Here's an RP idea I had: Your character is a male who recently purchased a VR MMO. He decided to plug it in and try it, hitting "random character" or something, not thinking much of it. As a result, he's stuck as a lady in the game's world. My character is another player who meets up with him. They start to get along, and she starts getting used to her new form.
 
Lol Guy. In. Real. Life. XD I used to get called that all the time precisely because I once had a female character on an online mmo (long story) but as a joke, I used to always play it up. There is a doujin based on your above plot, so I think maybe looking into that might provide you some ideas =) Good luck!
