Hello erosians~ An idea occurred while from awhile back that I'd like to pose to all of you. An unanswered question of mine that I always wanted to see play out. What do you think would happen if you took the characters from marvel and DC and inserted them into their respective opposite counterparts surroundings?

Black Panther in Gotham
Nightwing in Hell's Kitchen
Sentry in Metropolis
etc.

You can see where I'm going with this.

I need men, and women to do a Marvel/DC cross over roleplay. There would plenty of action, and of course *Hip thrust* If anyone is interested, send in an application for your character, and when we have enough, I will make a new thread for it. Villains are very much welcomed and encouraged.

Character Name: Karla Sofen (Aliases: Moonstone, Meteorite, Ms. Marvel, Captain Marvel)

Marvel or DC: Marvel

Character Biography: (To be added)

Powers/skillset:

Karla's powers are the result of her fusion with a gravity stone designed by the alien Kree. After being absorbed into her body, the stone took on the form of energy that permeates her nervous system. Karla once acquired a second gravity stone, increasing her powers to new limits. However, she currently only possesses one stone and her abilities have reverted to their old levels. If the stone is removed from her body, Karla will die in 72 hours without its support.

Superhuman Strength: Karla possesses superhuman strength sufficient enough to lift around 10 tons.

Superhuman Speed: Karla is capable of running and moving at speeds that are beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Stamina: Karla's musculature produces considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. She can physically exert herself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before fatigue begins to impair her.

Superhuman Durability: Karla's bodily tissues are tougher and more resistant to certain forms of physical injury than those of a normal human. She is able to withstand great impact forces, such as being repeatedly struck with superhuman force, powerful energy blasts or falls from great heights, that would severely injure or kill an ordinary human though she would suffer little to no injury herself. However, she is as vulnerable to conventional ballistic and bladed weaponry as any ordinary human.

Superhuman Agility: Karla's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete.

Superhuman Reflexes: Her reflexes are heightened in a similar manner and are superior to those of the finest human athlete.

Flight: Karla could also allow the Earth's gravitational pull to propel her through the air at high speeds. To the casual viewer this would make her appear to disappear or teleport.

Minor Molecular Control: She can instantaneously change into/alter her costume.

Intangibility: She can make herself and other persons intangible by reducing her or the person's body's specific gravity.

Photokinesis: Karla possesses the ability to manipulate light to a limited degree. She can generate a blinding luminescence from every inch of her body or generate blasts of concentrated photons from her fists that are powerful enough to blow a hole in a steel plate.

Base of Operations: Manhattan, New York City, New York; Mount Charteris, Colorado

Wants to bang most: Both Villainous and Heroic guys with a sadomasochistic attitude. Those guys with a nefarious plans are turn-ons for her... Well, birds with same feather fuck each other. Most of all, her inner guilty pleasures are those guys that can be labeled with the evil genius trope, be it sophisticated men, low-life and psycho geek and nerds(with the level of a discount Joker and Wriggler)

That makes two so far. You want your girl to hook up with my guy? He's not doing anything but chilling on his bad guy dragon shuttle.

Well unless I can utilize a regiment of those Marabunta death squads to attack others.

I want my character to be the typical megalomaniac queen archetype with an adventure mirroring to a Bonnie and Clyde cliche.

Taking up my second character:

Blue Moon Username: Zapp
Character Name: Dr. Stephen Strange
Marvel or DC: Marvel
Character Biography: As the Sorcerer Supreme and Master of the Mystic Arts, Doctor Strange is typically the world's foremost expert on magic, but it wasn't always that way. Earlier in his life, he was an arrogant professional surgeon, but when a car accident took his fine motor skills away from him, he became desperate and searched the globe for a cure. One was offered, not to cure his hands, but instead to cure his soul.
Powers/skillset:In every sense of the word, Stephen Strange is an ordinary man. Genetically and physically, he is just an average human. However, he is the Sorcerer Supreme of the Earth Dimension, the dimension in which we reside. This title was earned through years of arduous training. This is no human or being in our dimension that can even rival him in the mastery of the mystic arts. Stephen's powers can be split into three categories:

Personal abilities - These are the powers that Stephen himself has through his training. Their sources are from his body and soul, be it his brain or his chi. Without having to channel any sort of mystic energy, he is able to astral project himself, hypnotize others, move things with his mind, communicate mentally, and so on. However, these abilities can be enhanced via mystic energy or mystic artifacts such as the Eye of Agamotto.

Universal sources - These powers are used by channeling our dimension's mystical and cosmic energies. By concentrating and utilizing this energy, he can fire energy bolts that can blow back a mouse or cause city blocks to explode, transmute objects and people, create protective shields, and so forth. This magic typically takes the form of "catastrophe magic," which is magic based on the potential for change, coincidence, and entropy. He is also able to use this energy to cast spells, the effects of which are almost infinite depending on what he so chooses, and are quicker than having to recite an incantation, but at the drawback of being less powerful than spells that channel divine sources.

Divine sources - By reciting incantations, or "spells", Doctor Strange can call upon the energy and sources of other beings, usually in other dimensions. In particular, he favors calling upon the energies of the Vishanti, who have given him their blessing to defend our world. Typically, a certain being has a section of spells associated with them, such as the Crimson Bands of Cyttorak. In return for using their power, Stephen will often aid them if they ask him to.

WEAKNESS

Despite all of these seemingly godlike abilities, Doctor Strange is hands down a human being. He doesn't have an x-gene, he was never dosed with radiation, and he's certainly not an alien. Physiologically, mentally, and emotionally, he is an ordinary man, with his years of spiritual training allowing him to tap into various sources for his powers. Thus, he can be killed like any other person.

Due to a drunk driving accident, Strange suffered severe nerve damage in his hands and wrists. Not only does he experience bouts of pain in these areas, but his hands are constantly shaking, sometimes subtly and sometimes excessively. As a result, he can't hold any sort of utensil or instrument straight, as shown by his chicken-scratch handwriting and stick figure drawings, and he certainly can't hold a scalpel without some sort of assistance. He is prescribed clonazepam, a benzodiazepine medication, to ease his pain and shaking, though whether or not he abuses it remains a subjective matter.

Stephen is a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, and he has been sober for nine years. It takes a daily struggle for him not to give into the temptations of his addictions, which can be used against him.

In terms of his powers, all of Stephen's incantations are summoned from otherdimensional god-like beings. If he is not on good terms with one of these deities, they will not allow him to employ their abilities. For example, some beings do not agree with Strange's current war on HYDRA, and so they will not grant him access to their power. Additionally, almost all of them will expect a favor from him from time to time in return for helping them.

Strange also abstains almost entirely from black and chaos magic, as black magic can corrupt the soul if used improperly. This is why Strange prefers white magic and white magic-associated deities. However, to employ white magic, one must be pure of heart, and so Stephen is always struggling to stay on the righteous path. If he is somehow ever corrupted, or somehow forced to use black magic, this can affect the power of his white magic spellcasting.

SKILLS/TALENTS

Doctor Strange is to the supernatural what Mr. Fantastic and Iron Man are to science. He is the world's foremost authority on anything dealing with magic and the paranormal. His knowledge includes other dimensions, extraterrestrials, demons, monsters, spells, and so on; if it falls under the category of the public not believing in it, he is generally the go-to guy for it.

Prior to his fall from grace, Stephen Strange was considered to be the best neurosurgeon in the world. He commanded high prices because of his surgical skill and medical knowledge. To say he is an expert in the field of medicine is an understatement, with in-depth knowledge of anatomy (specifically neural anatomy), surgery (specializing in neurosurgery), psychiatry, and superhumans.

During his time in Tibet, Stephen gained a black belt proficiency in a variety of as-yet-unknown Oriental martial arts. Even without his magical abilities, he still poses a threat with his hand-to-hand combat alone.

Stephen possesses a variety of magical artifacts, devices, books, etc. that are kept in Sanctum Sanctorum. Some, such as the Wand of Watoomb and the Book of the Vishanti, are kept carefully under lock-and-key while others are often used by Stephen in his quests. They include:

The Eye of Agamotto - An amulet that is typically worn as a necklace, this artifact was constructed by the great Agamotto millenia ago. When the pendant opens, it reveals a golden eye, which can be used for a variety of effects. Foremost, it amplifies his psychic abilities, letting the doctor see through any illusion, lies, deception, false truth, and so on, or even free other people from illusions and mental illness. While using the key, he rivals the most powerful telepaths in the universe. The Eye can also open dimensional and universal portals, play back the events in a given area, or use its light to blind a person. No person can lie while under the Eye's light.

The Coat (Cloak) of Levitation - This cloak allows Stephen to fly without expending any of his mystic energy, thus allowing him to freely move about unaided. The object is keyed to his thoughts and his alone. Even when he is not wearing it, the cloak responds to his thoughts, allowing him to use it as if it were an extra limb. The cloth is nearly indestructible: not even Wolverine's adamantium claws have been able to scratch through it. Due to its ability to change shape according to his will, Stephen has altered it into a trenchcoat.

The Orb of Agamotto - This artifact can quite literally see any point in time, space, or dimensional reality. Typically Strange uses it to display a copy of the Earth, with various mystical threats pinpointed on it. He can use it for scrying into other worlds and to witness events from afar.

The Sanctum Sanctorum - Doctor Strange's mansion itself is a magical artifact. Located at 177A Bleecker Street in New York's Greenwich Village, the Sanctum is a three-story-tall mansion that resides on one of the Earth's few focal points of magical energy. Throughout the years, the land the Sanctum occupies has been used to burn witches, to sacrifice virgins in pagan rituals, and as an Indian burial ground. Because of the magical energy that runs through the land as well as the spells Strange maintains upon it, the Sanctum itself is actually "alive" and semi-sentient. It's much bigger on the inside than the outside, with hallways and rooms that frequently change locations or furniture that will actually change appearance on its own. The Sanctum Sanctorum is protected from magical invasion by an intricate, permanent spell of mystical force constructed by Doctor Strange to interweave with the house's inherent energies. The entire third floor, known as the Chamber of Shadows, is where Strange keeps his collection of rare magical artifacts and texts for safekeeping.

Base of Operations: The Sanctum Sanctorum (177A Bleecker Street, Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York)
Wants to bang most: Strange has two foremost fetishes:

  • 1. The younger the better. What can I say? He's a perverted old man.
    2. The weirder the better. His years exploring the unknown have given him a fetish for women with exotic hair, flesh, and otherwise unnatural physical features.

Earlier in his life, he was an arrogant professional surgeon, but when a car accident took his fine motor skills away from him, he became desperate and searched the globe for a cure. One was offered, not to cure his hands, but instead to cure his soul.
Powers/skillset:Magic: Dr. Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth; he possesses vast mastery of the mystic arts, which he uses to defend his reality from otherworldly threats; his primary magical patrons are a group of entities known as "the Vishanti." The Vishanti are a trinity of godly beings comprised of Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur. Although he has, on rare occasions, called upon the power of demons such as Dormammu; Strange more frequently did so before he realized Dormammu's true dark nature in the earlier issues. He has once stated that he can kill a mortal with the mere twitch of a finger.

Intangibility: The ability of Invisibility or Near-Invisibility and Phasing through solid material.
Mystic Bolts
Banishment: Dr Strange has banished many types of creatures and humans to other dimensions but the extent of this is only possible as long as the 'Banish-ers' magic is greater then that of the 'Banish-ees' magic during the banishment.
Transmutation
Telekinesis
Flight: Doctor Strange can fly using magical energy but has since abandoned it. (Presumably choosing to rely on the Cape of Levitation instead.)
Teleportation
Protective Shields
Time Manipulation: Strange has frozen, slowed, and traveled through time. This magic is enacted only through extreme concentration.
Dimensional Travel
Conjuring of Objects
Various other spells: These spells seem to be quicker to perform but lesser in power than spells using divine energy. Strange has used his magics altogether to alter his clothing through something akin to minor molecular control, control and manipulate elements, etc.

Dr. Strange has also been shown to amass as much wealth/gold as he desires using magic, as he has done to pay debts he owed.

Sorcerer Supreme: During his reign of being the Sorcerer Supreme, Doctor Strange is considered as one of the strongest mystics on Earth.

Magical and Mystical Manipulation: Dr. Strange can manipulate and control magical and mystical forces.
Divine Power: Dr. Strange can call upon mystical beings in multiple dimensions to empower his spells. The most called one is the Vishanti. Using the Eye of Agamotto, he can use this to reveal the identity of a being. He can call upon other mystical beings such as Faltine through the Flames of Faltine.
Time Manipulation
Telekinesis
Elemental Manipulation: Dr. Strange can manipulate and control the elemental forces.
Astral Projection: Dr. Strange can project him astrally. He can stay for 24 hours without food, drinks or any sleep.
Protective Shields: Using the being Seraphim, Dr. Strange can shield himself or his allies.

Divine Sources: Dr. Strange can channel the extra-dimensional energy of mystical and non-mystical beings in multiple dimensions (known as Principalities) to empower his spells. This can take the form of standard spells ("Crimson Bands of Cyttorak") or just stating what he wants to occur and channeling some being to make it happen. It is unknown at this time what debt, if any, he incurs by invoking the powers that be. There is no strict quid pro quo (as the simple acknowledgement and invoking of the entity increases the entity's own powers, inexplicably), though some entities will feel he is obliged to heed their call when they need help in their conflicts as did the Vishanti.

This ability to be a conduit to multiversal power sources has given rise to the phrase "Dr. Strange is as powerful as the god he invokes."

Doctor Strange's powers typically come from one of three divine sources: The Vishanti (a trinity formed of Hoggoth, Oshtur, and Agamotto), the Octessence (a group of eight beings, consisting of Balthakk, Cyttorak, Farallah, Ikonn, Krakkan, Raggadorr, Valtorr, and Watoomb) and other beings who owe him a debt (this includes Satannish and even Dormammu). However, certain abilties of his stem from more obscure sources, such as the Faltine, the Seraphim, Cinnibus, Sheol, Ikthalon, Denak, Cyndriarr, Munnopor, Morpheus, Dyzakk, the Olympian deities (such as Poseidon and Hades) and others.

Abilities
As a result of his mystic training, Stephen is capable of a great many abilities, stemming from the innate resources of his body/mind/soul, such as:

Astral Projection: Doctor Strange can release his astral form from his body, instantaneously and at will. In this form he does not need to breathe, eat, drink or sleep, is unrestricted by physical laws (for example, Strange has flown beyond Earth’s atmosphere, defying gravity with ease to speak with Iron Man), is invisible (though can be seen by any if he wished it so), intangible, and incapable of being harmed by all but the most powerful and rigorous of mystic means. As physical laws are meaningless on the astral plane, Strange is able to use it to traverse at virtually any speed desirable (Strange has reached Saint Missouri, Missouri from his Sanctum Sanctorum in Greenwich Village, New York in "a few brief seconds" thus,[57] as well as traveling at the "speed of thought" through outer space.
Telepathy
Hypnotism
Illusions
Universal Awareness: By performing mediation Dr Strange has sensed anomalies in time and space allowing him to protect against time travelers, extra dimensional invaders(Example: Dormammu, Nightmare), space aliens, Ect.
Other Psychic Abilities
Infinite Longevity/Fearlessness: Dr. Strange's lifespan has been extended and his fear of dying subsided in a manner similar to that of his mentor the Ancient One, due to a successful contest against Death. Though he can still be killed and even physically wounded he cannot succumb to any medical diseases, nor does he age. However, he still requires food, water, oxygen, and sleep, same as a normal human. Doc passed a test by the Ancient One and defeated Death, or more accurately, accepted Death.[59] As a result, from that moment forward, Doc stopped aging. "Death may come only from without, in battle-- and not from within." The Ancient One had once passed the same test himself, and lived 600 years. From that moment forward, a glowing ankh appears on Doc's forehead when he is in a situation of great danger and his death is imminent, "when Doc most needs a reaffirmation of life.[60]

He appears to have modest psychic abilities which do not depend on magic. These abilities can be amplified by mystic energy (as against Moondragon) and/or the Eye of Agamotto (done countless times) to afford Stephen incredibly powerful psychic abilities.

Skills
Former Expert Surgeon/Surgical Consultant: Strange holds an M.D. in neurosurgery, although his ability to perform such delicate tasks has been compromised due to his nerve-damaged hands, preventing him from performing surgery except when supplemented by magic. However, even without magic, Strange has shown himself capable of providing reasonable guidance to other less skilled, yet unmaimed surgeons through intense effort and strain. Strange is still capable of serving as a consultant.

Expert Occultist/Expert Magical Knowledge: During his studies which continued until recently Dr Strange has gain expert awareness on cults and the extra dimensional entities they worship, this knowledge as of yet far exceeds any on Earth in the Marvel Universe.

Expert Strategist: Though Stephen seems to suffers from an impulsive nature, instinctively jumping into situations of life-or-death, it's apparent that he works best this way possessing considerable strategic skills, which has been employed in leadership structures, and spontaneous situations, all of which is a necessity in the random environment of Mysticism.

Skilled Martial Artist: Dr. Strange is a skilled athlete and was trained in the martial arts used by Tibetan monks in Kamar Taj, sufficient in talent to pass down such training to others, such as Clea. These talents have assisted him time-to-time when incapable of using his sorcery. Strange is a formidable opponent to any skilled attacker and continues to train regularly with Wong. He has in some cases, been known to occasionally spar with other heroes; in one case, Strange was able to evade a kung fu hand-chop by Mantis (the future mother of the Dreaming Celestial) "only three others have ever done" and who has been able to subdue Thor in sheer physical combat, despite his strength nearly hundreds of times superior to her own.
Base of Operations: The Sanctum Sanctorum (177A Bleecker Street, Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York)
Wants to bang most: Strange has two foremost fetishes:
