions? Anything is possible.

Gladiator/'Mistress':
You are a slave, possibly a captive from another land, who is forced to compete as a gladiator for the amusement of the Nobility. Between the arena dangers, bad medical care, and scant rations, your life is incredibly hard and you don't expect to live much longer. Poor showmanship eventually leads to your current master selling your contract to a foreigner who's taken an interest in the sport. This old man is exceptionally wealthy, but most people take him as a fool (Hence your master selling you off at a high price, despite poor performance). Immediately your life improves. The foreigner and his young wife provide you with the best care and food from their own table. In their homeland, healthy livestock is a mark of wealth, and slaves are no different. The Lady of the house eventually takes over your care and you become something of a pet, if not a friend to her.
The story could go two ways from here: A) you continue fighting to bring glory to your new owners, slowly developing feelings for your mistress while earning your freedom. Would you still want to be free if it meant that you would never see her again? B) Your Master is either impotent or gay, and one of the reasons he bought your contract is that you bear resemblance to himself in his youth. He gives your care over to his wife, hoping that you would grow attracted to each other and eventually produce a heir for his fortunes.

Elf prince/maid:
As a prince of the elven peoples, you've been raised in luxury and epic stories. You are a fine warrior of great skill; the sort of man destined for great things. It's only a matter of time before dragons quiver at the sound of your name, but there's a bit of a snag... Your father was once rescued by a human king and pledged his aid in gratitude. For the next seven generations of this king's line, you and your people are promised to help in any way possible. Sounds noble and all, but you're on the sixth generation and the Man-king is trying to get his money's worth. You've been dispatched to help every little problem for the last few years (bandits, a rather large bear, building a new bridge...) and that shit's getting old. To save on travel time, you and a small regiment have decided to stay in the human city for a time. It's boring, to say the least. The most excitement you see is when you run down a small orc pack, no more than five sickly creatures. Your only relief from the dullness comes in the form of the human women. They practically throw themselves at your men, but you hold off for a time (you're a prince, after all. Can't go sowing royal seed willy-nilly!). Eventually, a palace maid catches your attention. She's attractive for a human, witty and disrespectful enough to stand out from the women you're used to, but something about her is wrong. You watch her out of suspicion at first, but nothing sinister presents itself and you become friendly... and more than friendly. One night, you invite her to stay with you. Some time before dawn, you awaken to your human lover speaking in high elvish and reciting dark prophesies of destruction in her sleep. When you wake her, she admits to horrifying nightmares of orcish armies marching closer and the unspeakable undead horrors that lead them. Thank the gods it's only a nightmare... Right?

Elf/human adventurer:
Life for a young elven man is rather dull in the high courts, but it's all you know. The short, violent lives of Men intrigue you, but all you have are stories of grand adventure and love that consumes a soul. They are pretty things to dream of, but...
One day the courts are thrown into chaos when a troupe of dwarven adventurers arrive at the gates. They have an old map, written in high elvish, that leads to untold treasures but they need help to translate it. In the party are a pair of human twins, a man and a woman, who draw your attention. They practically radiate life and energy, and the woman's lush curves are utterly unique among the slender elf women.
On translating the map, your king learns that an ancient elf relic is stored with the treasure. The dwarves have no use for such an item, so they happily agree to trade it for a guide. You jump at the chance for adventure, and a few more days with the vivacious human woman.

Knight/Queen:
Your king has married a woman from the northern barbarian tribes and it's... not going so well. Her majesty is rude, drunken, and rebellious. She often escapes the palace for days on end, running into the woods to live like some sort of savage. In her few years in the royal court, she's managed to insult or offend every single noble (though probably not on purpose). The king does not love her (it was a political marriage from the start) but he must find some way to rein in her wild behavior before she causes a war. You are assigned to her guard detail to keep her entertained and contained. After hearing so much about her violent temper and nasty attitude, you're shocked to find the queen to be nothing more than a very lonely and very bored woman. What sort of adventures will her highness drag you on?

Soldier/villager:
Your king has sent you off to put down a rebellion. Along the way, you and your men stay in a charming border town. The townsfolk are friendly, loyal subjects that go out of their way to make your battalion feel welcome, particularly the mayor's wife. The mayor is an older man and his wife is almost young enough to be his granddaughter. It's clearly a political marriage. You and she become friends, and more, with the tacit approval of her husband. As long as you're discreet, you're free to fall in love. When the time comes for your battalion to move on, you promise to return to your lover as soon as you're able.
The war is brutal, but you survive. More towns rebel against your king and retribution is swift. Whole towns are purged for their disloyalty, even though it hurts you to kill the innocent with the guilty. Hope comes in the form of occasional letters from your beloved, nothing too improper but you know her love is still waiting.
One day, you hear terrible news: a new rebel cell has erupted, your lover's town. The massacre is complete before you can even think of riding out. Heart crushed, you bury yourself in your service and earn a title and grant of land. Fate is particularly cruel when you are granted dominion over her town and it's surrounding mountains, provided you can clear out the last remaining rebels. You send your men into the hills and they return with prisoners for execution. One in particular fights more fiercely than the others, kicking and cursing and spitting. You signal your knight to kill this filthy wildling, but when he grips her by the hair you recognize the furious face of your 'dead' lover.

Noblewoman/POW slave:
You are a young man of high nobility, spoiled and well-loved. When your homeland is conquered by a invading enemy, you are captured and given over to a general as a gift. The general is particularly cruel to his slaves (of which there are many), your people starve and freeze around you but there is nothing you can do to help them. Months of hard labor and hopelessness take their toll until you are too broken to fight anymore. You do your work, keep your head down, and do your best just to survive.
Winter comes and food becomes more scarce while blankets are a luxury that a man might be killed for. Some of your fellow slaves fantasize about stealing from the Master's kitchen, but no one dares risk the punishment of being caught. Soon, however, bundles of food and blankets start appearing in the barracks. None of the slaves will take credit, and it's not much, but they're all too happy to make use of the stolen supplies. One night, troubled by the idea that the thief might get caught, you stay up and wait. When you finally do catch the perpetrator, you're surprised to discover that it's the Mistress (either the General's daughter or young wife). She begs you not to tell the Master (her punishment would be nearly as severe as a slaves) and enlists your help to smuggle more out of the Manor house, all while she still pretends to be the heartless mistress of the house. Only you know what she really is.
Eventually the slave camp is liberated by your countrymen. They kill the Master and burn the house to the ground, dragging the Mistress out to the slaves to punish as they see fit. The crowd is screaming for blood. Do you chose to save her or let her pay for the horrible things her people did? If you save her: do you tell the soldiers about her kindness and pray that they believe you, or do you declare your noble identity and demand she be given to you as a slave?

Deposed king/peasant:
Your father is the king of a poor nation. Your homeland may not have money, but you and your brothers have been trained to be some of the best warriors in the world. To help pay the kingdom's debts, all the princes are pimped out as generals to neighboring armies, training soldiers in return for gold and alliances.
But even the best warrior can be overwhelmed. One day without warning, the army you are assigned to turns on you. They kill your guardsmen, and very nearly kill you as well. Wounded badly, you run through the unfamiliar countryside until finally collapsing beside a small river. Death is all but certain until a young widow comes to the river to do her washing. The woman rescues you, and hides you in her tiny house. From gossip you both learn that the attack was coordinated through many armies. You father and all your brothers are dead, and you are now the rightful king. How will you go about regaining your throne?

Knight/fledgling necromancer:
There's an evil sorcerer in those woods and it's up to you to stop him! A lich has been summoning hordes of undead aberrations to wipe out small villages around his mountaintop tower. Your liege has tasked you and a squad of knights with killing the devil, but things go a bit awry. Okay, more than a bit. Your squadmates are all dead within three days of entering the woods and you're honor bound to stop the fiend responsible (you're also hopelessly lost, but that's beside the point). In the ruins of one ravaged town, you find a single survivor: a young ex-prostitute. She's done pretty well for herself (really well, actually!) and is willing to lead you to the lich's tower. As you two get closer to your destination, you notice something odd: there haven't been any zombie attacks since you met her...

Adventurer/Adventurer:
Our characters both enter a tavern separately. It's crowded and only two seats are open at the bar. We do not know each other, but we sit side-by-side and hope to eat our meals and drink our ale in peace. Later in the night, a bookish-looking man stumbles in with a wide scroll under his arm. He's clearly terrified as he looks around the room, finally setting eyes on the two of us. He hurries through the crowd, handing you the scroll with great urgency. "Protect it with your life." He says, blood beginning to seep from the corners of his mouth. "May the gods guide you to it." He dies, slumping into my character's lap. Once the excitement dies down, we look at the scroll together. It is a map, written in an old language, leading to 'treasure untold'.
