Tyla is a western kingdom that is surrounded by mountains. It was a medium size kingdom known for some of its mines and trades. Inside the castle there were three people all its citizens knew. First was King Alexander. At first he looked like a kind-hearted king, but in reality he only kind to those with heavy pockets and power. If you weren't rich or part of a strong army, then you'll have a better chance seeing a snowball survive hell for ten seconds than getting an audience with the king. He is rude, egotistical, and very vein. It even affected his marriage with his wife, the queen.

The queen was fair and kind to everyone around her. Completely opposite of her husband. From what the villagers gossip about, they say Alexander married her because her family is loaded. Proof of the rumors was due to it's quick arranged marriage. What's worse is that he brushes her off every time from having breakfast in the morning to getting intimate at night. Though the king showed no respect to her, one person did.

Sir Casey is the captain of the guards of Tyla. Well respected by his peers in and out of the castle, he's the best fighter the kingdom has to offer. At first he was loyal to Alexander since he chose him to be the kingdoms champion, but as the years go by, Casey sees the king for who he truly is. From that moment on, he begins to act loyal to him, but in reality he was only loyal to the queen. Upon finishing his training, he would always go and see her whenever the king wasn't around to eat and chat with her. He wanted to see her smile again, like when he first started out as a knight.

Queen Trinity, born into the riches of the noble family Questa. Raised to be a very intelligent woman, Trinity always imagined herself being whisked away by an ever loving King. Her mother would speak of stories of only good men and a beautiful life. She would tell her of the garden that were out there, and the weddings people would have in them. Trinity never knew of much color or happiness in her own life. Her mom kept her busy while her father banned anything wonderful. The castle they lived in was drab and dark, the surrounding area maintained that feeling.

Not many people loved Sir Questa but too many feared him to say anything about it. He was invited to every party, and treated with utmost royalty. When trinities mother passed away and could no longer protect her from her fathers lust for fame, Sir Questa finally married Trinity to a Kingdom who would cater to his every need.

Trinity had to marry a man who loathed her, he would not touch her and the wedding night was horrible. To his duties as a King he lay with her, though she knew it was a very bad experience and it would not happen again. Everyday after he would not touch her nor sleep next to her.

She had a Knight in her kingdom named Sir Casey that she was very find of. He did many good deeds and was very kind to her. She would always say hello to him and ask him to take care of many private affairs.

Sir Casey was the only man preventing Sir Questa from gaining the title of captain. It was something he was proud of since he and Alexander were close when it comes to greed. He decided to paid them no mind, until they try to do something reckless. When that happens, he would be ready to fight, even if it means being labeled a traitor.

It was late in the afternoon when the knight was finished with his training. Removing his armor and wearing only pants, shirt and cape, he quietly heads over to the queens quarters. To those that know him, they paid no mind, think that he was just making sure her majesty was okay. In reality, there was something more to it. He entered her chambers and bowed before her. "Good afternoon, milady." he said with a smile. "I hope the day has been good to you."

Queen Trinity was sitting on a chair infront of a large mirror. She was brushing her deep red hair out like she does most days around this time. Her hair was always pinned up during the day because of the traditional look of a queen but she did not like it and rather had her long hair flowing around her shoulders. Queen Trinity looked up to Casey as he walked in the room and gave him her most gentle of smiles. "My knight, how are you this evening?" Trinity stood as her body seemed to flow with grace.

She almost glided over to him and gave him a soft kiss on the forehead, something most Queens did greeting their most noble knight. Her kiss to him was more than just a greeting though and she hoped he felt it. He was a wonderful knight, very attractive, very loyal. She knew he wanted to serve her to his best ability and Trinity saw him as a great man for that.

Of course she was not going against her husband and falling in love with another man, She could never do that no matter how disgusting Alexander was. Trinity saw humans as gentle creatures who needed love and those who were evil still did not deserve evil back. She saw Sir Casey as a wonderful friend, a man who would make her happier than Alexander on a good day.

Sir Casey often visits the queen, as long as Alexander nor Sir Questa wasn't looking. A smile came to his face as she kissed his forehead. He could feel the kindness flowing around her. She's the only person that's preventing the kingdom from turning into a military place. Sir Casey stood so he could answer her. "I am fine, milady. Training hasn't been much of a chore as of late. Though your father, Sir Questa has been causing more trouble for the town," He answered. "But enough about my tireless ordeals. How are you this evening?" he asked in return. His charming smile, and relaxed tone, often made him to the most eligible bachelor in Tyla.
