Although the title likely gets the point across, here's what I'm thinking as a basic plot idea:
A superhero (YC) decides to liven up his career by taking on a sidekick/partner. When meeting (MC) and noting his smaller, lithe build, YC has an idea - imagine if his new sidekick were "female" and perceived by the world to be his "girlfriend" - that would get some attention! So, after a little coercion an designing of a costume, his new "female" sidekick is born.
Adult things can be discussed, such as developing feelings or attraction toward one another, etc.
I'll base my "heroine" on a similar theme to that of your character, depending on what sort of concept you have in mind.
