Here comes the Police!

My character is a female police officer who is
newly recruited , meaning that she is a trainee.
And she gets her first mission, to capture a thief
who is over the top, clever and really daring
person. He sets his eye on the girl trainee. He
initially starts with harassing the girl , irritating
her. But slowly, the girl develops feeling for him
since she was cheated by her boyfriend.She
never had sex before. That was the reason , her
bf cheated on her.Also her police department
harasses her while some others say she is
helping the thief .She doesn't know what to do .
