Well told with a nice twist, leaving the reader unsure of quite what she did.

WHAT! FINISH! I have such sporadic attention span and I was glad that this with both intriguing and NOT drawn out. Like stephen king, i hate those books. I simply can not focus when people explain teeny tiny details for pages. I also tend to speed read, however I did not find myself doing that for this. Is this like a teaser, are you going to finish it? lol

Thanks Cougar and Zim, yeah I like the open ending, not sure if there will be another part to it, I think about where I could take it and what would happen to our little Amazon etc.

I don't like masses of un-needed detail either Zim, when you read some of the classic novels, pages are spent describing a mountain side or something else and you just think "Get on with it already!" that's why I didn't go into much detail about the mansion, the reader can make it look the way they want to suit themselves to some degree.
